Excellent and way much better than the last two flights I made with Swiss and with BA. It is amazing how much difference a well trained and polite team can make. Hats off Volotea !

A technical delay caused us to miss our connecting flight which resulted in an additional nights stay which cost us $225 as well as $800 to get on another flight. Absolute BS. I’ll never fly them again

Cons: "Boarding was horrible, Santorini’s airport was horrible, the flight was delayed, no one knew what was going on, there is no organization with boarding it was a mess"

Cons: "Boarding is a joke. Everyone hoards the gate and there is no organization. Recommend using boarding zones. Italians have no idea how to make lines."
The flight arrived within 15 minutes of schedule. We hate the cattle-like boarding process seen often in Europe. After your boarding pass is checked by the airline staff, you wait standing up in an area with no seating for several minutes.
Big delay on run way not much explanation why, missed a important meeting in Dublin, maybe if they did nt persist measuring everyone bag over 2 cm we would have got off on time.
Their customer service needs an overhaul. I wish we could access them and the could be more helpful. Also, the website has been crashing and I had numerous technical errors. My flight was cancelled and we spent so much time trying to get help because the tech was failing.

How terrible! Extremely bad! I can not even wait for 5 minutes, because the Berlin airport does not work in the security facilities and can handle people. No communication, although we were assured by about 50 travelers that the airline is informed and is waiting for us.
The check-in process is very confusing. The company charges for everything, but tickets are low priced. I probably wouldn't take the airline for a flight over 3 hours. The seats are uncomfortable. There's no net on the seats to hold things like headphones, a folder or anything.
You have improved through the many years I have flown with you. But you still nickle and dime your customers. I paid extra for carry on and priority boarding.
