My entertainment unit kept locking up and had to be restarted multiple times. Also those commercials for Budapest and Ralph Laureen. Come on those were stuff only those who can afford the outrageous fees of first and business class would be interested in.. And the fact you have no military discount is not good either,

They did not offer coffee on a 7am flight…awful!!
Check in for 5am flight at RDU was hampered by American check in counters being seriously understaffed , was told even supervisor called out. Took so long in line for special services check in that we missed our 5am departure even after arriving at 3:30am. Had to be rescheduled to later flight from Charlotte to St Thomas.
Crew was nice, aircraft dated, entertainment same. Internet is expensive and terribly slow. Food pretty bad
The Charleston, WV airport was cute. Very good staff and small enough to feel comfortable. The plane had more leg room than bigger planes. Much more comfortable.
Take-off delayed an hour because of a missing flight officer, so,arrived in Charlotte lates causing many passengers to miss connections. Otherwise a very good flight, safe and comfortable, with an excellent professional crew.
I was downgraded from first class to coach due to an airplane change. They pulled me out of line and I was the very last person to board the plane stuck in the middle seat with no overhead place to put my carry-.on. Very poor customer service.
We had several flights and they were all on-time and flawless

Movie selection was nice and chicken with rice dinner was good. I did not like the pizza thing they served for breakfast/lunch. It was like a hot pocket but mostly bread. A small sandwich or cheese and cracker snack and fruit etc would have been much better. Also they did not announce trash pick up so a lot of trash was left by everyone when departing.
Too tight connection. Lufthansa staff pulled 12 of us out of passport control that had tight connections and took us about 1/3 mile AWAY from our gates and put us in another slow, long line. Needless to say all of us missed our flights and the Customer “Service” staff was rude and not helpful at all. Was rebooked from a direct flight to one w a 6hr layover. Asked about an other option that was on my app and was told to book it myself online (which would be $300 extra pp!!). Got rebooked again w a tight connection which was also missed. Rebooked into middle seats that didn’t recline for 9 hr flight!! No compensation (and we paid for seats!) Ended up taking 26hrs to get home from Europe to North Carolina! No longer a fan of Lufthansa—2nd time having these kind of issues w them!
Paid $35 for wifi but wifi didn’t work. Stressful dealing with work mess and no service. Otherwise normal
The food on this flight was better than what we had getting to Rome. The flight was comfortable and the staff was great. One of the staff members was a stickler about the blankets in the aisle, which I get, but still. Overall, great flight and will fly with them again!
Our screen kept turning off ...3 times...had to get crew attention to turn it on again
The legroom was lacking and the entertainment system lacked adequate selection of older films. Modern films are generally not very good.

The flight attendants were wonderful - one man put my carry on in the bin for me. Very attentive service. Loved the blanket and pillow waiting for me in economy. Food was excellent which is a surprise given the reputation of any airline food. Wine was fine with the meals. Delighted with the new movies - flight went by very quickly. I would definitely fly Lufthansa again.
Flight was delayed by several hours and then cancelled due to weather. But Staff was very helpful getting me on a different flight. United should offer food coupons and tooth brush and paste for stranded passengers
Service was excellent. Flight was only about half full, which meant we had tons of room to stretch out. Boarding area was nice and well organized, flight attendants were super friendly and attentive and we loved the 3 snacks!
