The seats were broken for several of us on this flight not to mention dirty. Quite unacceptable for the price point and expectation level. The meat was so hard it could hardly be cut so terribly unappealing. The united lungs in SFO was dirty and the bathroom conditions were down right disgusting. Nothing about this experience makes me want to book with United again. Our experiences with business class on Lufthansa and British Airways far out perform United in comparison. Truly disappointing!
There is no entertainment on the media service provided, most of the Indians would love to watch Bollywood movies.
They did not get back tickets in time about flight varification so i had to purchase another one way ticket to get home soxas rocnot Risk being unable to return home.
Food looked great but did not taste all that good.
Vegetarian options were not that great. However, the crew and service was awesome
Delays, plane transfer due to malfunction, no entertainment, limited beverage service.
They are very helpful and friendly. The entertainment is great with many choices. They will refill your drink and there is plenty of meal service. I’ll fly with them again when I transit Tokyo.
The food was not great and the seats you need a little bit more space to put your things down around you: the blankets and toiletry bag were good. Flight was on time and bags etc no issues
Entertainment was good , comfort on airplane easy hoarding food and drinks was good and a friendly and good service of flight staff
Plane and boarding was on time. It was easy to check in online and then just drop off bags. Will fly with then again.

First of all it’s an American Airline flight not JAL as advertised. Code share is deceiving. Seats are uncomfortable. Stewards in our section were not friendly, felt rude at times.
Lovely flight attendants comfort in Economy Premium. Very attentive and kind I would choose JAL again for sure!

I enjoy flying American airlines. I tried to book American airline when I’m flying most places.
After boarding it was fine. Premium economy was not available for one long leg. Economy was very uncomfortable. They need to fix these issues. Planes are old. It gets more and more dangerous due to fatigue of plane parts. They need to upgrade before something goes wrong with the plane. Hazardous. Hari S Doss
Nice amount of space in economy seat. Very attentive attendants that allowed a seat change that helped several people. Morning meal could have been better.
The foods were lacking in both quality and quantity. I was starving.

Economy is very uncomfortable. Feels like they are punishing you for flying economy. There was no premium economy at all in the plane. Obviously old vintage plane, They should not be flying those planes. It is dangerous. Need to think more of passenger comfort than their money pocketbook. Hari Doss
