Pros: The views on this flight are good. The crew was just ok and they should explain where the restroom is.

Cons: The flight is relatively short so they do not offer a beverage service. However if I fly the same route on Alaska they do.

Cons: Work on those delays

Pros: comfort plus really makes a difference

Cons: include at least 1 checked back with comfort plus or some kind of discount.

Cons: Flight was cancelled and rebooking was poorly handled. Might get bumped from rebooked flight as well.

Cons: The KLM crew are always great serving and treating you. Well above many other airlines.

Pros: Crew was great, very responsive and hospitable!

Cons: more lunch choices, especially choices without dairy products.

Pros: The crew was amazing, flight on schedule and good entertainment.

Cons: Space is just reasonable on a long flight, even if there's seats more spacious that you could choose if you pay more.

Pros: KLM never disappoints, the cabin crew was extremely kind and helpful!. The food was great, nice leg room in regular economy class, thousands of movies and tv shows...it was great!

Cons: Well there was a LOT of turbulence but no one can control the weather and shout out to the pilot for giving us such a smooth landing a rough weather!

Cons: I missed my flight to Grand Junction the night before because my plane from Dulles was delayed. So, consequently I had to spend the night in Denver. I was not pleased with that at all.

Pros: The crew was typical, the seat was on the aisle, which I prefer, but kind of in the way and I kept hitting my head.

Cons: The snacks are not good at all, next time I'll take my own. They should just quit serving them and charging us for them.

Cons: Paid for particular seat within 2-3 rows of back galley as unaccompanied minor for my son. For his comfort, he chose an aisle seat. Flight attendants onboard moved him to farthest back row in window seat and he was not able to get out to use the lavatory easily.

Cons: Not cancelling our flight

Pros: Fact that there’s a flight available to get me-from a to b, Crew were friendly-great, cabins clean.

Cons: Expensive, Delayed flight, unable to hear and understand boarding announcements, No WiFi, and a magazine that caters to the top 5% of passengers. Then to top it off a lost bag and over 2.0 hours spent either on hold or awaiting a call back to resolve issues with my last bag-totally unacceptable

Pros: The crew was a replacement for the original crew that probably was running late (i suspect because everyone was stuck in wonderful LA traffic that night), they made do with what they have and tried to get everyone boarded as fast as they can.

Cons: On time departures, better boarding, crowded planes, better snacks, comfy seats, charging bagss???

Cons: Worse experience ever, flight delayed, lost connection, many hours in phone trying to fixed and anyway lost the flight, spent so many time at the airport with the front desk so disappointed

Then to top it off a lost bag and over 2.0 hours spent either on hold or awaiting a call back to resolve issues with my last bag-totally unacceptable

Cons: Do not lie to the passengers and make a lot of people check their bags when it’s empty overhead bins.

Pros: NOTHING.

Cons: Missed the flight due to the sheer unhelpfulness and incompetence of the gate personnel. They would not let me board, since I was about 10 minutes late. THEN THE PLANE WAS DELAYED FOR ABOUT 2 HOURS!!! I was stranded in NY, overnight, and had to pay hundreds of dollars for a train ticket and a cab.

Pros: Crew was nice. The tv/movie technology was fantastic!! Huge selection of movies that made the time fly by, and very easy to use as opposed to my other flight over. Food was good. I love that you get tons of food and drinks (more food than I could eat actually).

Cons: I couldn't get both of my boarding passes printed in London so I had to get it from an agent in Minneapolis. I hate that it's so hard to get a seat assigned and a boarding pass before the trip.
