Cons: "There was a LOT of turbulence and the landing was a rough one too. Plane was cramped with very little leg room and my seat back was broken."
Pros: "The crew were nice and friendly. The plane was new with lots of amenities"
Cons: "The new plane has NO leg room at all. It’s the worst leg room i’ve Experienced for such a large plane. I’m 6’1” and my knees would only fit if I spread my legs wide and sit back deep into the chair."
Pros: "Excellent communication, friendly staff, and timely flight."
Cons: "Overhead bin too small for expect carryons. Should offer free checked bag at check into reduce this delay."
Pros: "Small plane and a short flight, so just snacks and wifi, which was expected and was just fine with us. Crew was great."
Cons: "Consumer beware - you will be lied to by people at every level. They can mess up your reservation and then not let you fly. Good luck they are big companies and you are just one person and they won’t answer a call or email you. You will lose!"
Pros: "The kind bars"
Cons: "They gave a hard time checking in because I didn’t mark I had a lap child. I honestly looked and the website wasn’t clear. Then (Bob who checked me in in Tucson) didn’t bag my car seat. And it came super dirty. I’ve never had an airline not bag the caraway. Especially when I asked. Southwest is a better company to work with. Disappointed"
Pros: "The flight was calm"
Cons: "What I didn’t like is the inconviece where we had to change flight hour and aircraft and move to another one and we were delay for one all hour plus the 3 hours that we were there before the hour of departure that is really really bad"
Pros: "Delta did a really good job as always. Cheaper, more comfortable, and a WAY better experience than Alaska Airlines."
Pros: "My original flight from MSP to Grand Forks had the nicest pilot that went above and beyond his duties on and off aircraft."
Cons: "Switched planes 3 times, Gates 4 times and little communication on what to expect now, and moving forward. Ended up delayed on jetway 90 minutes before returning to gate to be switched on and off planes for 4 hours Also Delta broke my suitcase in 4 spots I will be contacting delta about this horrible experience!!!"
Pros: "The seats"
Cons: "We purchased tickets together and our seats were not together when we checked in. We had one small roller bag for the two of us and we ended up having to gate check it along with 3 other people and then there was clearly enough room for it once we were boarded."
Pros: "Everything went smoothly."
Cons: "Like ALL planes today, too crowded."
Pros: "Clean plan and efficient boarding procedure."
Cons: "Horrible delay. Took off almost two hours post originally scheduled time."
Pros: "Snacks were readily available; gate and flight attendants were friendly and accomodating."
Cons: "Free in-flight entertainment required an app to play, need for which was not advertised at all. Flight on United earlier in the month included announcements to download their app before takeoff. Customer service ahead of flight was a mixed bag. One assistant was went out of her way to help quickly and then comped a fee after I waited ~30 mins and then explained why we'd need assistance at the gate that she could not provide. A previous assistant was not able to provide this explanation."
Cons: "Like everyone says - could use more leg room. Theres no way to stretch legs which is a problem on ling flights. Why not lift up the seats by a few inches? This would create more leg room underneath without changing the number of seats and doesnt impact the head room much."
Pros: "Friendly and informative flight attendants kept the passengers in reasonable spirit."
Cons: "Left nearly an hour late after confusion related to oversold seats and upgrades. The gate agent entered the plane multiple times. The landing was rough, the brakes were loud."
Cons: "Flight delayed"
Pros: "The updated food is a nice change to Delta and a positive one."
Cons: "The attitude of the flight attendants was rude and not a way to act in a customer service industry."
Pros: "Crew was stellar, very accommodating."
Cons: "Food was WAAAAY to salty. Needs some more flavor than just salt sad to say. Would be nice to be offered an entire can of soda not just a cup full of ice and a tiny amount of liquid. Charging for exit row swats? Cmon.... I'm 6 foot 5, why should a 5 foot 115lb woman get all the extra leg room but I canot?"
Pros: "Delta Studio with closed caption"
Cons: "some series do not have closed caption"
Pros: "Snacks included bananas."
Cons: "Forced to gate check a bag that fit within the size constraints."
Pros: "All computers down. Cancelled flight. Spent night in airport. No accommodations. No food or drink."
Pros: "How reassuring the previous crew was that everything would be fine"
Cons: "They lied. Due to delays we got to plane 5 min before scheduled departure. But crew closed plane on our noses. No explanation. No consideration that most of airport was running late"
Cons: "The comfort seating on this aircraft was not as good as other Deltaflights. No extras or service."
Pros: "Tail winds provided an early arrival. When my flight was rebooked due to a delay on my first booking I was upgraded to Permium booking and drinks were complementary on the flight from Atlanta to Philadelphia."
