Cons: "I had a family emergency and because I had used a mileage ticket (as opposed to a paid ticket) I was told that I needed to give them 72 hours notice. I tried to explain that I had no control over the situation. It fell on deaf ears. I was so upset and frustrated that I could barely speak. My miles are now lost as the entire round trip ticket was cancelled and I have no way to regain all those miles that I wasted. It was the first time Delta did not come through for me and I must say, it's left a very bitter taste in my mouth. I couldn't believe that there isn't some provision (there is if I had paid for my ticket) and have lost all those miles that I use to fly Delta. So much for customer service."

Plane was almost empty, I’m 6’4 and asked mid flight to move to exit row because my knees was pressing into the forward seat. 1 person out of 6 seats were in the exit row and the gentleman attendant denied my request. I didn’t flinch about my full day of delays and connection issues but on an empty flight it would have been nice to catch a break. I landed in Pittsburgh at 12:30 at night and got to my hotel at 1:30am with an 8 am presentation. AA delays really have created a discontent with my business trips. As I use AA as my primary airline I hope this doesn’t continue or I’ll switch to United for future business trips monthly."

The entertainment system with controls in the middle of the arm rest where the elbow rests is such a bad idea, didn't even bother with this crappy unintuitive system. It was annoying and flashy with bright advertisements or something popping up on a night time flight just sooooooo annoying, turning it off was not intuitive and had to ask the flight attendants how to turn it off during their very busy work of handing out packages with five miniature pretzels and drinks to the passengers, was happy to get a whole cab of juice to myself though."

I have been on flights when there has been clarity given a change in plans but this was bad. We sat at the gate for an hour and a half, again no real communication, the fligh attendant t hope was joking when he said there was a half a bottle left for the whole plane...much later we were served water. Announcements were made but no clarity. We were told to collect baggage at number 2. Get a voucher for a hotel. After deplann9ng about 25 of us stood in line at the customer service desk where there were two staff working slowly. Then after an hour they announced we were in the wrong place, couldn't that have been explained earlier? Once we made our way out of the terminal to the ticket count the line was all the way down the hall. still with little info we waited. We landed at the alternate airport at 945, at 130am I had my vouchers, the food not useful until the following day, the hotels were full, no one picked up the phone for the shuttle bus to the hotels. I finally elected to sleep at the airport on a bench. We had actually all been reassigned a flight on our same plane. So I am not sure why we had to wait in line all that time. Our bags were not removed from the plane an irritated baggage claim attendant told me. It was a mess. The flight the next morning was fine, short, without problems for me. united needs to work on its communications. It would have been helpful to have someone out side running the line giving out info. And at customer service they should have been paying attention to their line. Would have been helpful."

Also the computer in the offices where not working properly and that's what caused the delays of getting the paper work to the pilots. The pilots had to constantly return the paper work about 4 times before it was right. It wouldn't had been bad if the flight wasn't already delayed about 4 hours. For the four hours of waiting they could of offered us food or some kind of free beverage."

Akong with being an American made aircraft,even the small 737 is so much larger and comfortable than the any Airbus, sure makes your flight more comfortable and user friendly with the necessary leg room and overhead luggage compartment. My girlfriend and I just took a flight to Hawaii using American Airlines, and we were disappointed to get an Airbus every leg of the trip. I am 6'4" and those Airbuses have no comfort side to side or front to back, and I always have to see my chiropractor afterwards. You can't even get small carryons into their tiny overhead luggage compartments. I have flown United Airlines before and remembered that most of your aircraft were Boeing, so I chose this trip with you. Very comfortable flight and I look forward to my return trip. I will continue to Fky United Airlines from now on. And thank you for the new safety instructions video. It catches your eye and keeps you paying attention, and has humor too. Thanks again everyone at United"

My flight that was to arrive at 10:55 PM arrived at 3:30 AM so I lost a day of work, had to cancel a meeting and lost an entire day because of Frontier's operations? Sounds like a poorly run airline who touts being low cost who nickel and dimes me to death. I WILL NEVER come back."

