Cons: "I didn't get very good instructions about picking up my carry on bag plane side. Cons: "I never could figure out why the flight was delayed, there were a couple of other delayed AA flights too. I was supposed to get to Toronto at 2pm for a 5pm presentation, but I didn’t get in until 9. I also felt their website was deceptive or maybe needs updating,When I bought my ticket It stated that I would get 3 bags complimentary since it was Canada that wasn’t the case, I was charged for $60 for both."
Pros: "British Airways got us on another flight to Dublin through Heathrow."
Cons: "Plane was late missed the connecting flight. Aer Lingus/American Airlines refused to help us find another flight to Dublin. I called Vagama customer service and the attended refused to help get an additional flight or confirm our returning flight would be held."

Cons: "The cleaniless of the flight can get better"
Pros: "Flying AA. Excellent flight"
Cons: "No wifi. Pay only"
Pros: "Besides the seating problems everything else went smoothly"
Cons: "I was not able to get seats assigned to us before arriving at the gate. We got put on the very last row by no choice of our own. The seats are not designed for the average adult, possibly the worst ergonomics of any seats I've ever encountered. Extremely uncomfortable flight."
Cons: "My daughter is in a wheelchair. She was a carry on (I e I carry her on board). The staff knew this but failed to notify the airport. Hence, we had to deplane without a jetway. I didn’t. The steep stairs made it unsafe. Had to wait a long time for a handcranked lift. No one really knew what they were doing and they wanted to put her in an adult wheelchair in spite of my identifying safety issues. My daughter was scared and upset. Epic failure on AA’s part. Communication breakdown on many levels. Shameful."
Pros: "Nothing !"
Cons: "Service was horrible. No leg room. Flight attendants were gossiping loudly behind me. Flight was late to leave and we were stuck at the gate once we landed."
Pros: "Great Wifi! After reading bad reviews it was actually ok. Flew business on the A319 (single aisle plane) and it reminded me of qantas 737. I think for a short haul day flight I may just put up with economy instead for the price. Food is ok. I think with AA you have to pick your aircraft, it makes a difference what plane you fly as to what you get in business class. FA's were great. Overall I'd fly them again. Food was ok."
Cons: "They asked everyone to put the window shades down but I fly window seat because I like looking out! It was a day flight too! LAX T4 lounge is being refurbished so you need to go to T5 and make sure it's not the regional lounge!"
Cons: "Too many delays"
Pros: "the choice of movies was great. I two very well presented selections."
Cons: "Outside of one drink service we never saw or heard from the crew. Not one food item for purchase was ever offered. I am glad I ate in the terminal or it would have been bad for me."
Cons: "The service had much to be desired. The stewardess who was serving our section was curt and rude. Whenever I would ask for a napkin (that she had forgotten to give with my drink, I might add) or any other questions, she would come off as annoyed and as if I was testing her patience, which I did not appreciate as I had been having a horrible experience with American Airlines as it was. Also, why do you not serve milk with your coffee? The flight only served half and half, and I cannot have cream in my coffee at all. So unless you want to clean up my diarrhea in your toilets, I suggest you start giving options. It's not like milk is a scarce delicacy in the US. How is it that other airlines offer both milk and cream, but I get told by your staff, rudely, that half and half "is milk" and that it's all you have? Unbelievable. I hate to be a b*** but honestly this isn't the first time that I got treated like this on AA. I always seem to have a horrible experience with this airline."
Pros: "not much"
Cons: "not much"
Pros: "pretty comfortable seats"
Cons: "45 minute delay from Punta Cana Flight crew lets passengers switch seats and sit wherever they want. Screaming children were put in the row in front of me, which I know they didn't pay for(and I payed extra for my seat)"
Cons: "Old plane and the movie app kept cutting out"
Pros: "They crew tried their hardest"
Cons: "There was no one at the gate to deplane us in Toronto. There for I missed my westjet connection home by 5 minutes. I was looking at the plane by the jet way unable to get on. AA staff would not pay for a hotel for being so late to Toronto because the wether was not thier fault, which I agree. But the lack of staffing was and a hotel should have been provided to me due to this. I will never fly America Airlines again due to my incoming flight to Toronto and the out bound to Philadelphia (cancelled on the way to Philly for no apparent reason)."
