Pros: Crew was amazing. Very attentive and welcoming.

Pros: Crew was amazing. Very attentive and welcoming.

Cons: Everything was great! Would love to be a loyal Delta passenger. I wish the prices were more competitive. Willing to pay more for the quality of experience but Delta always seems sky high!

Pros: I had heard about limited food options during covid flights but everything was tasty and generous. I always appreciate it when my initial flight books my check-in to my final stop and gives me all my boarding passes at once and Delta did just that. They were also really good at communicating updates like changes to the gate.
Cons: People should just be prepared to be asked more questions than usual. It can definitely make you feel nervous but just remember that the new covid restrictions are stressful for flight staff just as much as they are stressful for you. Be cooperative and honest and you shouldn't have any problems.

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Thanks for choosing customer safety over profits. I specifically chose Delta because they continue to not sell the middle seats.

Cons: All went great. Another excellently run Delta flight.

Pros: The crew was very courteous and friendly
Cons: Delays Why is it always a surprise for the crew that the plane needs to be de iced in the winter

Pros: Amazing crew

Pros: Great crew, nice plane, awesome entertainment

Pros: Easy boarding
Cons: Ensure the entertainment is working not able to watch movies on an eight plus hour flight

Pros: Crew
Cons: Reclining seats

Cons: There was huge issues with our original plane and the lady at the desk was horrible with communication to all the passengers waiting for the flight updates. The one time I finally asked her if there was any updates, after almost 1.5 hours of delay and waiting, she took a very rude and snappy tone.

Pros: Crew was nice
Cons: It would have been better if the flight wasn’t 3 hours late.

Pros: Amazing entertainment display and the boarding process is smooth.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Nothing

Pros: great crew!
Cons: luggage. what a nightmare. I waited 30min for my luggage (after a delayed flight) only to be told by a fellow PASSENGER that some of our luggage was directed to a FRONTIER CAROUSEL. I then had to wait by that carousel till I found it. so much for "bags in 20min guaranteed"

Pros: Staff from Check in to aircraft very pleasant. Snack choice in Coach impressive.

Pros: Friendly, efficient crew
Cons: Uncomfortable seat in 1st class. Poor quality video screen, too small, too far away, poor sound.

Pros: There was no flight booked by Kayak although I paid for my trip. I’ve addressed this 3 times & still have yet to receive a call from customer Service.
Cons: Poor service

Cons: Plane was delayed 90 minutes due to late crew. Plane was very old, only outside bins held carryons.

Pros: Every aspect of this trip with Delta was super! We were on time, a bit early even. The flight was smooth and comfortable.
Cons: I would prefer fresh fruit or vegetables as a snack.

Pros: Able to watch a movie, even though can't finished it.
Cons: LATE DEPARTURE, LATE ARRIVAL IN ATLANTA. Good thing I brought some snacks. My seat was changed to the window (I hated it) instead of aisle as I pickedbefore when I checked in in Amsterdam. I should buy Virgin Air ticket for my round trip ATL-Ams vv, saved me about $250, if I knew it would be late

Pros: Flight attendants were excellent, flight from Milan to JFK, while long was reasonably comfortable. Food was pretty good. Lots of free movie and TV choices. Leg room was OK.
Cons: It would be nice if the seats leaned back just a little more for sleeping. Make certain you have used the restroom before you get to JFK and customs. Customs was a pain but I had lots of time between flights.

Pros: Easy boarding nice clean and spacious, I am tall so it is sometimes difficult to have enough space in aricraft. Staff was very nice, polite and helpfull during the long 12h flight, very nice job indeed!

Pros: Our flight arrived ahead of schedule and the crew was great. Quick boarding although due to weather we were a bit late boarding aircraft however made up for lost time.
Cons: The aircraft was a bit warm and there was no ice for beverages which were warm

Pros: It’s was super smooth! Fast service and great customer service.
Cons: The intercom was a little messed up.

Pros: Timely, organized, polite staff and pilots. Delta gets 5 stars all around.
Cons: WiFi wasn’t working but we were informed so not really a negative just an observation.

Cons: If we're going to be early, have a gate ready.

Pros: Not much
Cons: Late bumby ride

Pros: The crew were so polite and happy!
Cons: Those seats! UGH!

Pros: crew was professional and seats werre comfortable. flight departed late but arrived on time.
Cons: nothing to say.

