The food was poor quality and the screens for entertainment didn’t work almost at all . Plane seemed pretty old
Everything went smoothly and the staff was very kind. I’m glad I purchased the extra leg room for my long flight; it was totally worth it. We were served 2 meals for a 9 hour flight which I was not expecting and they were very tasty. I appreciated them being vegetarian. Customs line in Munich was long; I had a choice to have a 1 hr 40 min layover or 2 hr 40 min layover; I took the longer layover which I was thankful for because my flight was delayed 30 minutes and there’s a good chance I would have missed my connecting flight. This was my very first international flight and I would fly Discover again without hesitation. Thank you for taking good care of me!
I liked everything BUT the temperature. It was freezing and now I am sick.
We flew first class - the screens are outdated and very small. Even on highest brightness level is was hard to recognize anything. Food was on average, nothing special. Champagne served was the same other airlines serving in Business Class.

We had almost a 6 hr delay, primarily due to weather, the e problem was that they communicated this delay and its length very poorly. The boarding was chaotic - even though they had hours to figure it out! The plane was an old 747 whose touch screens barely worked and there was a faulty USB port under my seat rest (something that wasn't labeled as being there) They organized my delayed luggage well. And I could get updates on the Lufthansa website. My shirt connecting flight charged for everything except water. Coffee was over 3€
Premium Economy was very comfortable. Flight staff was cheerful and helpful.
The plane was over an hour late taking off... the plane was rather tired looking, seat cushion was thin and uncomfortable, the sound on my entertainment system wasn't working... crew are not friendly.
No entertainment since it was a 3 hr flight. Good leg room for economy.
Not what I expected for the last leg of a $5100 business class experience. Boarding was a nightmare. The flight was delayed and I had to keep checking my email to ensure I was at the right gate since the airline or the terminal had no clue until 15 mins prior to boarding. Food was gross, limited drink options.
