Not very comfortable seated in the back plane due to turbulence

We were seated at the back and that was very uncomfortable for me with the turbulence we experienced on our way to Chicago.

Everything about Korean air is great, hands down! Will always prefer this airline from other carriers.

I enjoyed flying on Korean Air. The service was great and the food was yummy. They served white fish.

Ford not that great the seat not to big for leg room like other airline

Korean Air had great service and the Bibimbap dish was the best airplane food I’ve ever had. It was a long flight so in between the two meals they served customers could get Shin ramen. The flight attendants let my children use a pair of nice headphones for the flight and had earbuds and slippers for all the adults. The flight was long but the time passed by relatively quickly because they have many great shows in their entertainment TV. I watched the BTS Love Yourself and Speak Yourself concerts 💜

It was ok. Not good and not a bad experience

not too bad but not too great either. Service on all airlines declined ever since covid. Your Delta Stewardess are not that friendly at all. :-(

I like your stewardess, they are nice. However, your food could have been better and wheres your dessert? You do not offer beer or scotch. I do not drink alcohol biut my husband can have one or two, he has to ask if he can have one. during dinner or lunch, it should be offerred. Also, you do not have the most famous drinks ginger ale

Stewardess are nice. Food could have been better and should have a better dessert. They do not offer scotch or beer. You have to ask for it. I also was not happy that you do not serve ginger ale and or cranberry juice. This is my first time that an international flight do not have this. I go home overseas every year and when I travel through ANA, Delta, Qatar, JAL, Asiana Air, United Air. they all serve this two very famous drink. You do not have a great snack tray.

Aircraft used was a 10 year old 767 which is being maintained in excellent condition. Business class was very comfortable and reclined sufficiently to allow me to sleep. The crew were excellent and very attentive. The only two unfortunates were a) food quality, the beef was very tough and below the standard for business class service; and b) the onboard entertainment offered little for non-Mongolians. All around, I would gladly fly MIAT again.

The flight was on time and the aircraft new and well-maintained. Service was friendly and well carried out. Seating on the 737 MAX in business class was comfortable enough that I could doze off during the 4 hour flight. Arrival in Ulsan Baatar was on time and baggage delivered to the belt quickly. I was pleasantly surprised by the entire event and have no trouble recommending MIAT.

No entertainment display working whole flight it was like a veggie 😒

Cons: "This flight was operated by MIAT. I have never been on a plane with such cramped seats. If the person in front tipped their seat back it was almost touching your nose! Nothing on screen for 4 and a half hours and the AC barely functioned, so with a full plane it became unbearably hot!"

The flight was delayed for almost 5 hours, but I understand that it was not up to the company, however how they could handle the situation better, they never apologized for that delay, moreover despite passengers being there for 7 hours only thing they did was to give a bowl of instant noodles, afterwards on the plane tiny snacks, people were there starting from lunch time and we’ve arrived to destination at almost midnight

Cons: "Missed connection from PEK to XIY due to delayed arrival and early departure. From XIY to PEK, booked and confirmed 11 departure, changed to 12:30 without notification or explaination. Rushed connections at PEK, pretty much ran from the minute left plan to another terminal, through custom, through all the health check points, security check. Just keep the fights on time and keep the original schedules, not arbitrarily change them."

Cons: "Staff was not helpful and kind of rude unless you spoke their language. Food options were terrible and not very comfortable seat for 13+ hr flight."

Pros: "The food was good. It was nice that they supply wet hot towels before each meal. The seat was comfortable with the price I paid for. The rest room is nice and clean and quite spacious. The L’occitane toiletery bag was nice."
Cons: "It would be nice to supply mouthwash in the rest room. It would be nice to have a foot step at the bottom to open the trash container. The comforter is not washed and smells."
Cons: "Even for business class there is no TV screen on each seat. Just one small TV screen on the ceiling for a few rows to share. It would be much better with TV screen on each seat. I was sitting in the first row business class and the air hostess skipped me and didn’t give me a slipper. She gave me a used slipper at the end only without a packet. This is unprofessional to treat a business class passenger"

Pros: "Very frustrated experience. Air China, air Canada, budget air, all push responsibilities away. Budget air got my name wrong, too, which would have caused me to not be able to get on the original flight from China anyways."
Cons: "Still I have not been able to get someone to fix my problem for me although I was promised that I could postpone my return flight by one day because of the delay at Victoria airport. Ended up having to buy a return ticket by myself."