Cons: "The cost of the carry on luggage was close to the same as the cost of the flight. I do not appreciate that level of surprise extra cost, as it was not highlighted at the time of purchase! When we decided to save $5 per piece of luggage and check our bags, the check in attendant threw our bags onto the conveyor belt haphazardly with little regard for what may have been in them. The seats on the plane did not recline and were very uncomfortable. I am very dissatisfied, and will avoid flying with Frontier Airlines in the future."
Cons: "Arrived well before the flight to check bag which I paid $35 (highest rate for check in bag yet-compared to other airlines). Took over an hour to check bag as there was one person checking bags at DIA. The other employee was assigned to the customers who had paid a premium fee. Many of the customers left the long lines and went to curb side to check their bags. When I arrived at gate, flight was delayed. I got on the plane and into my seat. Unfortunately, I was not paying attention and sat in 8F, not 8E. There was a woman and her daughter who came on late and they gave 8E to the daughter. Moments later a woman, came and asked me to show my boarding pass. I took out my phone but forgot I had switched it to airplane mode as we were due to leave. In a full flight, the woman (Robin), started telling me that I was on the wrong flight and that I was on the later flight. I couldn't bring up my seat assignment because I was frazzled and embarrassed as she insisted I get up and leave with her. I thought we were going out to check my assignment, but when I got out to the gate, I realized that the plane was leaving. Robin and the crew realized they had made a mistake and told me the only thing they could do was get me on the 10 p.m. flight out of Denver. Never have I been treated so poorly. All someone had to do was ask my name which did not happen until I was totally humiliated as I struggled to get off the plane and was out at the gate. I was reimbursed my flight and was given a check and a $15 voucher for dinner which didn't cover my dinner. I took the later flight and arrived home at 0100 a.m. My husband had to come home from the coast (2 hour drive) to take care of our dogs who were waiting for me to come home to feed them and get them out of the heat."

Cons: "I didn't like that I had to pay for a carry-on and a seat assignment. And then to find out when on board, that I had to pay for any snack or beverage. Good thing I had a water in hand. I had flown Frontier many years ago when I received good service. This flight was just transportation....not a service oriented flight to get you to return. Also, we waited for 1/2 hour at baggage claim for our bags to finally appear..."

Cons: "The $20 in extra charges for the most uncomfortable seats ever. I was also never made aware of the extra charges for carry on items. At least be up front about it. Made my round trip ticket almost $100 more in fees."
Cons: "Added cost just to get a window seat, carry on bags, and all food. Won't fly them again if I don't have to."
Pros: "The attendants made sure every one was comfortable before the flight took off, after the doors were close the offered open seats to customers that looked a bit crammed. They were very accommodating. I didn't eat any food, but it smelled amazing. I would definitely suggest Frontier to any one flying I know I will be booking with them again."
Cons: "The chairs weren't the most comfortable, luckily it wasn't a long flight. Is a bit much for checked in baggage. I understand charging for extra luggage but the first checked bag should be complimentary."

At the end of the day I could have paid for a badass flight on ANOTHER CARRIER. I'll remember to NEVER fly this airline again.The non-reclining seats cost extra cash which is not properly disclosed during ticket purchase, a carry-on bag cost extra cash, the seats don't recline, the tray tables are tiny, THEY EVEN CHARGE FOR WATER."
Cons: "There was no explanation about why the flight was cancelled. No offers of hotel or meal vouchers. The best offer made was to go on standby in 2 days. I cancelled, asked for a refund, and re-booked on United. If my refund is $200 Frontier voucher, I will have not use for it, ad I will NEVER fly Frontier again. I am thinking to contact the FAA."

