Cons: "The security process in the Prague airport is so ridiculous. There are security agents who screen you in the baggage drop off line that makes the line take a very long time. Once you finally get your sticker from them it’s a quick trip through customs. Then the pain really begins with a security scan st each individual gate to enter a boarding area for the plane. Then I was pulled for extra security where a male agent touched my but with some sort of swab with no warning. He then claimed to not speak English (with zero accent when I asked him a question). It was a humiliating and very long process all run by delta!"

Cons: "The FLIGHT!!!!! There were delays. Scheduled take of time was 6:59 PM. We took off at 735 PM. Once I was on the plane, I started kicking myself in the you know what because I knew immediately I was scammed. I had purchased a 1st Class ticket for $400+, only to find that my comfort would be the equivalent of that if I purchased a ticket in economy. My long legs would still be cramped. For the past few years, I have been purchasing 1st class for it's spaciousness. On this flight, on the RCJ700, I did not fly comfortably. The space was very tight, and I was able to stretch my legs as if I sat in economy. This was by far, my most uncomfortable flight ever. SMH; A WASTE OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!"

Pros: "But, this wasn't bad at all, even though we were on the very last seat of the plane. We were next to one of the flight attendants during take off and landing and she was very kind and we were speaking with her. The flight was smooth"

Then 45 minutes into the flight they said the landing gear light came on and they would be going back to change plans. My mother with Lymes disease was waiting 3 hours in Providence supposed to arrive a 11:50 instead 2:50am we were so tired missed a day of vacation."

Pros: "The flight was on schedule and landed early, and the pilot landed that plane very gently. It was quite impressive."
Cons: "I purchased a first class ticket in hopes that I would have a lot more comfort during the flight. It took me quite some time to get comfortable. The seat was ok, but I found the pillows to be very small and flat. I needed multiple pillows. The head rest was not adjustable, so I also found this to be uncomfortable. Usually when I fly AA, the headrest is adjustable. My final dislike was that the beverage selection was limited. I'm quite sure there was plenty of alcohol, but what about those customers who do not drink alcoholic beverages? I asked for hot chocolate, there was none. I asked for hot tea with honey, there wasn't any. So all in all my flight was okay, but that is solely because of the flight attendant and pilot. They did their jobs and they did an excellent job."

I didn't like that my flight time was changed more than 15 times with no reason why until boarding time. I didn't like the fact that I did not get a seat assignment until boarding the plane. I didn't like the fact that they couldn't manage to scramble another plane and crew, but instead forced us to wait over four hours for one that was stuck somewhere else in the country."

Pros: "We try to fly Lufthansa when we go to Europe (2x a year). This trip we upgraded to more leg room in economy and what a difference! Everything else was the same, which has always been excellent. Munich Airport has great food and shopping. Lufthansa's service is truly impeccable, the airline staff were constantly walking up and down the aisles offering food and drink and comfort. Great end to a three week trip in Italy, Croatia, Slovenia and of course Germany!"

Pros: "Everything on the plane seems clean and well maintained - nothing is broken, worn or soiled. Lufthansa spends a little more effort than other airlines to cut down on waste when it comes to their in-flight food service (real silverware and reuseable dishes). The Munich airport is by far more convenient than Frankfurt when making connections in Germany."
Cons: "I was a bit disappointed with the limited seat availability/choices. If you cannot check in online several hours ahead of the departure you are typically left with center/middle seats in the area of the plane."

Cons: "Food left much to be desired but not horrible. They said they were short on crew staff (weird - first time I've heard of it) so service was a little slower than usual but not bad. Seats continue to get smaller and thinner which means less comfort for such a long haul flight. The seating arrangement is probably worst at this airline. I booked our seats and paid extra ahead of time, come to find out they changed the seat configuration and our seats sucked so we paid extra for nothing. Lufthansa really needs to fix the seat selection situation."

Pros: "The crew was very friendly and accommodating (a first for me) they really did an outstanding job to make sure we were comfortable...they seemed to be actually enjoying what they were doing :) The food tasted amazing and was plenty..this is also a first for me, I had never said that the food on a flight was good before. The crew walked around the cabin many time throughout the long flight with drinks on their trays (not just the usual drink service) which was much appreciated. Overall they get a 10 from me! This was my first time flying with Lufthansa. I will most definitely fly with them again and recommend to all my friends."

