Cons: "I had been checked in since the day before my flight and for some reason, because I wasn’t at my connecting gate 30 min prior to when they started boarding, the gate agent gave my seat away. I had to wait several hours for the next flight."
Pros: "I appreciate that Delta chooses customer safety over profit by not packing flights and continuing to social distance."

Cons: "Th plain boarding took much longer, we flew in circles above JFK, waited for a gate for us, then waited for all passengers with connecting flights to get off because we were late and that resulted in a VERY long process for the rest of us. The descent into the airport was also not the smoothest, but it was a smaller plane."

Cons: "We were seated near the back of the airplane. The heater came on midway of the flight, by the time we landed, it was difficult to breathe because it was so hot. The flight attendant all relocated from the back of aircraft to the front aircraft where it was cooler, I assume. I was worried for my son."
Pros: "When my initial flight was delayed significantly, the gate agents went above and beyond to help me get on an earlier flight so I didn't get home too late."

Cons: "The problem was some other travelers. A family traveling with 2 one of them a toddler. The family arbitrarily changed there own seats which created problems when the rightful passengers arrived. The toddler was unusually fussy and cried a lot. Not COPA's fault but bothersome non the less."

Cons: "So, because I was 3 mins late to the gate, they made me spend another $320 for a fligh next day. I'm still in Panama city. Its unbelievable how the plane is still there, with the corridor that takes the passengers to the plane still attached to it, and they can look me straight in he face and tell me they cant reopen the door. While I'm stressfully paying an extra $320 and knowing I'm going to lose 1 whole day of my vacation in Rio because of one little detail that could be solved by opening the door and letting me in, I see the plane there sitting in the same spot for another 15-20 mins without moving. Worst company service ever. Unbelievable. I will never fly with these people again."
Pros: "The crew was friendly on all 4 legs of my trip. The short flight from PCY to BOG was fine."
Cons: "I hate the seats on COPA flights. Economy Plus or First Class...doesn't matter. They are horribly uncomfortable."
The food service was limited and not good. For a seven hour flight they could do better.
Aside from the 5-6 texts for the flight changing the flight was pretty comfortable
The boarding process went very quickly, faster than I’ve ever seen boarding occur. I understand the need for efficiency, but the groups were called so quickly that there was a lot of chaos at the gate and people running through the airport. Then we all sat on the plane for a while, which seemed silly.
Left 40 mins late; we were fine on our connection but many on our flight were not.
Pros: "The crew member who is close to my seat did not even offer to help with my luggage which was very unprofessional."
Cons: "The crew members needs to be helpful, and customer service to their passengers!"
Cons: "Not making me sit on tarmac pretending you already don’t know the flight is canceled. Enough of the dog and pony shows."
Cons: "The AC was off while we were waiting to takeoff so it never felt cool in the cabin for the hour(ish) long flight we had. I don’t know if it was the size of plane that made it so we couldn’t have that on while taxiing/waiting our turn to take off or what, but it was too hot and stuffy onboard in Texas on the tarmac. Our next flight from Dallas to Huntsville, AL had the AC on the entire time we were waiting our turn/taking off- the plane was newer and slightly bigger. Not sure what the deal was but it made the flight pretty miserable."

Cons: "Really by now, we know there is little reason to mask. The constant reminders and the threatening tone is unnecessary and quite annoying."

Cons: "Missed our connecting flight due to mechanical issues, but we were put on a later flight. Due to covid it's hard to get really good customer service. It would be nice if American had said well in advance that you need their app in order to connect to wifi on the plane."
