Pros: "Crew was great. Supportive and friendly. Plane was clean and comfortable."
Pros: "Wick and efficient service. On time. Comfortable and clean aircraft. Crew was flexible to guests needs."
Cons: "The seats are poor for a first class. No electric outlet which is nuts for a 6 hour flight. Only an old school overhead tv."
Pros: "Entertainment on board was good"
Cons: "One member of the crew wasn’t polite, his tone sounded rude/mad"
Cons: "The flight got delayed for 6 hours and we didn't get any compensation for that. The crew was not friendly"
Pros: "Crew and seat comfort were exceptionally good"
Cons: "Since the flight was arriving at jfk, passengers were required to go thru a security check, prior to boarding.we were restricted to an enclosed area for hours with no water or bathrooms.small children were crying as it was a late night flight. Tsa precheck global entry were disregarded.avoidable"
Pros: "The crew treated me with disrespect, I ordered flight ticket with 2 bags deposit and 1 bag with me to the plane. one of my bags is a surfing board and it wasn’t written any where that it’s not like a regular bag. They charged me 150$ more for one way and they will charge me 150$ more on the way back"
Cons: "I paid on bringing my surf board like a flight ticket for a person with 2 bags! It’s unbelievable and unfair to put me in this situation! I hope that you will do something about that so I won’t need to pay again on150$ for my surfboard."
Cons: "So, because I was 3 mins late to the gate, they made me spend another $320 for a fligh next day. I'm still in Panama city. Its unbelievable how the plane is still there, with the corridor that takes the passengers to the plane still attached to it, and they can look me straight in he face and tell me they cant reopen the door. While I'm stressfully paying an extra $320 and knowing I'm going to lose 1 whole day of my vacation in Rio because of one little detail that could be solved by opening the door and letting me in, I see the plane there sitting in the same spot for another 15-20 mins without moving. Worst company service ever. Unbelievable. I will never fly with these people again."
Pros: "It felt like we were finally appreciated as guests again. We actually got what we paid for, and it was EXCELLENT!!"
Pros: "The crew was attentive & good; my meal was good and I enjoyed the wine served. my seat was comfortable to sit in."
Cons: "For business class, I expected my seat to recline more. The footrest didn't extend much, and it wasn't really conducive to sleeping... my feet/legs were very uncomfortable. I expected better than that. Also, I tried to use the entertainment screen & it didn't work well; then it froze & wouldn't work at all."
Pros: "The airplane was very nice with great space between seats and the crew was nice."
Cons: "During boarding procedure, the gate used did not support the number of passengers and was a little bit messy"
Cons: "Even worse than the flight GRU BOG. the delay in embarking was a mess, no explanation given, we stayed almost one hour waiting at the gantry. No food served in an international flight of almost 4 hours. Terrible airline."
Pros: "Great crew. Professional and helpful"
Cons: "Business class sets are outdated. Could have been a second, lighter meal served"
Pros: "Only one crew member had common sense"
Cons: "Teach or show the crew member that they need to come up with solutions and not to say “there are rules on the plane that need to be follow”"
Cons: "Just awful!!!! Original lay over was 2 hours in Cartagena it became 7 hours. Missed my rental car. Missed my first day at the hotel Los recuerdos!! Just awful. I need something done."
Pros: "Fue todo muy puntual saludas y lkegadas muy buen servicio"
Cons: "Airline sucks! Missed my connection and rescheduled my flight 8hrs later"
Pros: "Flight crew EXCEPCIONAL The lunch was delicious Service perfect"
Cons: "With over an hour in line to enter the International portion of the airport everyone was extremely stressed. Immigration personal were very snappy and rude (Not Avianca, Colombia). We had over an hour wait to get inside then it was a long run to get the the gate on time. The problems that Avianca is having with its flights, on time percentage and upset passengers is very Sad. Normally Avianca is the best airline in the American Zone! They need to fix their internal problems quickly or their bottom line will get punished."
Cons: "There was no communication by Avianca staff & crew regarding the flight delay. I had a 10:49pm flight from BOG to JFK. Apparently the flight was delayed until 2:00am. I did not get an email or text alert relating to the delay. When I checked in at 9:00pm, the counter agent did not alert me to the change in departure time. It wasn't until I looked at the Departure board in the Avianca lounge did I know of the 3+ hr. delay. When we finally boarded, at least the captain was kind enough to explain the reason for the delay - Avianca needed to change aircrafts, then the originally slated captain called in sick and his replacement had to wait out the required time off as he had just completed a long haul flight from Canada to Colombia. Great job running a company Avianca..."
Pros: "I liked that is a new airlane"
Cons: "They didint give us food at all I wanted to have the earphones to watch some tv show and they never came to me to even ask what I needed..."

A Gol melhorou muito desde a última viagem que fiz, muito bom, aeronaves bem conservadas, tripulação cordial. Gostei.

Cabin was extremely hot - such a sauna, and all complaints were in vain. Boarding was messy and disorganized. Very poor experience and certainly a statement of how passengers are going to suffer in Brazil with the lack of competition in the local market.

