Very poor experience and will never travel with JAL again. With Business class ticket i was told that there is no veg option for the 1st leg of my journey from Delhi to Tokyo while served horrible plant based meat on the second leg of journey even though i selected Vegetarian meals. Also entertainment system is worse than domestic flight with hardly any Hollywood movies and no hindi movies at all
Staff were friendly and awesome! Some Filipinos are just undisciplined, but not an airline problem.
Food we select all the airlines, but they said not selected, it’s bad experience.

Very smooth onboarding and offboarding. Food provided was cold and not the best.
Terrible experience. Staff would not even refill my tea once. While they refilled a fellow Japanese persons wine 7 times. They also lost my luggage. Horrible. Go elsewhere
main courses of the primary meal were not good- the beef dish was really not good-
For a business class window passenger just to use toilet has to disturb the aisle passenger. Only the middle row has the freedom in this case. The flight from San Diego to Tokyo the seats were better positioned with the same configuration of 2-2-2.
Service and the plane itself were terrific, but the extensive delays both before we left and after were a real pain.
I am a United 1K flyer but certainly I would fly ANA again. Great inflight service!
"The Room" is the only way to fly. The service was excellent and the stewardesses we all gorgeous and friendly. The boarding process was delayed and the attendants at the airport were not the best.

One of the business class panels where we were sitting was broken and it didn’t close. Therefore, the be privacy was limited.
I enjoyed the flight, but a little too much turbulence on the flight. Thank you for the meal and entertainment. This kept my kids entertain during the flight. I have to admit comparing the crew from ANA vs United, there was a sense of more accomodation, friendliness and service compared to United crew. I felt for the United crew, it was just a job and it can be seen in there demeanor and delivery.
Attendants were very kind and frequently offered water and snacks. Food was excellent. For some reason, my IFE system would not play dialogue for any media despite my efforts to change to different language voiceovers, restart the system, etc. so I could not watch any videos.
Choice of movies dated as with the screens. Major room for improvement on the software to sort and select choices.
Although the crew was eventually very good, they complained loudly about EVERYTHING before the takeoff. Did not set the stage for a good trip in business class. The western meal choices were pretty mediocre as were the wine choices. We took an ANA flight to Tokyo and they were outstanding!
The neck support for the economy seats is poorly designed. It’s hard to sleep even on inclined position.
Between being the only jetstar flight delayed to changing gates at the last moment and starting boarding late, jetstar dropped the ball on this one. we had to run for last train. Never again

my flight was cancelled an hour before departure and i have not received a refund yet.
A child behind me was kicking my seat and the cabin attendant noticed and kindly asked me if I’d like to switch to a different available seat. Really nice.
The flight crew was very nice. Had a bit of a hiccup on my end when I checked in flying from Tokyo to Sapporo but the staff was very helpful. Definitely enjoyed both flights.
It we as a pleasant flight. Good helpful and happy cabin crew. Food was okay, not to write home about. Drinks good. Entertainment okay.. Seat space good , comfort acceptable
Very friendly and attentive flight attendants, good food service. Seat was comfortable. However, the in flight electronics were poor. The screen froze repeatedly; the controller died; the headphones are a hit or miss; the wifi wasn't usable. Very scarce communication before the flight (no email reminder). Almost impossible to understand in-flight communications (audio was very poor).
Overall, excellent: check-in, boarding, service, and food. The Business Class seating is a little less private and spacious than the world's premier airlines, but still very good for a long haul flight.
Your staff was exceptional. Could teach the other airlines-rules on etiquette, and service. Excellent landings on flights, carried out by your pilots. Only complaint is long delay on return flight in Beijing, onto Vancouver.
Worst than I expected, crew was not attentive, meal was as disgusting , they didn’t even drink selections as they would to other passengers. I felt discriminated

Nothing to complain of, the only reason I am not giving better marks is that I am used to flying with ANA and they are the top.
Everything was not satisfactory - the flight was delayed, staffs were ok but they didn't speak English well. I am from east Asia (not Chinese) and they didn't care enough to remember that I wasn't Chinese but persistently spoke chinese to me. The flight announcement in english wasn't clear to understand.
It was simply bad and on top of that my luggage hasn't been delivered until now. They can't even localize it which is just unacceptable when they are supposed to scan the bar code they put when we check in
Seat bottoms were not good, hard to sit so long. Food this time was bad. Crew were absolutely excellent. Plane was good and clean. 30kg checked bag weight limit is very convenient. Price is very good but seems to be rising lately. I'd would like a value plan (check bag and seat selection) but without meal. Is also like better upgrade options, once I purchased my tickets there was no option until boarding gate or after take off, but price of upgrade was still high.
Good budget airline. Disappointed zipair membership program doesn't let you transfer your 30% discount to your family members.
Punctuality is a great factor. Boarding, departing and landing in timely fashion. No hazles and very profesional service in land and during the flight. Great experience.
Wifi never really worked. Flight attendants were generally fine except when they were not very helpful when my wife accidentally spilled a soda (they chastised her to apologize to the people sitting behind when it was dark and we couldn't see anything and they brought one tiny napkin to help clean it up). Seats were uncomfortable for all four of us. Otherwise a typical flight.
Seats in economy might too narrow. people sitting next to each other is always hitting shoulders.
Easy to board and fly, no frills. Yummy ramen on board.
Couple of the crew members were really nice and the rest are really rude and didn't help when we needed help, food was not worth it at all and most importantly there's no even entertainment system other than a very interruptive and slow internet and some movies.

Het is BYOD voor het amusement tijdens de vlucht en dit werkte uitstekend. Geen trage wifi, helemaal niet. Alles kost geld, zelfs een flesje water. Misschien op langere vluchten wel gratis water, thee, koffie. Maar daarentegen mag je na de security je lege drinkflessen gewoon vullen en mee aan boord nemen
