In spite of purchasing premium, I felt it was perhaps the most uncomfortable seat I have flown in. The base was either broken or poorly made and had no support. Even placing pillows and blankets on the seat (1D aisle) didn’t help. It made for a long and mostly sleepless six hour flight. Crew also were very loudly talking to each other through the night making it very hard to sleep. It was purchased for the price, so I get the risk, but was not impressed.
Friendly helpful crew but that did not make up for cramped, uncomfortable seating. Anyone over 5.5 feet and 150lbs is going to feel crammed into the tiny space they have allotted for seating unless you are a special rewards customer, then you get the properly human size seats. With the outrageous price of flying these days, even in economy, the very least they can do is provide you with a comfortable seating experience. Especially since if there is any kind of delay on the ground you're likely to be stuck there even longer than your scheduled flight time.
Good value, minor delay due to waiting for inbound plane but they gave accurate information about wait time. Able to switch to a seat by my husband thanks to a kind flight attendant
Absolutely terrible, from the customer service to boarding the plane. On the phone, there was some mishaps with getting in my correct date and they did not help me retrieve a refund or any assistance. I’m gonna be reporting to all my followers and family around the region of Los Angeles to New York.

Check in through Kayak is IMPOSSIBLE due to the fact that Kayak & the airline of your choosing have different confirmation and reservation codes. You have to call the airline to find your actual information. My brand new KOBO Libra Colour 2 was destroyed somewhere in the security line. When I put it in the bin it was fine, and when I received it back, the screen was destroyed. Awesome. The boarding was a nightmare as people rushed to the gates prior the their boarding zones. I was seated between a father daughter duo who when I suggested I move to either side so they aren’t separated they said “no, we chose this on purpose.” They proceeded to talk over me, pass things over me, use my foot space, and lean on both sides. When we landed, the father was one of the first up, even though we were in the middle/back area. He then rushes his daughter to the point she quite literally clammers over me so they can push through people. The food was off putting: spinach & ricotta in a red sauce is a weird choice. The bun was fine. Tony’s chocolates were a great choice, though. The first flight was terrible. The second flight was much better. I was in a state after the first flight, and two of the flight attendants did a great job supporting the intense nausea I was suffering from by providing a large bag of ice and multiple ginger ales.
Generally good. However. The flight left 30 mins behind schedule with no reason given.
Flight delayed, missed my pick-up had to Uber, plus missed dinner and medication, so sad!
The crew were fabulous. The flight was bumpy and I always like the captain to tell me what that is about or my imagination gets carries away.
The internet connection was perfect, and the updated entertainment systems that allow me to connect my Bluetooth earbuds was excellent

Last minute cancellation, followed by last minute delay with the rescheduled flight. Both due to interval operation issues. Poor resolution.Very disappointing.
On-time boarding, departure, and flight. Electronic notifications about bags for the whole of their own journey too - from when they got accepted into the system through to being loaded onto the plane and then finally being disgorged onto the right carousel. That was an excellent feature.
Flying in the Dreamliner is always comfortable. Though the food options for Air Canada aren't great.
I n the Toronto airport I had trouble finding my zone. It was 47. I went from Zone 1 to the end of the line.didn't find it. Then saw my zone somewhat by accident over by where you first come in. Signs could be more helpful or more personnel directing people like me.
Orderly boarding. The flight to Montreal was difficult to get to on time, but had help from staffer.
Very bead I am going to Vancouver to toronto. Not boarding receive. Before flight ✈️ time I have to take boarding. Boarding manager asking me pay $89 . Just flight ✈️ time before I pay .after provided the Boarding pass. Flair Airlines management not good. But kayak is best application.
Not good Even after I made my booking, I was charged $90 for my boarding pass. I have collected boarding pass i pay $90 near . Flair airline not good. Without pay no boarding pass.
The flight was smooth, but the seats are not comfortable. I was not able to sleep. The sizes for the personal item and carry-on are way smaller than other airlines.
Leg room was terrible and seats very narrow. Flight was also delayed.
The worst airline experience that I ever had in my life. The fare was cheap but boy do you pay for it when it comes to baggages, carry-ons, food on board and lack of available staff at check-in. Almost every other passenger on my flight had the same complaints and experience. We all bonded discussing our displeasure. My husband and I will definitely not be traveling with Flair Airlines. We'll take anyone else.
The most uncomfortable plane I ever fly on. The seats won't even recline a little. For a 5 hrs flight at night and tired it felt like torture

Personally, I will not use this fight again. The service is poor, you have to buy even water. They don't provide anything even sneak, you have to buy. They said Personally items for 7 kg. Then they use some measurements, if you have 7kg and if it's not getting inside of their measurements, you have to pay 80$ this is robbery. I will prefer other flight then this. I am désappointement taking this airplane.
It’s a shameful company. It ask as to go to counter to take the boarding pass, they simply send it by email, just to check the bags’ size in a smaller than normal template. DONT USE FLAIR! It will be more expensive than normal airlines at the end.
flight was okay, no wifi, no free drinks but worst of all they lost my son's bike for four days. Customer service was nonexistent - call a number that leaves you on perpetual hold, there's no baggage folks in the baggage claims area (in vancouver). we went up to international and nobody was at ticketing, went to domestic and they had us fill out a form. they could not tell us where the bag was. Anyway, highly recommend you drop an airtag for anything that's worth more than $500. My son's bike costs a lot more than that to replace; I was on pins and needles for four days.
