Had worst experience with check in and baggage check attendant I’ve ever had in my life with airline attendant as well as what I feel was poor communication skills and customer service, along with inaccurate information or willingness to assist in correcting. Had to check three bags an ALL my belongings due to saying my bag was too large for bins overhead, or willingness to check them at the gate if so. BOTH my bags are typical carry on size or smaller, and never had the issue. I preferred to check one bag due to convenience on the trip, but not my personal bag. Anyway, had to check them, pay to check them, and then the flight was very light on people, plenty of luggage larger or same size as mine aboard, and no others had to check theirs. And PLENTY of space for the luggage onboard. So unsure why was singled out, like this, but had to check some fragile items and electronics, personal items including some financial information and checks, computer etc So just would like an explanation, and confirmation that your staff was correct, or that this shouldn’t be an issue in future flights for me, as I do travel a good amount, and would fly your airlines again in the future, if this was not the way it happen going forward and was a mistake or one off event. Appreciate our reply and clarification on the policies and costs associated with my flight.
Absolutely terrible. Didn’t notify us of a delay until after we arrived at the airport, ended up spending the whole day at the airport and it got delayed 3 more times. The whole delay ended up being 5.5 hours. Never flying Neos again
Air was not working while grounded and we were waiting in the heat for almost 2 hours until takeoff. It was way too hot to be on the plane for that long, especially with the same hot air circulating with people coughing and sneezing. We were all sweating. Flight crew was great and flight was very smooth in air as well as takeoff and landing. Also, wifi was not working and we were not able to watch anything. Screens were not working. There were no earbuds given out even if we wanted to watch something. That was very disappointing as it was a very long flight and we had 2 young children with us.

In-flight service was very good. Plane had spacious overhead bins and incorporated windows with an automatic dimming feature eliminating the need for traditional plastic shades. Boarding was halted and the crew did not communicate a reason. We waited on the gang plank for 30 minutes after showing boarding passes without being given a reason.
Our flight with Neos airlines was great. The price was very reasonable, the staff very professional and accomodating. The flight was comfortable with more leg room than most airlines I have travelled with in the past. The food and service while on board was good. I would travel again to Italy and back with Neos if given the opportunity.
We never got to the flight due to ferry cancelation due to bad weather and could not contact with anyone for support and advice. We'll appreciate your support now in our attempts to get refund
The crew made our experience extremely bad. They were rude and didn’t have anything for kids.

Do not like the size of the overhead bin. I think staff should monitor the size of suitcases that are being carried on by passengers to ensure they meet the size requirement.
Crew was great (professional, attentive, prompt). Snacks for 4 hrs flight is deplorable.

After arriving in Istanbul, the transit information on the electronic board showed a tight departure time, and the gate changed in the middle, making it difficult to make it on time.

My, Syed Zawar Hussein Shirazi frequently flyer membership number was not included on my boarding pass from O’Hare to Istanbul despite my reminder to the attendant at check in. Further she forgot to give me my boarding pass form Istanbul to Lahore and she needs to improve her customer service, please 🙏
Everything about that day was great I was happy with how things went as a first time traveling with the airline thank you for all that you’ve doing by taking us there to our various destinations thanks.
They oversold the tickets by one which was my ticket so I didn’t have a ticket till last second

it was like a banya -so hot... They did provide a great experience with special food. one toilet broke midflight In general it was a peaceful and relaxing flight - for business class it was good.

I had a good comfortable seat. There was nearly an hour delay. There was an accident with the champagne, but I was well compensated. These things happen sometimes.
Service and food were excellent. Incredibly friendly and competent staff. Flight was delayed over and hour and I had to run between terminals to get my connecting flight.
Missed it by a couple minutes and couldn’t find an alternative flight so had to spend the night in DC and after much shuffling from 1 airline to another managed to get a United to Frankfurt.
There were only 2 toilets and one of them did not work in business class. We are not allowed to cross classes so had to wait in line to use the toilets!! The entertainment touch display was finicky and did not work all the time.
We missed our flight. There was not enough time built into the layover to get through immigration, customs, bagclaim, bag rechecking, and the long trip to another terminal and gate. Kayak really screwed up. We took the bus up to Wisconsin and then were picked up in Brookfield by private car. It was lucky we didnt miss the last bus out.
I tried both on line and by calling the Customer Service line to arrange for a special meal as i have food intolerances. I was under the impression from your service representative that I was successful. I was not. I cannot eat spicy foods and get very ill if i eat bell peppers. I could not eat either menu choice and no special meal was actually ordered. ( your representative tried to order it for a flight that did not have meal service!!! - found this out later). Your wonderful cabin crew managed to put together a fruit, salad, roll and cheese tray for me so I had something to eat. WHY WOULD YOU SERVE SPICY FOOD, WITH NO MILDER OPTION,ON AN INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT???
Crew was professional and great, flight was clean. However food was pathetic. I ordered a Hindu meal assuming no meat but they served chicken. Need to be very specific- Hindu meal should be categorize as Vegetarian - no meat or egg. Or it should be specific that we are serving meat.

Ground staff and cabin crew were excellent. Flight was perfectly on time. Zero issues.
First, ITA lost my bag and the baggage team showed no regard in trying to find it. Second, I had paid for priority boarding as part of a first class ticket and instead they disregarded boarding groups and we all boarded at the same time. Third, wasn't allowed to select my seat in advance even with a first class ticket. When I was assigned bulkhead, I was told I would need to pay to change my seat. Overall, very disappointing experience.
The seats needs to be spruced up , for a long flight very uncomfortable , cushions are worn out but everything else is very good , crew is great.
I guess that was fine with ITA but the Rome airport is so difficult to navigate with so many checkpoints getting new tickets from what was originally given to me
My seat was broken and ducted taped and my monitor did not work the entire time over 8 hrs sitting. And I had no books or anything with me
my flight from Rome to Boston was on a very old plane. My video and audio did not work.
Good with timing of flights. The crew was exceptionally unfriendly. I heard more than one person say this. And even with the aisle, it seemed more uncomfortable than usual. The movie selection was old and poor, but the dinner was great - the lasagna and tiramisu.
The check in process is chaotic. It says partially checked-in. Never heard of such a thing. Then lost our reserved seats when we finally checked in at the airport. The seats don’t recline. Then we had to get mew boarding passes at the connection. Last, my companion lost her baggage and up to now there’s no update. We’re already half-way through our vacation and still no news what happened to the luggage.
Wonderful! Everyone very helpful and kind. Returning flight was cancelled but rebooking was easy.
Pretty normal flight was delayed due to traffic could have missed connecting flight to Venice but crew kept us well informed so we made it
Flight was on time and pretty standard. No Hiccups. I have no complaints, which is a lot to say about a 12 hour flight.
