The united employees at the gate treated me very rudely and called me nefarious
The food was horrible. There was no. Wifi, and it was just terrible from bangkok to d. C
My flight got cancelled. Couldn’t get my luggage. It arrived at my destination ahead of me. I didn’t get my preordered meal. Had to spend the night in the airport.
The crew was good, the WiFi was amazing, but the plane was meh. Uncomfortable first class, not enough room for baggage. My stuff ended up being behind my seat, so I had to sit on the plane for 20 minutes before I could get to it after landing.
food /beverage service was limited to one time which was unexpected for a flight that long. food wasn't very good.
United did nit provide any updated on flight crew not bein available until boarding time started. It was bad. Itws alate night flight and there no proactive communication and iha d an important meeting that i missed due to thus
From the boarding crew to the FAs was such a good team. All with smiles and positive energy. The pilots made an announcement of us waiting on some passengers who were late landing and I didn’t hear one person feel like it was an inconvenience which was wonderful. Massive kudos to all that worked that flight. Everyone was united. 😊💙
Smooth flight, easy boarding process. Made up time in the air with initial delay due to weather pass through
Flight was over two hours late, but they notified us early in the morning. They ended up changing planes the food on board that was extremely mediocre and we were in premier class.
Usual wait for over a half hour for a gate at Ohare. They tell you you'll get there early then sit on the plane and wait almost an hour
WE didint profit of food , but for the other think all was good
Spacious and clean aircraft. Good food. Economy will always be squeezed but thankfully I had an aisle seat for stretching exercises. Good selection of movies, particularly Spike Lee joint.
Unfriendly, 8 hours delayed, no lounge access even flying business. Don’t fly Brussels
On board service was decent. I like the legroom at UA that seems to be more than in other airlines
It was really good because the employees were very nice and fun to talk to. The entertainment was nice because they had plenty of movies to watch.
The flight went well, only during the flight from Brussels to Vilnius I would have liked if they had at least given us plain water to drink.
The crew and the flight were excellent, the food might be better!
This was absolutely one of the worst experiences of my life. I came to Europe for a 2 week trip and the airline was probably the most disorganized airline I’ve ever seen in my life. They lost my luggage. I had tracking on it for just such an occasion and told them EXACTLY where it was in the terminal and they somehow failed to get it out on the flight that night, since we were leaving for Switzerland the next day there was no way they would get it to our hotel in time. Seriously, take another airline at any cost. It’s not worth whatever you pay…you’ll end up paying a lot more in the end. My medication is in the bag and I can’t get to it and don’t know how I will get it.
Been flying on various airlines, all over the world, for 50+ years. The food on Brussels Air was easily the worst I ever endured.
I felt the overall quality of the plane and food service was less than that of their partner airlines, United. An example was wine was served in paper cups in premium economy class. There was no real silverware, napkins or a welcome kit other than a pillow and blanket.
The seat was wet when I came in. Food was just something. And during a whole 11 to 12 hours in the airplane NO WIFI. Was is the point to buy a business ticket if you can be connected to your relatives and your company. Ethiopian used to do that to theirs customers, TECHNICAL ISSUE, WE ARE SORRY….. I am a gold customer for ET. It is very disappointed!
It was a great experience for my first time flying with this airline. I will be flying with them a lot more now. Plane crew was amazing.
The flight was very smooth, however, the quality of food was mediocre.
The TV wasn't working No music for the whole flight from JFK to LOS It was too burring.
Flight was delayed by two hours. This really messed things up because I missed my connecting flight in Addis. I had a meeting in Entebbe which was scrapped because my flight from Addis landed later in the day.
I paid for internet that did not work and had to pay more to have it
The crew was unfriendly and very rude to name a few (Helina). I felt unsafe due to most of the cabinets were open while on flight. All in all the flight was ok, but the crew needed more training on customer service most of all for international flights.
Delay not posted, only departure time listed- not boarding time. We left an hour late and arrived 45 min late. Restrooms had backed up sinks and toilets not flushed ) passenger error). Lots of screen for entertainment didn’t work. But we arrived with our luggage
The plane was old and the luggage racks above us were visibly shaking during turbulence. Water was dripping on our heads during landing. Our flight was over 2 hours late departing but we were not updated or told what to expect as the screen at the gate continued to read “on time”
Check in took over an hour because printer was not working. Attendant did not know how to give free layover Addis Ababa hotel vouchers or update frequent flyer number. After repeated attempts, got voucher emailed. However hotel wanted printed voucher hence more delay. Bus time from hotel back to airport was printed 4:50 hours, but hotel reception called at 3 pm saying bus will leave at 4 pm. Then hotel reception called again saying 4:15 pm. We rushed at 4:15 pm and bus was not ready until 4:40 pm. Many audio outlets were not working in planes.
It was good ,I enjoyed it also crew were very respectful and patient waiting people parking their belongings.
there really needs to be more room with each seat for such a long flight.
The plane was delayed almost three hours because boarding was unorganized then we were delayed even longer because the plane had an issue. The plane didn't look well maintained, there was also alot of tape on the exterior. I won't fly kenya air ways again after this trip.
The crew was good but the entertainment was poor . All old movies and TV shows and very few of them. Needs current entertainment. Seats too firm. Food just ok. Nice though to have option with upgrade of no one sitting in middle seat
There was chaos checking because of a canceled flight the day prior. Also, we had an issue with tickets. The KQ agent went above a d beyond to help us get on board the flight Overall the 13+ hour flight is uncomfortable in coach. I may try to upgrade on return
For a long haul flight, the seats were too narrow. Paid for extra legroom but wish I could have paid for width! I was pressed against another person for the whole donation of the flight.
This one is not bad even it is late, but they apologize and every time they announced the update.
The kindness and good humor of all the people who this flight possible was a joy.
They fed me at the right time the flight was smooth and the captain explain everything
Food was awful and the seats were bad. No privacy in business class with the seat next to someone. 15 hours without WiFi!!!