Pros: "no fresh food"
Cons: "Flight from LAX was late causing our flight to leave 2 hours late missing our flight to CAE. This would have caused us to miss wedding events on Sat Drove to DIA took Red Eye to CLT and drove to CAE to pick up car and drive to Charleston for wedding event at 11:00 Am"
Pros: "Leg room is extremely limited and they made me Check my bag even though it was not at all over size and fit easily into the overhead on my previous flight. Gate crew was impolite but crew on plane was friendly."
Cons: "Smaller seats with very limited leg room (I'm only 100 pounds and 5'4" and felt crowded!) Forced to check bag"
Pros: "Renovated planes, modern entertainment options that were free, charging by outlets."
Cons: "Overbooked flight, poor resource management, nickel & diming for snacks on a 5hr flight, lounge access (not Priority Pass, charge $60 for a single visit), no room for onboard luggage, safety video fluff"
Pros: "The crew was attentive and boarding went smoothly. The seat had more room under the seat in front of me, my purse was not jammed in."
Cons: "I hate paying extra for almost every seat on the plane. It's a con job. Food selection was terrible. If I'm paying anyway, give me better choices. No monitors in plane at all. Entertainment needs to be viewed on a tablet or laptop of some sort."
Pros: "The crew was rude. Also made me check my carryon when there was plenty of overhead room."
Pros: "Flight was ok."
Cons: "Almost missed my flight. 1.5 hrs was barely enough to get through baggage claim, customs, baggage recheck, customs again, subway ride to Denver United terminal and sprint 30 gates only to make it 1 minute before the gate closed."

Pros: "Crew was fine"
Cons: "So incredibly cramped and no seat screens to watch movies. Bumpy that that’s no ones fault."
Cons: "Not here as long as the last place but was still teribly confusing. The airport is not very new user friendly. I had to ask ppl multiple times where gates were and issues with time changes etc. Was pretty nerve wracking for a first time traveller to the states."
Cons: "UNcomfortable seats. They don’t recline."
Pros: "I had the front seat so nice and spacious spot"
Cons: "Didn't love the wait on the bus to get to the planeb but I guess that is unavoidable"
Cons: "Awful. Recieved flight delay info then recieved another email hour before flight moving it back tonoriginal time. Based on your emails my wife and daughter missed their flight. Total disaster. Makin me reconsider wver using kayak again"
Pros: "Bulkhead window seat, very pleasant and informative pilot"
Cons: "No Wi-Fi on this flight"
Pros: "On time, good service."

Cons: "Very cramped with staff who I found overbearing. Not the most pleasant experience."
Pros: "Flight was short and got to gate on time"
Cons: "sat for about 20 min. before takeoff with no info"
Pros: "They held the plane in order for me to catch it after my late flight to Chicago."
Cons: "The crew member promised my $60 in checked bags would still follow me, but when I arrived In Vancouver I was Informed they were still in Chicago. My seat did not recline and my reading lamp was broken after paying $80 for the upgraded seat. The flight attendant was a bit grouchy about it. The WiFi was very sporadic and didn’t work for the majority of the trip.. which I wasted 900 miles on. Not impressed this time around."
Pros: "Flight attendants were attentive"
Cons: "Slow boardidng, delayed departure, overcrowded flight, no overhead space"
Cons: "Missed my flight."
Pros: "No entertainment and have to pay extra for any eats."
Pros: "On time, very pleasant crew"
Pros: "The crew was very helpful and friendly!"
Cons: "Entertainment was on personal device. Additional software was needed to watch movie."
Pros: "The crew in air Canada is awesome! They were really great and friendly. I'm impressed with their impeccable service even if it was a short flight to Vancouver."
Cons: "Flight was delayed."
Cons: "Customer service is very inneficient"
Pros: "This was the first United flight I've been on in 10 years that was not full."
