At my original departure Istanbul I was told my seat and flight was cancelled from the 3rd party. I had no seat to get to my other flights .. they charged me $481 USD to board the flight that I already paid for
All went very well. We used the AIFI Airport, such a lovely facility. Definitely needs better transportation options to get there.
Both ground crew and flight crew were rude, and did not provide any level of service. They made it very difficult as we were traveling with a passenger the required assistance.
It was OK. The flight is pretty long for the airlines to only offer a simple sandwich on business class. The entertainment is similar to that on other Skyteam members. Ultimately the airline lost my bag and didn’t deliver it to me until the next day after a lengthy lost baggage report.
Good, the flight from Miami to Mexico City was better than Mexico City to Miami

It was good in general. The Crew during the flight were very nice at all times.
The ground staff were not as friendly and nice to the passengers as the air crew. Flight attendants, cockpit crew were great and very nice to everyone on board.
My flight was delayed, then I got transferred to a new flight that was also delayed- which wasn’t Aeromexico’s fault, it was because of weather conditions. Most of the crew was very nice and patient, except for one or two flight attendants who were rude. The entertainment wasn’t on, so all the screens were off.

Flight got delayed like 5.5 hours and the only compensation I got were 270 pesos which is nothing compared to the cost of a full meal at an airport or a hotel stay since the flight was during the night. No one seemed to know anything as of why the plane was delayed and I had a poor experience with the customer service line from the airline.
They miss placed a piece of luggage. My kids booster seat. How am I supposed to drive home with no booster seat?
With a business flight, having a designated seat in the aircraft, I was denied boarding at the gate at last minute without any genuine explanation. The staff used profane language when asked for reasons. Viva overbooked and passenger had to pay for it. The food voucher that was provided did not even cover the the full meal and water for a single person. It should not be running in service.

It was cancelled at the last moment and the customer services seemed unnoticed to this change and hanged me off the phone the first time I called.

Delayed 6 hours! finally able to board, then had to wait 45 minutes for the plane to fill up. Mid flight when food service started, they had nothing to offer with the exception of chips and cookies. Worst flight ever!
They not allowed to bord flight, arguing that was cancelled the flight reservation. No chance to find and explain answers, very bad treated by Airline staff… At the end we buying a flight ticket with Aeromexico. Is a low Price Flight Company (cheap), as it is cheap treatment for customers… seme with Kiwi .com app. With we did our reservation. with KAYAK.com never get this kind of treatment.
an absolute joke. couldn’t even board because they sold our tickets out from underneath us. we had tickets in hand with assigned seats and they still denied boarding at the gate. i’m sure you guys won’t follow up or do anything so merry christmas.
Very disorganized way of get off the plane. The staff didn’t direct passengers get get up in an organized matter. Passenger were pushing each other trying to get out.

They don’t give anything for free you have to pay for everything which it’s expected but at least give out water and a snack as a courtesy for flying with them.
The worst. Kayak sent notification at 2am and 10am regarding the delay. Then sends a notification an hour before original depart time that it will depart on time. I had to wait 8 hours at the airport. My family had to pay for lodging in Guadalajara where I was landing for pick up.
Overall good flight. The flight attendants were annoying and unfriendly. They would ask me to grab someone else’s trash can just waiting until the person woke up or after the flight is done. It’s not my job to pick up someone else’s trash. Especially when it’s not easily reachable.
Overall good but we had a minor scare when a wind shear caused the plane to re take off on the first landing attempt. The crew handled it well and we landed safely on the second attempt
For the price, you pretty much can't beat this airlines. As far as comfort, you could do a lot better, but it'll cost you. Over all cheapest way to get from point A to point B.
The whole experience was good. We left a little late but that seems pretty normal we it’s anybairline these days. No free snacks or drinks provided.
Our flight was delayed both ways going there and coming back an hour plus. I have taken Volaris many times and this problem seems to be more common each time.

I like the crew who were very helpful in ensuring documents were in order and problems resolver in a timely manner. However I did not like the fact that I had to have my checked bag inspected.I was concerned I would have missed my flight. I was also trying to check in online only to realise that was not possible.
We had a quick connection in Bogota. When we landed, they waited on the tarmac for 25 minutes before they let us deplane. I told the stewardess that we had less than 15 min to get to our next international flight. She did nothing except tell us we had time to get there. We found out later that they already scheduled us for a later flight, but they didn’t say anything until we ran to our gate. The plane was still there but they wouldn’t let us board. When they changed our flight, they gave my wife and I a voucher for food that was less than $40 in value. That buys very little in the Bogota airport.. it barely paid for two fruit juice drinks. There lack of communication was very unprofessional. This will be our first and last time using Avianca.
The seats we had, did not recline and there was very little cushion. There was no entertainment module in the seat.

Overall, the flight went well and the service was good. However, there was a very frightening moment during landing in Bogotá. Just as the plane was about to touch down, it suddenly went back up into the air. The aircraft was not descending straight and seemed to move left and right, which made the situation feel unstable. This was quite scary. After going back up, the plane circled for about 15 minutes before attempting to land again. Although I understand that safety always comes first and situations like this can happen, it was still a shocking experience for passengers.
Seating was tight. Seats don't recline. Initial flight was cancelled. Lost two days of vacation.
Excellent flight and one of the smoothest landing I’ve ever experienced
The flight was overbooked and the solution gave was unrespctful. I arrived 4 hour in advance in the airport and only after 2hous was possible suggest a different ticket with another company LATAM, I have accepted, but when I was checking in at LATAM the tickets was issued without luggage, what it is absurd since I have bought my tickets including it since the beginning. Due to the timing for the next flight was not possible return to Avianca to claim due to the distance between Both companies Avianca and Latam since were located in different terminals. I have insiste to the crew of Latam to call Avianca to solve it, but they could help they were alleging that only paying a thousand pesos Mexicans ($1,000 MXN) to dispatch my luggage would be accepted and I have no money at all. So I had to beg for others passagens, it was an humiliating to exchange luggage with who was platinum in order to return back the luggage in the connection airport in Brazil (GRU). I have no clue that a judicial process would be taken from my side due the lots of stress in sequence by the non professional treatment with a passenger that was just following everything said by Avianca.. Long hours of waiting until next flight and only arrive at final destine in 6hs later..
