Pros: The seats and plane condition were fine, however the crew was swearing and unprofessional.
Cons: No snacks available.

Pros: A very new Eagle plane. AA staff was good about updating us re: departure delays. Waited to inform us of gate valet plans until the last minute.
Cons: BTV Airport is very small so prepare to be in crowded waiting areas.

Cons: Enforcement of federal rules requiring children two and over too wear a mask. Flight attendant did not believe it was her responsibility to ask the age of the child sitting next to us, sneezing and coughing.

Pros: Crew was great.
Cons: No water or snacks offered on either flight down. Flight delayed in Charlotte for 3 HOURS due to mechanical issue with first plane. No compensation for such a long delay.

Pros: On time/ early arrival Careful about cleaning

Pros: The crew was fine.
Cons: The flight was packed full despite the ongoing pandemic. I will avoid flying American Airlines at all costs in the future. I was disgusted with how many people were jammed into this plane. The woman next to me was sniffling. I was so uncomfortable the entire time.

Pros: Short swift flight
Cons: The way the plane was boarded took a long time for such a small flight

Cons: Overall good flight however the WiFi didn’t work

Pros: Attendant was very friendly. Really appreciated her energy
Cons: Drink service was not as good as other trips.

Cons: Smooth flight left on time and arrived on time.

Pros: Easy boarding.
Cons: No usb charger. Flight delayed.

Pros: Everything was amazing
Cons: More snack options

Cons: Late as usual

Cons: Too freakin cold.

Cons: just the food options were not that good. all other things were ok.

Pros: Crew was professional and accommodating, everything went smooth and quickly

Cons: The terrible communication for delays and boarding.

Pros: Easy check in and boarding
Cons: Flight was delayed 45 minutes while sitting on runway

Cons: I had almost two hours to make my Moscow connection. I almost missed the flight! The bus transfers are awful. I will avoid this airport if possible. M

Pros: Quick flight good crew
Cons: More entertainment and snack selection

Pros: Yes very pleasurable.

Pros: Smooth operation
Cons: WiFi is horrible

Pros: Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Having a disability is difficult enough but this team went above and beyond.
Cons: Reaching Charlotte terminal I was extremely disappointed. The gate attendant seamed to only want to make excuses as to why there was no wheelchair available. (Short staffed) she didn’t offer me a seat or apologize for no availability. Costumer service should be number one when you work with people everyday.

Pros: Flight was okay
Cons: That I ended up having to deal with AA for everything

Cons: No snacks

Pros: early flight. Smooth. Good landing. Friendly folks.
Cons: No WIFI. Sat on Tarmac for 15 minutes upon arrival. No fault of anyone though.

Cons: 7.5 hr flight from Lisbon to Philadelphia on a dingy old plane that looks like it hasn’t been retrofitted in close to 20 years, with no charging ports for electronics, which seems insane in this day and age, especially for such long flights. Had no in-seat entertainment systems either, and only offered news and sports on the American wi-fi service — not their usual lineup of movies and TV.

Cons: I went to the airport. I was told a 3hr delay. I only live 10 mins to the airport. So I went back home to only receive a notification that the flight has departed after 45 mins. I am now stuck here since that was the last flight back. The earliest flight available is next day at 12pm which means I am going to miss work and I have been on hold with AA customer service exactly for 3 hrs now and still holding.

Pros: Same as above. Very pleased

Pros: Very little
Cons: This is not Iberia's fault but AA - when we all got to the departure lounge (not check in) in Manchester we were informed there was to be a stop at Gander, Newfoundland, to refuel. Then I realized AA had put a Boeing 757 on flight AA55 instead of the usual 767 and it doesn't have enough fuel for the westbound flight against prevailing headwinds. When I got home AA had sent me 2 emails - 1 advising me of a delay on my AA55 flight MAN-YQX (Gander), despite the fact that the schedule calls for a flight MAN-ORD. The 2nd rebooking me on a later AA flight from ORD-SGF. AA are guilty of deception here and their sleight of hand caused me 4 hours delay arriving at SGF and a night in a hotel instead of driving home.

