He asked me whether he could remain in my seat given his discomfort in the seat to which he was reassigned, which was a middle seat. I could have said no, but it was clear that it made most sense for me to sit in the middle seat (the window seat was already taken and it would have been a tight fit otherwise). Though I appreciate that the folks affected by the flight cancellation were accommodated on my flight, I hope in future the seat reassignments can also be taken into account. Also, I think slightly healthier food would be nice (chips vs cookies). Thanks."

Since you charge people extra to check luggage (how carrying luggage on a flight is considered "extra" is beyond me), you should provide enough space for them to bring carry ons. That adds to the stress of flying. It's almost as if you created a focus group, asked them how to make flying more stressful and miserable, and then did that."

They were happy to put me on a later flight and there were many options, and for a very low change fee. I definitely got lucky with availability and really appreciated how painless they made the experience!!!"

I have for some time bought "extra space" seats on United, so I did on JetBlue as well. Much roomier and more comfortable on JetBlue. For entertainment, United offers DirectTV for a fairly stiff fee. JetBlue offers a choice: one can purchase headphones for a fee or use one's own headphones for free, and the entertainment package comes not only with commercial-ridden DirectTV and a few recently-popular films, but some commercial free documentaries and popular TV comedy that I enjoyed. Their selection of music is also very large. I also appreciated the food selection and the free wifi."

While the pilot did an excellent job in getting us in NY on time after airport delays on departure, AA must have not had enough staff working when we arrived. Customers waited over 30 minutes for bags to arrive, which arrived at a different belt than what had been originally scheduled. There were no AA staff in sight when we arrived in NY either. I will do my best not to fly AA again."

Finally she brought my daughter and I some coffee. i ask for sugar and she said im very busy you have to wait....eventually she gave me one packet of sugar. I had to ask for another sugar for my daughter , so when i ask she gets upset and tells me i have to wait but there as a white who ask for assistance and she was very polite to her."

Then United changed the flight three times and never gave updated confirmation codes. The last change came the day before our departure. Then United charged another $138.00 for seats that were assigned and never informed us. I am still trying to get the $138.00 back."

I was the only one in line and the "Customer Service" person was indignant and reminded me that i was the last person to sign in. I guess the last people to sign in, or maybe all people that sign in get treated with utter disrespect. I am 3 minutes late, Frontier is 3 hours and 45 minutes late and i am the one who gets treated with disrespect . Horrible!!!!! Inexpensive airline, NO they are a CHEAP airline that doesn't give a damn about its customers. I will be going to the internet, the Points Guys, the FAA, and to their corporate offices next. Although I won't be expecting a response from their corporate offices because the culture of CHEAP customer service starts at the top!"

There were children and infants on that flight with exhausted parents who had to take off at 2am instead of 8:50pm. It was awful. Plus you have to pay for a carry on? Ridiculous. I never want to fly Frontier again."

Cons: "They were just rude worst flight ever. And the seat is so uncomfortable"
Pros: "Direct flight, great rates, no delays or cancellations."
Cons: "Could not check in online or check luggage in online from Frontier's website. A message said In order to change any information, I needed to call. Apparently, using a third party to book flights prevents one from accessing which would normally save time and money saving features."
Pros: "Frontier is similar to other budget airlines like Spirit where only a personal item comes free and the seats are a little tighter than usual. I thought they had good communication around the fee for carry ons (in the boarding process, they directed people to go online and pay the fee there if they'd already to avoid a higher fee at boarding). Staff were friendly and for a short flight (<2 hours) I felt it was perfectly comfortable, and I'm very happy with my decision given that the flight was <$100 and direct."
Cons: "No free snack/drink Pay for carry on"
Cons: "Both trip I had to wait 2 hours or more to leave and horrible service."
Pros: "The overall cost was great. I travelled from Austin to Orlando at a very good fare rate. Very impressive."
Cons: "I was not happy that you had to purchase a coffee or soda. I think the airline should still be able to afford tonight's complimentary drink and snack."

Cons: "Seats seem smaller than normal, they have no padding, they don't recline. I always seem to get stuck in a middle seat and I'm a large man, maybe it's coincidence but I seem to get stuck between other large men. Can't beat the price though."

Cons: "Everything, the guest services at frontier airlines was off the worst I've ever seen or dealt with, they closed the flight with 40 minutes to go no way to obtain a ticket other than wait in the que, and to be told the flight is closed and being made pay a 116$ flight charge fee is asinine. Unable to check in online I'll never fly from kayak or frontier ever again worst decision of my life, far worse than that time i got hit by car"

Cons: "Original fight was cancelled and rescheduled for 6 hours earlier. Unable to do 6am flight and only other option was fly to Dallas first then the Denver. Long flight no food or entertainment."
Cons: "I, and many others waited over an hour before the ticket counter was staffed. It opened at the last minute, two hours before the next flight. Some people waited 2 hours. Many grumpy passengers. What saved the experience was the friendlyness of the flight crew."