Cons: "The charges for sitting with the person I was flying with were unexpected as were the charges for the carry on baggage. I would prefer that the initial cost of the fights were indicative of what the flight would ultimately cost me so I could fairly compare them to other flights. On top of those pricing shenanigans the seats are smaller than average, do not recline at all and are generally uncomfortable and the tray tables are minuscule. I have told everyone I came into contact with during my trip and I will continue to tell anyone that will listen that I feel misled and taken advantage of by frontier airlines."

Cons: "Cramped uncomfortable seats, the tray tables are about the size of a postcard, on top of fees that were not mentioned at all during my booking process (ie, carry on fee, you need to pay for -everything- on the flight including sodas/coffee/water they would give you for free on other airlines). I would suggest springing for a different airline at a higher cost because you'll be more comfortable and it'll end up costing you about the same in the end."

Pros: "The price is deceptively low. I avoided extra charges by not checking in until I was at the airport where a seat is automatically assigned and had all my clothes in one messenger bag. Avoiding interaction with their systems, last minute checkin, and one non-backpack/suitcase worked. It is like allegiant air = not clearly representative of costs."
Cons: "It was all about purchases. I thought I might get charged for a cup of water, but I was not. She said there are no refills. I could have insisted but I did not."

Cons: "No one informs you of all the charges that will be tacked on... Your seat, leg room, carry on. The staff were awful both ways. No one ever came back to my seat after their first round- so I had to get up and find a place to put my trash. The staff were completely unfriendly. The flight might be cheap- but you have to deal with subpar employees!"
Pros: "Overall it was a good experience. The crew was very nice and attentive to my needs. The boarding process was very smooth."
Cons: "The seats don't recline and since this was a night flight that was a drag. The tray table is not big enough to really work so with out being able to work or sleep it was not conducive to being a great experience and there was no free radio. So I rated the entertainment as boring. The reason I said the food was poor was I didn't feel like $2 for a Diet Coke was a value so I had water. The water was bottled and good so I went up to a mediocre."

We also were not informed that even one checked bag would cost us extra. Last, the baggage charge from Denver to Portland was $40 for one bag but on the return trip it was $30. Did we get ripped off in Denver??"
Pros: "No frills flying but it was fine. It was completely clear at booking and online check in that it costs for carry on bags."
Cons: "Canceled flight for weather. Stayed on line for 30 minutes to talk to someone who couldn't rebook me for a week and gave me a number for the airport desk so I wouldn't have to drive there but that number circled back to the one I just called, so I drove to the airport where no one was at the desk for an hour and again couldn't rebook OR give me a refund. Back home then for more calls. Entire trip was cancelled and ruined. Never have been treated like this by reputable airline where I could have been rerouted or offered a next day flight or switch to another airline."

Cons: "almost the entire flight had various levels of turbulence- no real announcements about it to ease passengers. Floors where a little dirty and of course the fact that the seats are tiny and you are in a 90 degree up-right position doesn't help. I think I saved $50 - but none of it was worth it - I'll be back to Delta from now on."

Not getting offered water on the flight.\ People on the flight not letting people with tight connections off first, even though crew had told them to. Air vent was way weak. Long pitch for their branded credit card."

Cons: "What is there to like people are crammed in like a can of sardines. For a guy of my size there was no room for anything the tray table was bs is so small a can of pop had no room to sit. The whole charge for checked bags OK I understand but for a carry on also who does that this is the only flight I've ever seen that's charges for a carry on. It took 45 min to get my luggage which is not OK way too long for making people wait for there stuff. Btw I'm never going to fly Frontier ever again and I'm going to tell friends and family to never fly with Frontier such a horrible experience......."

And who is to say what my own standards are? I never heard that part before and it was insulting to them and to the passengers. If you have to cut corners by not getting and paying for a professional cleaning crew, why would we believe that safety is a priority and that you don't cut many other corners for a bottom line profit. And what kind of creepy crawlers were we sitting in if the last passengers had the job of cleaning the cabin sprung on them in the end ? If this is our responsibility, give us some informed consent before we get on your plane. Yuck."