Pros: I purchased round trip tickets to Cancun Mexico for under $400. And I received 1st class upgrades both ways. I could not be happier with my travel.
Cons: No complaints

Pros: Upon arriving in Minneapolis-St. Paul, it was a struggle to determine whether or not my bags had made it, whether or not I needed to collect them from baggage claim due to the cancellations/delays, and if I was even going to be able to transfer my ticket. Flight arrived late in the evening when most flights were basically complete for the day. Luckily, I happened upon a red-eye arrival, and spoke to an agent at that gate (Taj). Taj was without a doubt, THE BEST GATE AGENT I HAVE ENCOUNTERED IN MY 40+ YEARS OF TRAVELLING!! I explained my situation to him, and he immediately asked to see my travel info. He proceeded to get me on a flight much earlier than originally anticipated, upgraded me to Premium fare status, and did his best to re-route my luggage (which he informed me was still sitting in ATLANTA 18 hours after having left there...) - how does someone get on a flight, and their check-in get noted, but their luggage does not get put on said flight?? Things that make you go hmmmmm.... All that aside...I will be planning a trip to Minneapolis-St. Paul specifically to take a gift of appreciation to Taj! Well done on this end Delta - Taj is an excellent example of intelligent customer service.
Cons: Last minute notifications of delays/cancellations. Luggage was not placed on my original departing flight from Atlanta 18 HOURS EARLIER...not cool Delta. As a result, I did not receive my luggage for another 2 1/2 days .

Pros: Entertainment. Large overhead compartments. Clean.
Cons: The temperature in the plane was too hot and made for a very uncomfortable flight. The individual air conditioner spewed out hot air. My kids and I took off as much clothing as possible and still remained hot. We were putting ice on our wrist to try to cool down! I sat with my hand against the window to capture some cool air. We were in Row 37. I am not sure if we were in a hot seat or if the other passengers experienced the same.

Pros: Wouldn't know wasn't able to make it to the flight
Cons: The fact that for the second time in 2 months Delta issues kept me from making my flight

Pros: staff was good, flight was not so good
Cons: Hated the storm we flew through, luggage came out of overheads....ugh

Pros: Flight was comfortable. Short, sweet, and landed before I knew it. Boarding was a smooth process.
Cons: The flight crew and service on the plane was fine. My biggest complaint was at the baggage drop off at the airport, where there was quite a long line without any crew members assisting us. A five to ten minute wait is fine, but a fifteen minute wait, with only three crew members compared to the other airlines? By the time I dropped off my baggage, the other airlines were finished with their customers, and there was still quite a line behind me.

Pros: Crew was very friendly and gave great service.
Cons: Legroom was poor, Im 6' tall and my knees were rubbing the seat in front. Flight was full so no alternate.

Pros: Some "perk" for Diamond status on Delta to get to a shorter security line, but customs and immigration was... customs and immigration.
Cons: No available SkyTeam lounge unless you had a business class ticket. As a Diamond flier, I can always access the SkyTeam lounges. Audio for boarding was a little unclear so there was some confusion at boarding. For reasons unknown, my bag was moved from one overhead bin to another. Very frustrating since I board early to avoid this confusion and hassle.

Pros: The flight attendants were very nice and the boarding crew. From the time I walked up to the counter at LGA to the time I exited the plane in CLT, I was treated so kindly and with such respect. Kudos to the Delta Crew.
Cons: The FLIGHT!!!!! There were delays. Scheduled take of time was 6:59 PM. We took off at 735 PM. Once I was on the plane, I started kicking myself in the you know what because I knew immediately I was scammed. I had purchased a 1st Class ticket for $400+, only to find that my comfort would be the equivalent of that if I purchased a ticket in economy. My long legs would still be cramped. For the past few years, I have been purchasing 1st class for it's spaciousness. On this flight, on the RCJ700, I did not fly comfortably. The space was very tight, and I was able to stretch my legs as if I sat in economy. This was by far, my most uncomfortable flight ever. SMH; A WASTE OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!

Pros: Extra leg room with Sky priority
Cons: We upgraded to Sky priority but we're not allowed to load with Sky priority. They made us wait for Zone 3. We also did not get the designated overhead space we paid for and had to put our bags under the seat in front of us. A bit disappointing to pay $240 extra and not get what we paid for.

Pros: Timeliness of flight.
Cons: I was told if I didn't show proof of a return flight to the US that they wouldn't let me board. I live in Mexico. None the less I had a return trip booked for a family event on another airline.

Pros: Comfortable flight, super crew, awesome non stop flight from Minneapolis. Could not ask for any better. Delta is the #1 airline.
Cons: Nothing at all.

Pros: Flight was quick, Crew was friendly
Cons: Plane was older with no power connections

Pros: The flight was bumpy because of storm but the pilots were expert at making the best of flying around it.

Cons: Dirty windows. Could not see out window. I have a photo if requested. I am 6'4" the plane was small cramped and uncomfortable.

Pros: Comfortable seating in business class Arriving JFK early.

Pros: Smith TSA check in, smooth boarding, dinner AND breakfast, phone charging port, headphones, sleep mask, ear plugs, and excellent entertainment.
Cons: 2 passengers booked at the same time got assigned different seats at boarding. Luckily one passenger was kind enough to switch seats.

Pros: Every thing except food!
Cons: Not enough food provided by airline!

Pros: On time
