Cons: I had to pay for the luggage. I thought it was included.

Pros: Crew was ok, comfort was ok.

Cons: Flight was delayed 1 h and 10 mins. Missed the connection flight because of it. No explanation was given. Food was awful.

Cons: at last minute itinerary was changed.. instead of routing through Brisbane, was now routed through Sydney. Flight from Sydney to LAX was delayed by 4 hours, then missed flight LAX to LAS... overall long delayed arrival. Checked the route through Brisbane, and those flights we're all there, departed and landed all on-time... so wondering what the reason was for the change of the itinerary without a cause (no cancel or delayed flights through Brisbane)

Pros: Meals were excellent and plane was very clean. Economy delight is definitely an upgrade worth considering with extra leg room and space in front of you in general.

Cons: Boarding can get crowded so don't be in a rush

Pros: The flight itself was good! The one from London to Delhi was better than from JFK to London

Cons: After a delay of about an hour on a very full flight the gate agent asked for volunteers to check their rollaboard suitcases. The gate agents then allowed those who checked their rollaboards to board before Zone 1,which was fine. However, a bunch of people without gate check stickers on the rollaboards were also allowed to board before Zone 1, which was aggravating. There was a long delay on the tarmac, during which we had to pull back to the gate or to a maintenance area before we finally took off. When we arrived in Vegas there was no gate for us to pull into, which led to another long delay of an already long and delayed flight.

Cons: They lost my suitcase. Now I have to wait a day or two and they won’t sent it to me.

Cons: Food was absolutely beyond horrible...and the crew would run instead of walk down aisles to wherever their dedtination was.

Cons: The crew did not speak in Catalan. Leaving from Barcelona, I assume Catalan should be spoken in the plane.

Cons: non existing beverage service on a two and one half hour flight :(

Pros: Service is amazing. Food is even tasty did airline food. Staff is super polite and courteous.

Cons: Economy seats are less than desirable. I’m alarmist positive I booked premium economy in kayak. Never checked my booking and notice economy later. Could have gotten the same price for premium economy elsewhere. Super pissed

Cons: My 2 bags haven't arrived from Sunday 6 January till now (10 January) and all my winter clothes plus other important things are in it. I check every day with lufthansa call center but still no progress.

Cons: No LH flight details in the E-ticket from Dus. to Bkk. I have to contact Thai Airways for more details. Too short time for transited from Munich to Dus. and I missed flight, luggages didn't arrive with my new flight. Very very very bad experience with this booing by this website and I absolutely not accommodate with this web again.
