Cons: "Jet Blue provided 5 sequential delay messages over an hour. Their inability to better estimate departure is disappointing. The real problem is that delay was caused directly by the airline's incompetence. There were no weather issues, the takeoff spots were available. They simply failed to load snacks. Although there WAS a minor prior delay bc a slightly late plane arrival, we eventually were delayed about an extra hour to supply snacks on a 4-hr flight. Given the ground crew had EXTRA time to load and also considering the tiny set of options offered, this is senseless. Further, b/c they ran out of overhead bins, they offered to GATE check my luggage. This was essentially a lie - they put it with checked bags, unlike the gate checked items I watched others retrieve. The combination of these errors led me to arrive at the car rental desk after closure. This caused me to incur a taxi fare, so spend 30 min or so working out an alternative rental the following day, and then yet ANOTHER cab to the Car Desk to get the car. This is the only time in my hundred or so car rentals anything like this has happened. I will certainly think twice (or more) before booking Jet Blue again."

I was not the only passenger in the row and we both were going to enjoy the entertainment that we purchased with our flight tickets. Not only that, but tHe flight attendant knowingly allowed someone to try and enter the bathroom right after watching me go in to use it. I was completely shocked that they were so caught up in their personal conversation and could not bother to warn the person that i was using the bathroom"

I can see having to pay for the seat to reserve it, and having to pay if I'm using 2 seats and the plane is full otherwise, but if the flight isn't full, I should be able to get a refund for one of the seats. It's discrimination and it's not okay. Or, you know, have seats that fit all your customers. Also the SiriusXM sound was of extremely poor quality."

Cons: "Night flights should include blankets and pillows. (at no extra cost) Just like a hotel. Traveling with bulky blankets and pillows in order to be able to sleep on a night flight is not always possible. JB provides eyemask and ear plugs, which is ridiculous. I can bring my own eyemask and ear plugs. I even paid extra for upgrade seats! The headrests are not adjustable and the recline is barely noticeable. It was a long 6 hour flight! No entertainment. I have flown other airlines to South America and been able to enjoy full feature recent release films, TV shows and games. Why can't JB figure out how to do that on their international flights? No meals. All other airlines offer meal service on their international flights. I pay as much for JB flights as I have for other airlines going to South America. The value for JB tickets just isn't there. To fly JB, picture yourself getting on board with your own pillows, blankets, entertainment and food. That about sums it up."

She seemed very laissez faire and there was no information about the connections gate overhead or when I got off the plane. I think that if the flight is delayed, the airline should let passengers know where the close connection gate assignments are to save them time (my flight landed ten minutes after my connection was boarding). 2. The carry on luggage section was impossibly small so I had to gatecheck my bag and it took five minutes to get my bag back. Given the tight connection, this created additional anxiety."

Our first class seats were comfortable, but with the supplied blanket, pillow and poor air conditioning it was a hot flight. The cabin personnel were wonderful as per usual, and my tasty gin and tonic soothed any discontent. I wish I could fly this way all the time!"
Cons: "The private contractor handling wheelchair assistance was terrible. A Delta employee theorized that they do not pay enough to attract and retain personnel. Our pre-arranged chair was not there, multiple calls by our Delta assistant finally got us a ride to the chair holding area, but after about 45 minutes we gave up and shuffled off to the security area on foot. Thank goodness my hubby is mobile enough for that to have been an option. When we abandoned our wait we were still 4th in line for an attendant to push the chair. If Delta has any responsibility in this it would be in the retention and compensation for the private contractor."

No distinction where Delta has it's gates in Mexico City."

Another person at the counter (who I believe was a supervisor) was able to override and get me on the 2nd (of 3 flights with empty seats)."

Cons: "Just before announcements to board, the gate agent advised the plane was being checked out / aircraft maintenance. The creeping delay commenced: 20 minutes, then 15 minutes more, then 30 minutes more, etc... with very little communication about when what going on. Finally, we were advised of a gate change and new aircraft. We landed 93 minutes late. Problems happen but keep customers informed!"

Cons: "My flight was delayed for the next day because the pilot timed out in the middle of the flight. I had to spend the night in a crappy room at the Ramada while others on my same flight got luxury hotels. I got a crappy $20 voucher for food that only got me crappy over priced snacks. It wasn't enough for dinner and breakfast. Since my flight was delayed I missed and lost money to the circus. 1 had purchased tickets for my 5 children my husband and I for a total of $400. The show was at 11 am and I arrived at Richmond at that time. Your airline sucks. To make it worst on my way to Aguascalientes I got stuck in Houston for the night and half a day because yall delayed flights due to snow that never happened. I had to before for food vouchers because I had already gone over my budget with the delay. Overall it was a horrible experience."

Cons: "I don't think it can really be avoided when there is a leak in the plane, but its really hard to be delayed an hour for a flight that takes less than a half hour - and I could've driven that distance quicker."

Cons: "I arrive to Richmond, Va for a family reunion and with enough time to make the banquet. The baggage services in Newark didn't pack my bag on my flight, the next one afterwards nor the one after that. When trying to contact to see what's the issue nobody answered the phone, for a hour. The bag claim services from when I landed in Richmond didn't have a clue on how to contact Newark or to confirm my bags will be on the flight for that day. I had to do the research and find it myself while she watched a movie on her iPad. Needless to say if I could give a negative star rating I would. I missed the banquet and received my bags the next day and still couldn't get a reason from either airport on why they got left behind."

Cons: "Maintenance delays and rerouting caused me to miss my reserved ground transit in LA... United claimed on the phone I would be reimbursed for a taxi, but changed their mind when I sent them a receipt a few days later."

Cons: "I flew from OKC to Richmond, with one stop in DC. After we arrived in DC my flight to Richmond was pushed back 6 hours in perfect weather. They said it was due to maintenance issues but they didn't provide us with any alternatives. I ended up taking a rental with a nice man to Richmond. A bit frustrating to say the least"

Cons: "United made no accommodation for a late-arriving connecting flight. The United schedule required changing terminals and a race to the next gate -- then closed the doors five minutes early even though there were passengers sprinting from the other terminal to make their connection. They knew the connecting flight had been delayed; they should have waited five minutes to let us on. The result was a nine-hour wait in Newark Airport for the next United flight."
