When I got my backpack back, I thought that someone had used it to play football. My backpack had lost some parts, and some pieces of it were torn!"

Pros: "Our connecting flight was only 1 hour after reaching Doha. They placed a crew member to receive all the passengers that needed to make that connection. Very very useful. Our luggage was made it to the short connection."

The tray was dirty! Co-passengers in the row behind me were also complaining The audio lead of my headphone would not go into the outlet in the seat armrest! So I had to use audio from neighboring (empty) seat and sync it with video from screen for my seat. What a pain!"

Finally, I found an example of SNOBBERY in the plane. A flight attendant was asking a couple sitting next to me to fill up the FEEDBACK FORM. They looked like from Middle East but were British citizens. They didn't talk to me even though I volunteered at frist to introduce myself. The lady was especially rude to me. They were dressed like high class folks. That's it. They neither represented the hundreds of passengers, especially Indians, in the Economy Cabin, nor were they friendly to fellow passengers. It left me with a feeling that Qatar Airways attendants were judging a book by cover and asking the wrong persons to fill the form who didn't really represent their majority customers for that cabin."

Cons: "If you look my itinerary, I left Flint to Delhi with my wife-Rita Bhatnagar. She did return on October 25th but I was suppose to return by Nov. 24th. Unfortunately, my wife injured her back while liftin gher luggage at Flint air port on October 25th and few days latter she end up in ER Hospital. I had no choice but to return back home, so I called Etihad customer service for reschedule my trip back to Flint. They asked me so much money that I had no choice but find another flight (cheaper) from United Airlines. So, answer to your question is that I didn't travel from Delhi to Flint on Etihad Airlines."

Cons: "No one is actually caring. They read a script without emotion this making the safety inspection a nuisance rather than informative. Southwest is much better st this."

Pros: "On the whole plane,my row was the only one with a vacant seat. I needed wheelchair assistance getting from check -in counter to the plane and the person who helped me could not have been nicer or more helpful."
Cons: "The savory pretzel snack was very skimpy and I could not drink their water because they only had Dasani which contains an ingredient that I am allergic to."

Pros: "We had 2 stops each way, I'm glad all of the gates were next to each other and our flights were on time."

Cons: "My flight out of traverse city was cancelled but I rebooked on a different airlines through united to be able to get to my destination in time for an event that day. It was a long process but I made it and really appreciated all the work the agent on the phone did for me. When I arrived at the airport they had my resvervation but no ticket... luckily we worked it out"

Pros: "Stuck in SLC because of computer issues, was told that the flight to XNA was also delayed, wrong now stuck in Denver for another day. Hopefully we can get home tomorrow, now booked to Houston then to XNA as all united flights are sold out. . . Miserable service."

Cons: "Gate attendant was rude and prematurely gave my seat away before boarding was closed so My infant and I missed the original flight. Check in attendant was rude, picked up my bag stickers and when we disagreed on a military regulation he set the stickers down and walked away and did not assist me. Boarding was extremely disorganized and not enough room for carry on items. It was an aweful experience and I will not be traveling with united airlines ever again."

Pros: "The staff was most welcoming and helpful! The space was good and we really liked the overall comfortability. Also, we liked the individual T.V.'S too!"

Pros: "The friendly co-travelers as there is no food or entertainment for people on a budget. Better than my flight TO SLC which was cancelled the first day, then delayed the 2nd day. Airport services saved my day by carting me to the connecting flight TO SLC from Denver as there was only 15 minutes to get from one end of the concourse to the other. A little difficult to run there at my age. Any chance of allowing people with connecting flights disembark first instead of last in this situation?"
Cons: "Due to inclement weather conditions no liquids were served. Small bottles of water would be great - less likely to spill over in bad weather and thirst would also be quenched. Lack of luggage space for those of us with the correct allowance hand luggage instead of all the extra large pieces because people don't want to go to baggage claims or pay for baggage. Truly their suitcase not paid for is the same as mine paid for. Difference is the inconvenience of having to keep my hand luggage at my feet because of the larger pieces filled by passengers in group 1, 2, and 3 over my designated seat area."

Cons: "My luggage took about 30 min, incredibly frustrating. Most airlines have this process figured out, wish United could do the same."

Pros: "I liked the takeoff it was entertaining and fun also I liked the flight crew where every 30 min they would check on us and bring us water and snacks."

Cons: "Luggage over bins should limit one bag per costumer ., passenger broading in group 4-5., space for one bag over their seat. ., and not be penalty because if broading group ,"

Pros: "I was immediately guaranteed a later flight which was nice so I did not have to fly standby."
Cons: "Had a mechanical delay that caused me to miss my connection and resulted in a longer than expected layover. Houston is a huge airport and even running to the next gate did not get me to the gate in time to be able to board my connection before having the door closed."

Cons: "United airlines plane from SLC to SFO departed 45 minutes late due to maintenance issue. Then the connecting flight from SFO to Bakersfield left 10 minutes early, thus resulting in a small group missing the connection. Spent Father's Day in the airport for 10+ hours to get on the last flight out of SFO to Bakersfield. Customer service was unhelpful and rude until they found out that the issue was at the fault of united Airlines and not external circumstances."

Pros: "Nice to have free streaming of entertainment/movies."
Cons: "SLC to Houston couldn't connected to the advertised entertainment even after it was announced. Perhaps it wasn't activated? That said, very friendly crew; on time and comfortable flight."

Pros: "I love to fly! Everyone with United was great. TSA was pleasant as well."

Pros: "On time, boarded quickly, checked my carry on all the way through Tampa for me"

Pros: "I think i only put this score down only because we were delayed, so it kind of sucked. It however was not completely their fault. this first delay was then we were delayed by the arrival of the president. Can't really do much to help that. :) Most of the crew were wonderful however I encountered a very rude and abrupt crew member at the airport. I was not a fan."
