I would recommend flying SWISS to anyone. Very impressed by the quality of food. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. They arranged a shuttle to help a group of passengers make connecting flights when there was a delay.

I have no complaints. The crew was attentive, pleasant and heloful
overall the flight was good and we were happy they waited for us. However, our luggage didn t make it and this caused us a lot of problems.
Great food - movie selection was good. Plane was a few minutes late but got to destination on time.
Flight was diverted from Firenze to Pisa causing delay and inconvenience.
Flight was late on arrival. When asked, one of the crew was not helpful with providing us information on if we could meet our transition and would only say to listen to the announcement. We nearly missed our transition because we had to race across the terminals. In addition, our checking bag did not make the transition. After making the report, no calls updating us on status were received. Provided my telephone number, but when I called they said they did not have my number. I still have not received my bag
Easy boarding Seats were very uncomfortable no room arm rests didn't even go up all the way
I was sweating the whole time for 9 hrs. There are no air nozzles above the seats
I have been traveling with visa for 25 years and this was the first time when we find out in Miami that my children’s connecting flight were overbooked and been canceled by Swissair from Zürich to Budapest. The results of that they re booked us at the Miami airport. The new route was Miami to Zürich ,Zürich to Amsterdam, Amsterdam to Budapest. We had over six hours layover in Zürich and arrived to Budapest nine hours later. There should never be in a situation where a ticket that I purchased over 7 months ago was sold to somebody else and instead of removing those two people we had to do this journey, I’m contacting customer support and requesting a refund shortly.
Delayed flight… caused the missing of my connecting flight in Zurich. Had to wait 10 hours in airport for new flight which was also delayed by 1 hour. No apologies and minimal compensation.
We had seats 1 D and 1E which is right to the front as there were no other seats available. It is right up at the galley and toilet. Whole flight was very noisy and busy and we didnt get a good flight or rest the entire flight. Its was a pretty costly Business class fare that felt like Economy class experience.
Not having a delay. Not sure what happened with the service animal biting the crew member.
The entertainment was exception as were the accommodations. The food was inedible. They ran out of food by the time they got to me and I was only offered a mushroom pasta which I do not eat. The crew had his luggage over my compartment and open/closed it every 10 min preventing me from resting. Overall, a very bad experience.
An hour late. Plus literally everything was unavaiable for food and beverage service. Will never fly again. Ever.
Everything went very well. I would like to acknowledge the politeness and professionalism of the staff—they are superb. No complaints.
I fell from the stairs while carrying a baby on the way to the bus to take us to the plane because TAP is too cheap to pay for a proper gate on their hub airport (not even an elevator). Plus, they were late (which they always are). Terrible airline.
Tap being tap...the company had better days, service is terrible, not comfortable at all...
No legroom, have to pay for everything including water?!? Water is more expensive than beer?
TAP is a good, decent airline for international journeys. No complaints about the service, the crew, the comfort, or the baggage handling.
Flight was delayed, landed with short, but just adequate, time to make connection. TAP knew three from Rome were rushing to connect. Tap transfer agents repeatedly refused to expedite business class pax at any point thru the one long immigration line (while they did for other flights) which resulted in us unable to reach the connecting gate before it closed. TAP staff unconcerned, unwilling to investigate options, and no ticketing assistance available airside which is inexcusable.
The check-in process is very confusing. The company charges for everything, but tickets are low priced. I probably wouldn't take the airline for a flight over 3 hours. The seats are uncomfortable. There's no net on the seats to hold things like headphones, a folder or anything.
Lord knows why they had us start boarding when the plane wasn't even there, staff weren't welcoming and the couple next to me travelling with a young child had a nightmare with the baby changing facilities.
Great flight and crew but let down yet again by the disaster that is Birmingham Airport
all small notes on the ticket which even you can not see and read. They they charge you on each step… even they dont let you to explain yourself. I will not fly with them from now on.
Well... Our flight departed with more than 3 hours delay from Beauvais.
Boarding was with buses, but they let people without priority boarding before people with priority boadring.
I forgot my headphones in the plane, how can I retrieve it?
Great flight very short… no food drink or tv but too quick to matter… I would recommend.
More chaos than usual at NAP (which is always a bit chaotic). Flight delayed for over 40 minutes. At boarding, passengers were brought through the gate then made to stand for about 1/2 hour in a holding area before being allowed to board. Rest of the flight/baggage claim was uneventful.
Flight delayed by almost two hours. On boarding we were hold in the transfer bus, with no air conditioning and almost 40 degree C outside, in front of the airplane for a long time.
