Staff was great

getting off the plane was very time consuming despite being already landed. Not entirely sure why but this was the first time getting off a plane took some time. im sure the staff was working hard but I’m unsure why it took some time.

Attendant at gate insisted my daughter's carry-on bag get checked because he put it crooked into the sizer. When I adjusted it and showed him that it fit, he still insisted that we check it. Unpleasant way to start our trip.

Flight was under booked so there was plenty of room.

Crew was unexpectedly loud/chatty with one another throughout the flight, even when things were quite and calm they were calling over our heads to one another and laughing loudly. Initially, it's an international flight from Spain and no crew members in my section atleast could speak Spanish. I had to help a passenger who only spoke spanish because the attendant kept repeating an order in english, just getting louder each time.

The gate attendants and on-board crew were lovely. Pilots provided info which was great and made up some of the long delay.

There is not enough space to list everything. I paid $800 for a normally $300 flight, then paid an extra $75 for the ability to board early so I could store my very small roller carry-on. The in-bound flight was 2 hours late and even though I could track that easily, and assumed our flight would also be two hours late, the AA website insisted the outbound flight would be on time. So like everyone else, I went to the airport. And it wasn't until just before the original departure time that the update was indicated. Really?? If I knew the flight was going to be two hours late,that means AA knew, and didn't care enough about their passengers to advise them. Then when we boarded, my bag was taken away for gate check because the flight did not allow roller bags. After I paid extra. How can AA not advise you when you book your flight that roller bags would not be allowed?? Talk about a money-grab. I unfortunately have a return ticket and am not wealthy enough to throw it away and book on another airline, but I would if I could. I will never fly AA again and I will share my story far and wide.

The crew was nice

I flew American four times in 7 days, every flight was delayed. delay times varied from 90 minutes to over three hours. Fog in Chicago was beyond anybody's control, but the other times were not weather related, I recently flew frontier Air and their flights were also late. I jinxed myself by stating I never have this issue with AA. Great job at proving me wrong. I flew a good bit last year and these issues didn't start until after the new year., Thank you for your time.

we flew clase premier and really enjoyed it. there was cheese and wine to start, then a chicken breast with potatoes along with a courgette salad and then asparagus on the side. the movie selection was good, the seats were comfortable... we were very happy with it.

A horrible flight!!! We arrived at 5:04pm then we sat on the tamarac for 40 minutes before they could find a gate for us!!!! What a horrible lack of management!’ Who runs this airport/airline!? At the end they moved us to completly different terminal!!! Had to find a new transportation to the hotel!!! Again, what a horrible display of management skills!!

Can’t think of anything nice to say...

On a cross-country flight from San Francisco to DC, you would think United could provide more than one snack option that is void of any nutritional value, and perhaps they could provide alternatives for their patrons with allergies. Is fresh fruit really too much to ask for on a 6-7 hour flight??

Pulled away from gate and sat on tarmac for over an hour while technical difficulties fixed. We should not have boarded until plane was ready. We arrived over one hour late and just made connecting flight. Our luggage was not so fortunate.

The breakfast on the international flight was pretty good. However, there were more frequent snacks and healthier options when I flew internationally on Delta.

I didn’t like that my pre-flight request for gluten-free snacks/meals was ignored. I didn’t like the attitude of one flight attendant who couldn’t bring herself to empathize with my allergy to gluten— which causes painful cracks in my palms and fingers.

Staff was great

getting off the plane was very time consuming despite being already landed. Not entirely sure why but this was the first time getting off a plane took some time. im sure the staff was working hard but I’m unsure why it took some time.

The gate attendants and on-board crew were lovely. Pilots provided info which was great and made up some of the long delay.

There is not enough space to list everything. I paid $800 for a normally $300 flight, then paid an extra $75 for the ability to board early so I could store my very small roller carry-on. The in-bound flight was 2 hours late and even though I could track that easily, and assumed our flight would also be two hours late, the AA website insisted the outbound flight would be on time. So like everyone else, I went to the airport. And it wasn't until just before the original departure time that the update was indicated. Really?? If I knew the flight was going to be two hours late,that means AA knew, and didn't care enough about their passengers to advise them. The crew was nice

I flew American four times in 7 days, every flight was delayed. delay times varied from 90 minutes to over three hours. Fog in Chicago was beyond anybody's control, but the other times were not weather related, I recently flew frontier Air and their flights were also late. I jinxed myself by stating I never have this issue with AA. Great job at proving me wrong. I flew a good bit last year and these issues didn't start until after the new year., Thank you for your time.

What you expect from an internal US flight: no food, crowded flight, cramped seats. I have come to expect two things - arrive on time and arrive safely. The good, we arrived safely.

Pulled away from gate and sat on tarmac for over an hour while technical difficulties fixed. We should not have boarded until plane was ready. We arrived over one hour late and just made connecting flight. Our luggage was not so fortunate.

Flight was under booked so there was plenty of room.

Crew was unexpectedly loud/chatty with one another throughout the flight, even when things were quite and calm they were calling over our heads to one another and laughing loudly. Initially, it's an international flight from Spain and no crew members in my section atleast could speak Spanish. I had to help a passenger who only spoke spanish because the attendant kept repeating an order in english, just getting louder each time.

Can’t think of anything nice to say...

On a cross-country flight from San Francisco to DC, you would think United could provide more than one snack option that is void of any nutritional value, and perhaps they could provide alternatives for their patrons with allergies. Is fresh fruit really too much to ask for on a 6-7 hour flight??
