Everything about Korean air is great, hands down! Will always prefer this airline from other carriers.

Ford not that great the seat not to big for leg room like other airline

not too bad but not too great either. Service on all airlines declined ever since covid. Your Delta Stewardess are not that friendly at all. :-(

I like your stewardess, they are nice. However, your food could have been better and wheres your dessert? You do not offer beer or scotch. I do not drink alcohol biut my husband can have one or two, he has to ask if he can have one. during dinner or lunch, it should be offerred. Also, you do not have the most famous drinks ginger ale

My flight was diverted to Atlanta and I was not given enough time. I paid my travel on April 23, 2023. It was originally Delta from Norfolk to NY, then Korean Air from NY all the way Philippines which is my final stop. Instead from Atlanta to Korea I flew Delta which is okay. Then Korea to Philippines, I flew Asiana Airlines. What I did not like, Ieagle did not sent me an email that my flight was change and so when I went to check in Wednesday the 10th, at 4:30 a.m they told me my flight was delayed at 6;00 p.m and diverted in Atlanta and I am flying Asiana from Korea to Philippines. I do not appreciate that Kayak or Ieagle chenge our flights 5 times and then last minute change again during my day of flight. I hope that you will not make any changes of my flight o Feb 15th because it has to be the same flight with my husband. That is the reason why we made the arrangements early on.

Going through security a third time to get on the next flight was again utterly ridiculous and unnecessary. We were in a International secure area once again and as far as I'm concerned should not have been put through the gears for absolutely no reason. The United States can get all the information they need from the travel itinerary, there was no need to be forced out of a secure area to personally interview everyone on a connecting flight to find out their US immigration status.

Aircraft used was a 10 year old 767 which is being maintained in excellent condition. Business class was very comfortable and reclined sufficiently to allow me to sleep. The crew were excellent and very attentive. The only two unfortunates were a) food quality, the beef was very tough and below the standard for business class service; and b) the onboard entertainment offered little for non-Mongolians. All around, I would gladly fly MIAT again.

The flight was on time and the aircraft new and well-maintained. Service was friendly and well carried out. Seating on the 737 MAX in business class was comfortable enough that I could doze off during the 4 hour flight. Arrival in Ulsan Baatar was on time and baggage delivered to the belt quickly. I was pleasantly surprised by the entire event and have no trouble recommending MIAT.

No entertainment display working whole flight it was like a veggie 😒

Cons: "This flight was operated by MIAT. I have never been on a plane with such cramped seats. If the person in front tipped their seat back it was almost touching your nose! Nothing on screen for 4 and a half hours and the AC barely functioned, so with a full plane it became unbearably hot!"

Cons: "Missed connection from PEK to XIY due to delayed arrival and early departure. From XIY to PEK, booked and confirmed 11 departure, changed to 12:30 without notification or explaination. Rushed connections at PEK, pretty much ran from the minute left plan to another terminal, through custom, through all the health check points, security check. Just keep the fights on time and keep the original schedules, not arbitrarily change them."

Pros: "The food was good. It was nice that they supply wet hot towels before each meal. The seat was comfortable with the price I paid for. The rest room is nice and clean and quite spacious. The L’occitane toiletery bag was nice."
Cons: "It would be nice to supply mouthwash in the rest room. It would be nice to have a foot step at the bottom to open the trash container. The comforter is not washed and smells."
Cons: "Even for business class there is no TV screen on each seat. Just one small TV screen on the ceiling for a few rows to share. It would be much better with TV screen on each seat. I was sitting in the first row business class and the air hostess skipped me and didn’t give me a slipper. She gave me a used slipper at the end only without a packet. This is unprofessional to treat a business class passenger"
