Pros: The crew insisted we fill out immigration forms, which you do not need in Dallas. There are machines that you insert your passport. Also the crew only had the forms in Spanish. They are made in English

Cons: I had and early morning flight that got cancelled at last minute. Called the customer service twice because each of the operators sounded sketchy. Finally got ahold of the right line and was left on hold for at least 10 minutes. My fiance called the Spanish line and got ahold of an operator in least than a minute. After another 15 minutes she was finally able to get me a flight. I don't think I'll be flying with interjet any time soon.

Cons: The flight didn’t leave on time because the plane wasn’t ready for takeoff (the engines had to be warmed up... WHY would that not be ready when it was time?!) so we left 30 minutes late, didn’t make up any lost time at all in the air and we ended up missing our connecting flight because of it all.

Pros: Professional crew, Good service , comfortable seating, fine entertainment.

Cons: First time traveling abroad, it was a unique experience and a learning one.

Cons: crj900 from BUF-MSP is a wreck. worn out, uncomfortable seats, cold air coming from floor toes were numb for about 20m after flight. Flight delayed, missed connecting flight, lost comfort+ upgrade I paid for. No excuse for pitch in main cabin on 737-900 ER.

Cons: Small aircraft, 2 seats on each side of the aisle, but that’s what you get when you fly short legs now.

Cons: I didn't the pilot pushing the American Airlines credit card and having the crew walking down the aisle trying to pass out applications.

Cons: terrible plane because overhead space is extremely limited and the curvature of the plane limits legroom for window seats.

Pros: Crew was nice and flight itself was fine. Plane was a little dirty and beaten up, but the airport experience was the real problem.

Cons: Flight was delayed by more than 4 hours. Airline representative was rude and communication was very poor. They kept blaming delays in Mexico City for our delay, but other flights came from Mexico City and left to return long before ours, despite being scheduled for later. Our 8:10am flight ended up leaving 1 hour after our friend's 10:10am flight. I would never fly this airline again...EVER!

Pros: Everything was good starting with boarding to disembarking airplane. Crew was respectful and the airplane seemed to be clean in general. I’m flight entertainment is excellent and made the flight seem a lot shorter.

Cons: Boarding pass has specific alphabet zones but boarding was done via cabin number which was slightly confusing. I didn’t realize that zone E is part of cabin 2. I think more clear instructions should be given.

Pros: Flight was fina s far as air travel goes today. If they are forcing taller people to pay extra for comfort they have succeeded as in the future I will have to look into "comfort plus. I am not large, 6'1" 180# and my knees were tight to the seat in front with my back tight into the seat. Not a great way to spend 4 hours!!!

Pros: Flight to Atlanta was good going to watch a movie. Missed our connecting flight in Atlanta due to sitting on the tarmac for 25 minutes

Cons: Super crowded boarding area in DCA. Hurried to board, then sat at the gate for 15 minutes after door closed with no mention of being delayed or why we were sitting there. Finally found out the fueling paperwork was missing. This was after being forced to gate check bag in group 6 (and 7,8,9) Then luggage offload in Charlotte took forever, and then was on the wrong belt. Baggage staff in CLT were clueless.

Cons: The flight was delayed almost an hour due to inclement weather in the originating city. The Delta personnel explained the situation and did all they could considering the circumstances.