Cons: "There is no way to turn off the screens on the seat backs, so they continue flashing the same thing over and over. I counted 690 times between Houston and Vancouver."
Pros: "It was a long day with the delays which ended in a missed flight to Vancouver. Great service in providing accommodations and food voucher. Much appreciated. Made getting home a day later as I have another 6 1/2 hour drive to get home. Overall a good trip."
Pros: "Offered drinks and snacks."
Cons: "My suitcase's handle was damaged by the time it reached baggage claim. I will need to buy a new suitcase now."
Pros: "Overall this was an pretty average flight. The planes were on time and the service was good"
Cons: "Flight was delayed because plane hadn't arrived at the gate yet from its previous flight."
Cons: "The boarding process is chaos. By the time my group is called, an announcement is made about running low on overhead space and some may need to check in their carry ones. Happens on every United flight? On the flight from Vancouver, the wifi wasn't even working."
Pros: "Other airlines that don't lie to you about which airline you're purchasing tickets with."
Cons: "When I buy an apple computer and pay apple prices, I don't expect to open up the box and find a PC in there. When I bought tickets with Air Canada, I expected to fly with Air Canada, not United. I don't know how it's even legal for you to sell me one thing, have me pay for it, and then give me another. My experiences with Air Canada have been fine. My experience with United was terrible. Their check in devices freeze and don't give proper instructions or feedback, and my tray table was taped shut because it was broken. The tape looked like it was a year old. It is not ok to fix an airplane with tape. This is terrible for both of us. Now you - Air Canada - are sharing in United's PR disaster because you've effectively said buying tickets from you might just be a bait-and-switch for buying tickets with them. Upon purchasing tickets "your" customers have no way of knowing what they're going to get. I'd much rather book with an airline that sells tickets for its own flights, or at least tells customers when they're buying something else instead of lying to them."
Pros: "Tv, food, outlet to charge phone."
Cons: "Crew was unfriendly and seats were small and uncomfortable for a 4.5h flight."

Pros: "The crew was very good, very attentive."
Cons: "Boarding went quickly but was very unorganized."
Pros: "Didn't have food so couldnt rate that section"
Pros: "Nice seats."
Cons: "Sitting at the gate on the plane while they work on a problem"
Cons: "Lost baggage"
Cons: "Didn't make it because United gave standby seating to guests terminating travel in SFO."
Pros: "Nice free inflight wifi entertainment, small selection and need own device. Make sure to bring your headphones!"
Pros: "Food should be fee for the entire flight. It's a long flight over 4 hours."
Pros: "Fly upnto Vancouver BC this time."
Cons: "The seats had no infotainment system No food Cramped"
Cons: "We were trying to print our boarding passes and computer didn't recognize our bar code. United employees were trying to help us and they couldn't print it either until we approched counter. We didn't see that much of professionalism on United employees. At one point one of the employees told us to go back to Air Canada counter and I thought she was not trained properly."
Cons: "Flight was delayed 3 hours and 45 minutes because engine did not start. Had us deplane. Caused us to miss our connecting flight and we had to wait 6 hours for another one."
Pros: "Nice new 737-800, friendly crew"
Cons: "I volunteered to be bumped to a later flight, which was handled well; however my checked bags did not get transferred. The baggage desk at YVR was very helpful, but the United lost bags office was unreachable by phone. They always had very long hold times."
Cons: "Planes have mechanical issues, but they could have done more things at the same time like reboard while the post repair system checks ran and sort out baggage weights so that there weren't delays on top of delays. That was after not noticing issues with the plane until after waiting for late passengers and taxiing out. We arrived 4hrs late for a 3hr flight. They also only had one agent to rebook flights and assign hotels at the end even though they had hours to know the connections would be missed."
Cons: "Don't fly United"
Pros: "Leg room seemed better. Flight was early arriving in Vancouver. Flight crew kept us informed about slight turbulence and arrival time, Pilot landed plane very smoothly."
Cons: "This is minor: the small package of complimtary food (a sweet wafer) was not good. Something more substantial would have been appreciated for the long flight."
