got ahead of the schedule, nothing else to like. crew management of boarding when overhead bag space was virtually gone in the midst of their priority zone 3 should have been better. but they absolutely did not care. ryanair crew is better than this!
It’s a 3 hour flight with no entertainment and no WiFi due to Delta using old planes on this route and food is cold. Today we were told no potable water on the flight to even make coffee or tea. Ridiculous service in this direct route for business travelers and non business travelers
The crew was excellent but the entertainment did not work. The 3mm jack for the headphones was faulty and no sound was available for entertainment.
The number of interim flight delays has been higher than I can remember in my history of travel making any connection a mystery as to whether you will actually make it.
THI IS THE 3RD CONSECUTIVE FLIGHT FROM ORD TO MSP THAT HAS BEEN DELAYED 2+ HOURS. CRAZY
Sat in the plane at the gate in SLC for 2+ hours before take off, getting me home nearly 3 hours later than planned.
I was impressed with how quickly the baggage transfers were made.
The Airline Attendant found us in flight and moved us to seats in the front of economy due to the short time we would have to make our connecting flight. We really appreciated it.
For some reason, there was very little volume on the cabin announcements. You could not hear what the pilot or crew were saying.
Seats in Delta Main are unbelievably close to the seat in front of. Hard to get a backpack under the seat.
I am absolutely furious with American. they shut the door in my face when I was trying to board the flight and kicked me off of it. They made no attempt to call my name or contact me or anything. They just said they gave my seat away. The customer service response has been atrocious. I will never fly this airline again as long as I live.

Hey as long as you bring me back to earth in one piece I’m good! Otherwise great flight smooth take off and landing good staff Only thing is the staff at the back of the aircraft chatters a lot it’s annoying at times but I’ll let that go because they are very sweet overall.
I liked the fact that I was able to choose different food than typical all-in-one or two options. The refreshments kept coming so I really did not sleep & I am adjusting time different much better than the past experiences. I like the variety of movies & shows that I was able to watch.
Little bit of trouble getting my KTN and pre-check status onto the ticket, but otherwise the counter staff were friendly and truly concerned to get it right.
American Airlines is a great dependable airline, on time arrival and departure with polite crew and staff.
I booked 1st class, my flights were changed and I was sitting in the middle at the back of the plane. A far cry from the 1st class I purchased for my flights. I am grateful I arrived on time.
Cabin felt crammed Snacks are lame But crew was super efficient getting us out on time despite delay
There was no drink/snack service and the electric outlets were not powered so I couldn’t charge my phone.
Plane was filthy- food in the seat, on the floor, on the tray.
