We were delayed in CLT for 4 hours for mechanical issues resulting in us not leaving till 1:30AM and landing at 2:30 AM, so getting home at 4AM. The crew at the desk had no answers and provided very little information. I received a food voucher via email/app however there were no food places open. Even the walk up and scan your own places did not accept the QR code. I know mechanical issues occur but better communication would have made an unfortunate situation less frustrating.
The first leg of my trip from Dallas to CLT was smooth from check-in to landing. The snack, biscott cookie really needs an upgrade. Even if the upgrade is a choice of the cookie or pretzels.
Luggage handling and communication is extremely poor. I landed in india 15th and recived luggage today. Based on my itag the luggage was in Germany. They kept me in dark. Etihad num er in india was non operatuonal. Had to call USA etihad. It should not be so difficullt. I came for 1 week business trip everything was screwed . This is the first and also will be last for me
I wish I could've gotten a refund 😕 I never even got 😪 to go on my trip.
I paid extra for a seat up front and at last minute was moved to the 2nd to last row - which I could have had for free. No reason and no refund. Really great customer service American
Really good, premium economy is worth for a daytime flight coming back from europe
The first flight was delayed by an hour and a half, so we missed the second flight. They rebooked us on the later flight and I have to sit in the middle for more than 5 hours. Terrible experience. No more American Airlines.
The flight crew was good. I was delayed almost 3 hours and missed my connection, had to rebook and they lost my luggage
Horrible - their gate agents do not care and loyalty means nothing to them. Planes are often late and you are left on your own. Oh, and WiFi - good luck!
The seatbelt light was on the whole trip - inconvenient but also unsafe. I was told to keep the window blind down the whole trip though I specifically paid for a window seat to be able to....see out the window. It was also two hours late causing me to miss my connection.
Too tight connection. Lufthansa staff pulled 12 of us out of passport control that had tight connections and took us about 1/3 mile AWAY from our gates and put us in another slow, long line. Needless to say all of us missed our flights and the Customer “Service” staff was rude and not helpful at all. Was rebooked from a direct flight to one w a 6hr layover. Asked about an other option that was on my app and was told to book it myself online (which would be $300 extra pp!!). Got rebooked again w a tight connection which was also missed. Rebooked into middle seats that didn’t recline for 9 hr flight!! No compensation (and we paid for seats!) Ended up taking 26hrs to get home from Europe to North Carolina! No longer a fan of Lufthansa—2nd time having these kind of issues w them!
flight was half full, plenty of empty seats, was able to lie down across 4 seats, food was good, arrived on time
Excellent service. The crew goes above their way to make the customer comfortable.
If the plain wait for the passenger it should wait for the baggage!!
I enjoyed my flight back with Lufthansa because the food was good, and the flight attendants were nice and helped you when you asked a question. The flight attendants always came around and asked if you needed anything which I liked a lot.
It was great. The airline staff was very friendly. The FRA security was a bit harsh doing their job but friendly overall.
Check-in was very disappointing. My Seat reservation was no longer honored which I had for several months. Supposedly the monitor was damaged and the seat could not be issued. In the lounge I checked again and the seat had been assigned to someone else so I could not sit next to my wife and no other adjacent seats were available - except right in front of the bathrooms and galley. Very disappointing practices for business class!
Delayed flight with no explanations; no jetway boarding so we had to stand on the tarmac in the cold rain. Baggage was lost.

Horrible. My gate did not get updated with our boarding pass. We didn’t receive any communication regarding gate change. Also not enough time was given in between flights. Zero consideration for people who are coming from abroad and have to get through customs and US border patrol
