Throughout the entire trip, whenever I asked something, the way they answered always made me feel that I was a trouble to them. Is it because I was in an economy class and that's how you treat me? SQ, you may want to change what you are proud of. It's no longer a first class service, at least not to us poor economy class passengers."

What bothered me even more is that when the woman asked the flight attendant to tell me to put my seat up, the flight attendant complied instead of telling the woman it was my seat to do as I wished. Why make the seats recline if they are going to bother the people behind? Why tell me to put my seat up if it was not a requirement for all (ie during take off or landing)? I did not appreciate this and it made my flight extremely uncomfortable."

I guess it's my fault for not knowing when I chose my seat, but it was right behind the bassinet row so of course there was a crying kid right in front of me. Meanwhile the USB charging port didn't work despite multiple resets by the crew (who were very nice about it, by the way, and even offered to charge my phone at a separate station, which was very nice of them). Finally, those entertainment consoles were bright and had no intuitive of way of turning off. They need *ONE* giant power button to turn them both off at one go. How hard can that be? And they kept turning back on when the PA turned on for announcements, and not turning themselves off."

When I convinced them that exposed metal strip can result into injury and big claim agains them, they suggested writing email with pictures to the airline. Now I got s call from airline, they will try to repair the bag, again a first in my experience. Keeping fingers crossed."