The service is incredible, unlimited free drinks (including wine, beer), great movie choices, and plenty of room. Whenever I go to Europe I try to fly Lufthansa because they never disappoint. The desk agent at check-in wouldn't check my second bag and didn't know how much the fee even was for the second bag. She was not exactly pleasant, which might have been because it was 430 in the morning but still. I just ended up carrying on two pretty big bags. The crew ended up gate checking one for me in Frankfurt which was nice. But I would have paid not to carry that dumb thing around with me through the giant Frankfurt airport. Other than the one desk woman in Prague, everything else was good."

Pros: "Unfortunately, I was sick when I had to start my flight (non-contagious). The crew did an excellent job at making sure that I felt comfortable, they left me alone to sleep. In Charlotte they offered to call a doctor and also provided a wheelchair to get me out safely to my transportation without an incident. It was, despite my miserable condition, a pleasant experience of courtesy and service."

So after 2 long flight legs, was cramped up in a small plane with no ability to stand for an extra 2 hours. Knowing all that, we would have gotten a hotel and gone to bed rather than get home at 4 am."

Cons: "Prague to London flight First I was surprised and disappointed to find out there were so many extra fees. They get you to buy the ticket with a cheaper price and then hit you with all the extra fees e.g. choosing a seat, luggage, food, drinks, you will pay for everything except the flight. The second thing is that when I did go to the BA website on 5 different occasions to pay for my luggage and in order to get a cheaper rate for doing it online before check-in, it gave me a message that the site to do it was not working and that I needed to pay for it at the airport check-in. When I went to check-in at the airport the ticket agent seemed annoyed that I had luggage to check in when I hadn't registered it online. When I told her that the site was down and I wasn't able to do it before hand, she showed no sympathy or understanding. Instead she proceeded to charge me for checking my luggage. It was an outrageous amount of over $80 USD. I have never in all my travels around the world been charged for my luggage. I only travel with one carry on and one medium size check luggage because of my extensive travel. I know charging for luggage may be something more airlines will start doing but I did not think that BA would be one of them. I also would have appreciated some compensation for theirsite being down and not being able to get a discount on the fee because I couldn’t check it online. I am extremely disappointed with my BA experience and will never fly with them again. That is unfortunate for them since I am in the process of traveling around the world for the next few years while writing a travel blog and book. I will definitely publish my review and experience in detail, which I am sure will influence my readers and followers."

Cons: "flight delayed over 1.25 hours because we missed our runway time due to being "unable to get a head count" of the people that are on board. This should be embarrassing for BA. And i don't understand how after all the security, boarding pass and passport checks that you do not have an accurate head count of your passangers. Thus I missed my connecting flight and had to wait over 4 hours for another and got a measly 10 Euros as compensation. Also, they don't even give water for free, and a 200ml juice costs 1.5 Euros which a) its bad juice and b) overpriced. All food you now pay extra for, and they didnt even make it in time to the last few rows so even if Id want to purchase something, I couldn't."

Agent spoke minimal english and directed Czech in one line and all others in another line. even when that line was only 2 or 3 persons and someone walked up only waited 5 minutes our line hardly moved. Cons: "The attendant who checked me in at the Porto airport was very rude and sarcastic. At the gate they said the flight would be delayed half an hour, however they just called us to start boarding a half an hour after the flight was expected to leave. At that time the passengers of the previous flight were just starting to leave the plane so everyone that was about to board then had to stand in the freezing cold tunnel way with all of our bags for another 20 minutes while the previous passengers got off. There was no food or any beverage other than water offered on the flight."

We had a connecting flight to AMS with also TAP and had a two hour window to make the next flight with the same company (TAP). We were in line for passport and then security and talked to several TAP employees and they said we would be have time and wouldn't have a problem catching the second flight. Well, we got through the lines with 30 min before our next flight and they wouldn't let us on. Customer service and organization of the airline is really poor. The aircraft had minimal room and no entertainment. We got on our next flight five hours later and all they gave us was a $10 food voucher. So poorly managed."

Cons: "The sizing device is much smaller than it needs to be for carry on roller bags. My bag was forced to be checked by the ground crew on this Tap flight. My bag is a normal sized carry on bag that has always fit on all flights. There was plenty of space on the aircraft for it. The ground crew also let others on with larger bags so they dont even apply their policy in a consistent manner. I will do my best to avoid TAP from now on."
