The plane was very clean and the crew was very nice.

Very good flight. Very uneventful which os what you want.

The lounge in Japan was busy and smaller. Have great choice of ramen.

Customer service was very good. Food was delicious. Wish the flight was longer.

I was good seat to keep stretch my legs . but couldn’t keep my bag in my hand . because they told me can’t keep my seat is no holder , because no seat fronts of us. wish I can put my leg on something higher. but instead of that everything goood.

Overall was a good experience. Crew members are nice and helpful.

Service is great. Seat is ok. Not much storage room and seat is hard but seat topper was nice. Cabin was very warm most of the flight. Washoku Food was good.

I was too late to get onto this flight. Kayak shouldn't let you book a connecting international to domestic flight when flying ANA. Your domestic flight could be in a different terminal and you won't make it because you have to go through immigration and customs.

Good airlines btu ORL airport messed up the return flight for me. Checking out a connecting flight pax is unacceptable.

Tokyo Haneda to transport was so bad too short time . and find out way to the gate was so bad. I almost missed flight. because confused. They need more great way tell us how to get there details

The flights were on time and the cabin crew were very nice. The only downside was that the food was not good

I like the intention and service of the flight crew. Japanese values were observed and appreciated as a customer.

In general, Japan Airlines was great! The flight attendants are kind and attentive. I was surprised to receive a late dinner on this flight, as most U.S. airlines do not serve a full meal. Because of this late meal, the lights in the cabin were not turned down until very late. I was hoping to sleep, but couldn't with the lights on so late. Also, this was a red-eye flight. Food was delicious and plentiful. Seats are very comfortable!

Excellent service, excellent food and beverage options, plenty of legroom

Underpricer is a terrible third party service that couldn’t change three letters on my boarding pass in time to make a flight. It cost me tons of money to have to buy a new ticket with JAL. I’m extremely let down with Kayak using such a sketchy company with horrific customer service.

Check in procedure is harder than with other airlines, infotainment system is outdated

I liked- timely took the take off I disliked- food for ANML was not served even after request, ASVML was really bad, the cleanliness of seats were not up to satisfactory level and I had to use my own sanitizer. Even basic sanitizer packs were not served, cabin crew could be more friendly as I noticed their behavior against other fellow passangers who were not speaking English well.

It was okay, short flight so nothing much to comment.

The crew was attentive and provided everything I needed. The business class food was excellent.

Fantastic flight company. A higher standard than any American airline company for sure.

The flight boarded and departed pretty much on time as it’s just a one hour flight there is no food or entertainment so I marked that at the neutral but they do offer water and I’m sure if you needed some food you could bring your own onboard. This was our third internal flight with Vietnam Airways and I recommend them.

This is a very short commuter flight, so there is no food or flight entertainment. Hence, I marked it in the neutral flight left on time. The plane was full pretty much and it was a pretty easy flight overall very good.

The flight crew and attendants are very professional and polite.

Food and welcome services were good , however we experienced issues with the entertainment system and poor headsets

Very good flight and very kind crew Only thing is I wish there would be a vegetarian option for the meals

Lovely staff, comfortable seats. Transit time was short but they had great processes in place to get us on the plane.

For a domestic flight, seats are ok, but fir us as tall dutchies, the legroom is too small. However, for a short and affordable flight, is not a big problem. Staff is still very nice and a complementary water very welcome.

2 hours delay, time changes started already 2 days before the flight

Average, not more then that. Cannot compete with Singapore Airlines

I bought the front row seat and made and early online check in but they changed my seat to the back row without prior notice. The inflight meal was too poor, only a piece of small finger food. The boarding is a disaster, everyone is stuffed in a bus in chaos. Doesnt worth the money at all.

First time flying with VietJet Air is so so. Check-in process for domestic is okay and easy but during our flight back to Manila, the ground staff at Tan Son Nhat International Airport weighed our hand luggage before boarding when in fact, it should be weighed during the check-in process. They are very strict in terms of the 7kg hand carry it’s either you’ll pay extra, or leave things behind.

I was unable to check in online so had to line up at the airport. When I got to the counter? The staff told me I had to check my carry on luggage, which cost $70. When I boarded the plane, I saw many suitcases that were bigger and heavier than my carry on… so not sure how they were able to bring them on and I wasn’t …

Waited for 1 hour on tarmac because they couldn’t locate a tow truck. Flight was fine once we eventually took off.

Late departure, late arrival, and personal items on laps during takeoff and landing. Departure gate opened on time, but no direction as to whether to board at front or rear of plane based on seat number. Fashionable staff with sunglasses inside the plane and cockpit remained for ten minutes after the boarding complete announcement. For a scheduled 80 minute flight, adjusted to 65 minute as noted on takeoff; the total time on the plane with delays was r more than two hours. No confidence had there been an emergency that anyone would have been able or aware of what to do.

The flight was OK, but you need to warn passengers going to Vietnam that the full first, middle and last name needs to be in the issued visa, At least 5 passengers on that pane did not have that. We all had to pay $298 each to some agent to amend the visa. At least one lady could not and was left behind.

VietJet is a discount airline like EasyJet, Flair or Spirit. I flew 3 flights in 2 weeks and all were Airbus 321's. 2 of the flights left and arrived on time and 1 left and arrived about 45minutes late. Seat pitch in economy is 29" but exit row seats have super-generous leg room. There are no power ports or entertainment of any kind. Food is best purchased on-line before the flight but there is a limited selection available in flight - cash only. The aircraft are clean and the airline is run as well as any other airline that specializes in economy passengers.

Our flight was 3 hours delayed and the airport was hectic as our boarding pass said one gate while the digital screens said another gate. Attendants were clueless and said to watch both! Vietjwt cared more about selling their merch than even providing any water for the 2 hour flight

Cheap flight but more expensive when the airlines demands you pay over 30$ for 1 kilogram overweight ( it is 8,2kg I have for carry on baggage) The flights announcement 2PM, and it departed 4 PM, no announcement for delaying, People says Vietjet is delayJet airlines in their blood.

Vietjet tried to steal extra money from passengers by forcing them to change the name on the ticket that was correctly filled in on an English form online when ticket bought online. I bought the ticket via a foreign website where the language is English, At filling in the passenger's name, it says middle name first, then first name, and last name, That the ticket done and printed. when my wife checked in the staff at the check in counter said that her name was written wrong, she must fill the name in Vietnamese style, writing the Last name first, then middle name, first name comes last, even though her name was not misspelled. At the aiport I asked the Vietjet customer service, if it is written in Vietnamese way, it will be wrong when she travel abroad ? The custom service could not answer. It took over an hour where my wife was thrown like a ball between the check-in counter, to the Vietjet customer service , then to passport control. The cost is 110,000 vnd for change place in vietnamese way, I thought if there are millions of passengers who have done the same mistake, how much money Vietjet raked in every year On the flight, it is not allowed to sit in the empty seats in front or next to me, I sat in the middle in a row where two big men were sitting, I really need to change seats but the crew asked to pay extra to buy the empty seats. It is petty and cruel of Vietjet. There is no other choice than the state-owned airline, then you have no choice but to swallow the bite

Our flight was delayed for about 3hours however the ground crew made it sure that we will not miss our connecting flight from Hanoi to incheon.