Cons: "These people can't seem to get a plane off the ground - excuse after excuse, and joking about it all the way. Oblivious to the hardship this causes their passengers. Two words: never again."
Pros: "Good bare-bones airline - low price if you don't need carry-on or check luggage, don't need reclining seats, don't mind middle seats, don't want any snacks, etc."
Cons: "No participation in TSA Pre-Check"
Cons: "We were delayed, but that happens. What I really didn't like is that after arriving at 120 am it took them 30 minutes to get the jet bridge hooked up and get us off the plane. The crew did not do a good job of keeping us informed. We were to the gate almost right away it and then waited and waited. Then we had to walk up the jet bridge with no lights on. Once we got to the baggage claim it still took another 20 minutes for the bags to come. Also, the seats are not like they used to be. With the carryon bag fee it ends up being about as expensive as much better airlines. I won't plan to fly Frontier again."
Cons: "Expensive and deceptive baggage practices. Rude employees. Substandard seat comfort. Nickel and dimed for everything. Mechanical flight delay. Confrontational stewardess arguing with sick traveler in my seat row."
Cons: "Food cost extra. seats cost extra. a cane fell on my head after a crew member opened an overhead. the seats don't recline. the seats are hard and crowded. This has got to be the worst airlines to fly.....I would not and will not fly it again. On the flight back, it was midnight and crew member stood by our seat and chatted. Plane looks good, the rest sucks."
Pros: "The website when you try to check in online is deceptive. It seems as though all seats and carry on luggage cost extra money. They should change that."
Cons: "Unfriendly baggage policies will make you feel ripped off. You're better off paying higher prices with a better airline such as Southwest or Virgin America because with all the baggae fees and surcharges you're gonna pay the same price or higher than the other airlines and you'll have absolutely NO comforts. You get what you pay for, but with Frontier Airlines you get LESS than what you paid for..."

Cons: "Extra money for luggage tried to charge for carry on bag coming from NY $40rxtrs amt was more than Delta or Southwest plus flight return too late spent day in NY no one at baggage check-in at 10:45 had to wait until 2or3:00pm"

Cons: "They charge for the carry on bag, the seat.... The plane was incredibly uncomfortable, I was not even able to move (almost) because of the lack of space. Aaaahh!! Pay a little more and use a different airline."
Cons: "When we arrived at the ticket counter, we were made aware that they do not open until 2 hour before flight time. Being advised to be at security about 3 hours before flight time, this makes no sense. When I went to check in, I then realized we had to pay extra for our seats, check-in bags and carry-on bags. We could have flown a major airline direct for the same price after all of the add-ons. Then being charged for coffee and pop. Seats are VERY uncomfortable!"

Cons: "The boarded us twice and deplaned us twice. The airplane had mechanical problems and took them more than 12 hours to fix, because it was missing a part that was going to take them more than 8 hours to get in our airport (not sure where the part was coming from that took them that long). After fixing it the crew couldn't fly because of federal regulations that states the crew can only work for 8 h. After this whole ordeal, my flight ended up cancelled."

Cons: "They have new pre-reclined seats that basically hit curve in the middle. These are either made for a specific height or weren't tested. They make it so you have to sit hunched back the whole flight (I'm 5 10). If you have good posture, this airline is not for you."
Pros: "When I was checking in online, I panicked initially about the extra costs for picking a seat and your luggage. Then my boyfriend showed me you can just evade it by clicking "next." Frontier allows you to carry on a "personal bag" for free and I was surprisingly able to bring a relatively big suitcase on board with no problems or questions asked. Also, checking in on website makes it seem like you'll be split up into random seats if you don't buy a seat but the boarding passes we printed at the airport were good seats next to each other. It's too bad that you have to pay for drinks, but I was able to get a cup of water for free and I understand that on cheap flights like this you can't expect to have free sodas."

Cons: "After adding up all of the hidden fees with the "low cost" of the flight, it all came out to MORE than I would have paid if I had booked a flight with another carrier!. As ad DEPENDENT of an active duty military member, I NEVER have to pay for checked luggage, much less a carry on! Once I got over having to pay and additional $150 for luggage, I board the plane to find extremely uncomfortable seats with half of a tray table, all I could do was laugh. The joke was totally on me!!!! For a flight that was over 3 hours long, it was NOT WORTH ANY OF IT!!! I didn't do the research that I should have, and that is totally on me. Fool me once, but NEVER AGAIN."