Pros: "Crew was nice and organized, easy check-in."
Cons: "Had the last seat, so could not recline - lady in front of me had a chair that went super far back and was practically in my lap, turbulence was crazy landing!"
Pros: "O lanche não foi Mãe Terra e isso é muito bom."
Pros: "time was OK"
Cons: "Starting by the fact that if the system was actually working we could’ve done check in in the machine, and cut the 2 and half hours of line for check in and luggage drop off. The check in crew was not efficient at all, they would take 10 to 20 min to every costumer, no organization and poor trainin."
Cons: "Check-in with Gol can be a nightmare. Long waits"
Pros: "Airport attendant spoke English well and it was easy to understand instructions and updates. Courteous and patient."
Cons: "nothing crosses my mind now."
Pros: "Part of the crew was very attentive and well humored. Food was delicious. I appreciated the leg space and the wider bathrooms."
Cons: "There was no USB not outlet charger. The touch screen was not working well, the console was loose and the movie options were all outdated."
Pros: "Nothing about the airline Avoid if you can"
Cons: "Their customers service We were runnjngblate due to traffic but arrived with an hour before takeoff and they refused us to enter We had no bags to check in just hand luggage and they refused us to check in as their automatic check in service did not recognise our booking Total rubbish airline"
Cons: "I needed to change my ticket and Kayak had another agency issue the ticket. Kayak does not change tickets and the third party and the airline said only Kayak could make the change. Having to purchase a whole new ticket from the airline, save the money and frustration and avoid Kayak and just book directly with the airline. The ticket would have and should have been changed with no fees. $325 lesson learned."
Cons: "My seat wasn’t clean. Dirt was visible. We used Clorox wipes to clean it before sitting down. If someone had previously sat there with an illness, we would certainly be at risk. Very disappointing to see during Covid-19 outbreak."
Pros: "the crew was good!"
Cons: "It was freezing inside, and I could not regulate the cold, I became sick on the way to my vacation"
Pros: "Yes ..... but you have to pay in order to fly confirtable , they dont give you alternative!"
Cons: "Not to pay for ítems that are bebefits with Workdmember credit CARD Santander I paíd luggage and they dont return money baca even if you made the mistake"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Nos tienen esperando 40 minutos en el avión sin dejarnos bajar, he perdido mi taxi y ya lo cobraron de mi tarjeta. Es una burla LATAM siempre jugando con mi tiempo... siempre."
Pros: "The seats and plane were comfortable"
Cons: "Baggage options were not indicated properly on the travel agent ticket, nor during check-in"
Pros: "The flight was canceled and Latam did nothing to help get me on a new flight."
Cons: "Latam has zero customer service skills I went around and around in circles trying to get a new flight."
Cons: "I traveled with LATAM from USA to Lima however from Lim to Cusco was terrible. I was told st check in that there were no more seats left on the flight. I was told it’s legal for them to sell more tickets than seats and there is nothing they could do but place me in the next available in flight ~4hrs"
Pros: "Nothing much, really."
Cons: "Baggage handling. They lost one of my baggages and are giving me a hard time to get a refund."
Cons: "They lost one of my bags. Amateur and inefficient company. Avoid at all cost."
Cons: "United treats people poorly, has poor customer service and doesn’t do anything about complaints."
Cons: "They had no room for my carry on, I had to place it under my seat making my legs very comfortable."
Pros: "Flight was on time and quick"
Cons: "Seat comfort was terrible, as if the seats were made for children."
Pros: "I didn’t die in a plane crash."
Cons: "They missed the connecting flight the day before, so we had to fly out the next day on a flight that left ~1 hour late. I know the staff is doing what they can so I blame the execs making millions because they’re typically the real problem anyway."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Flight to SFO landed 7 min late. Wouldn’t let us on connecting flight to MRY. We were put on a land shuttle to MRY and now I’m car sick. Horrible day!"
Cons: "First class no food they intended to give boicher for 20$ to buy food...shame on United"
Pros: "getting to my destination"
Cons: "How does a 700 mi flight take 14hrs to accomplish. Fly United and find out."
Cons: "We left late because they were waiting for people from another flight that got canceled to transfer to our flight, and even with the delay, one of my bags got lost. I was the third person to check in for the flight, so I'm not sure how that happened."
Cons: "Flight delayed in Chicago with no one at gate ro provide any information on when flight would actually leave. Plane was scheduled to leave at 8:40pm and finally left at 12:43 am. Will never fly United through Chicago again."
Pros: "Friendly staff. Plane made good time and both flights on time."
Cons: "Plane was 80+ degrees until after takeoff. My girlfriend complained unrelentingly about this on both legs until it was resolved. I don’t know my way around Houston airport but it seemed like we landed several kilometers from our connecting gate. Probably not something that could be avoided but aggravating nonetheless. Also I pooped on this flight and no one would have known except for the lady sitting in the back made a comment about how long I was in the lavatory (5-7 minutes?). Rude."
