Flight was delayed with no explication. There was ice falling out of vents on me.

Even though I booked two tickets at the same time, we were unable to sit together. No one cared. I was disappointed due to the amount of money the flights had been that there was no way to get it changed.

Made up time on a late flight and made the connection

great experience just at the end, we got in early and there wasn't anyone at the gate for 30 min so we had to just sit on the tarmac

Loved this first class flight! Awesome food, snacks and drinks. Comfortable seat with foot rest. Good movie. Very friendly crew! Only thing I would suggest is having a screen on seat back in front of me so I didn’t have to watch the movie on my phone.

Flight crew great! No WiFi not great. Someone took my bag not great!

Alaska drastically changed our flight from a direct flight to a flight with connection and a long layover. So we canceled the Alaska flight and we learned a valuable lesson that we will never book through kayak again because the third party travel agent tried to withhold our money.

It was a super old plane so the first class experience was just not luxurious

I’m not sure there is anything that can be improved, even the cost was fantastic.