Pros: efficiency of terminal and flight changes at Dallas-Fort-Worth excellent. valet service and complimentary checked standard carry-on bag.
Cons: Didn't know about close connections and terminal changes until printing boarding passes. Snack offerings are minimal one almost all airlines for regular fares. a tiny wafer cookie or about 5 mini-pretzels are not very impressive. I wold much prefer peanuts to pretzels--an option would be good. The gate of outgoing flight to Bloomington kept changing on phone m messaging shortly before takeoff , about 6 gate changes in 10 minutes. Confusing!

Cons: Foo

Pros: Arrived on time
Cons: Baggage was lost. Did not offer beverage during the flight. Did not offer headphones during the flight. Crew was rude and took it out on the passengers. Not me, but the guy sitting next to me caught a ton of attitude over nothing from one particular crew member and no greetings/farewells on boarding and arrival.

Pros: The flight delayed 6 hours.

Pros: Crew was pleasant, meal was tasty.
Cons: Seated next to a man who should have booked 2 seats.

Pros: In flight movies were varied, with both new and international films to watch. Flight attendants were nice. Boarding was smooth.
Cons: Spent a while sitting on the plane waiting to take off because of some kind of delay, but that meant I could spend more time watching the in-flight entertainment.

Pros: Little
Cons: Mechanical issues, late late late, bad communication, no apologies or compensation for huge waste of time.

Cons: Seats are not designed for long haul flights

Pros: the clerk at the boarding desk was kind
Cons: delayed

Pros: Both American flights (on Airbus 321, I think) I've taken in the past two weeks had comfortable seating with great legroom. My knees were not knocking the seat in front of me! Seat width also comfortable. Not sure how I lucked up on both flights!

Pros: Great food and movie selection - awesome distraction from my usual flight anxiety.

Pros: Customer service good. Offered food/service quickly.
Cons: Film selection was subpar, and had no subtitles available. Flight safety information video so unbelievably boring. Flight crew repeated all instructions at least 3 times including video interruptions. What is the point of having in flight entertainment if crew will interrupt said entertainment at least once every 10 min to remind you you are still in turbulent air? Do they honestly think the passengers forgot? We are in the plane too! I understand they have to be careful due to liability but this airline is ridiculous. Believe it or not customers do not like being treated like children. Would not recommend to others or fly this airline again. Also, the lunch was awful even by airline standards. Btw the airline was avianca not AA. kayak must have messed up or they are owned by AA. AA is great and I recommend them wholeheartedly but Avianca is awful. Stay away if you can afford to do so.

Pros: Positive spin...positive spin... the crew is fine.
Cons: You would think the better the technology, the better the comfort level. But well, this is not the American brand. It's all about squishing you into a walnut size so that they can pack a cart load of them on the plane Or they said you can pay up and get comfortable. And you would think the price of a ticket would go down because the whole fuel is cheaper than years ago. Ha. Turns out you need to pay extra to meet the historic standards

Cons: Denied boarding by gate agent. 5 min past mandatory one hour cut off from boarding. We had been standing in line for agent for 30 minutes. Two customers flying with little dogs delaying the movement of line. Flight was subsequently delayed by 2 hours and 10 min. More than enough time to allow us to board under 1 hour regulation. I booked LATAM instead of AA based on reputation, very upsetting experience for us.

Cons: Seat would not recline. Normally wouldn't be an issue, but it would have been nice to be more comfortable on a 9 hour flight.

Pros: Got me to Dallas
Cons: Delays, felt like a hurded cow

Cons: small plane so tight seating. Outdoor climbing of stairs to board om the tarmac.

Pros: excellent in flight experience, crew was helpful and friendly. Overall a great experience
