The only issue was a short window to make my connecting flight, and nobody to assist me in finding my way to the next gate.

This is my first time flying Aegean Air and I had a great first time experience. I will fly this airline again.

There was not any food and I didn't use the entertainment

Just ok. No much of a great travel experience. If you need point A to B they are ok.

More leg room, great if crew could move people before flight (ie if 3 in a row, offer to move 1 or 2 to an empty 3 seat row rather than let people move themselves after takeoff

Flight was late, boarding totally chaotic, seat uncomfortable, food good, attendants and pilots good.

aegean took off late, which made it impossible for us to make the next flight on air canada, we all ran to the terminal, the plane was still there but the air canada folks wouldn't let us board because they said the door was already closed. they told us we had to go all the way back to aegean desk to arrange another flight.

Priority transfer bag left behind in Amsterdam causing extreme difficulty and inconvenience on arrival destination Athens

Schedule and on time departure and arrival were great. The crew was good, but a change in aircraft bumped many of us from our expected seats. It was a crowded flight, but the cabin crew did their best to keep things under control.

Austrian airline they cancel my fight , and the couldn’t give me flight , they said only available flight 4th and after , I sacked for refund, even from you KYAK , and tell now no any refund , because what happened I lost more money because I have to stay in hotel and then I buy new ticket

Management and staff att viena wasn’t professional,and they are not good by how to communicate and solve the problem, I was shocked , as I know Austrian airlines was amusing Thank you

I bought the ticket a month before my flight but checked in couple hours before my flight and had to wait seat assignment just before take off. On top of that there was not enough room in the overhead bin for my luggage.

The baggage arrived damaged and i spent EUR 300 on the baggage a month ago. No responsibility from airline or the handles.

Tight connection from Austrian Airlines made this challenging. Our luggage did not make it, delivered the next day at noon. Flight itself was very full, not especially comfortable.

The flight was late. We accommodated other missed flights, and the plane was full of people, without space to store carry-on luggage. They lost our checked luggage for the entire flight and delivered it after two days.

Overall pleasant flight . The lunch was exceptional! Delicious chicken curry with perfect rice and amazing chocolate (Sacher torte) for desert. I have not eaten such a good airplane meal in a very, very long time.

Flight attendants were awful, very rude and inconsiderate for mothers with small infants traveling.

I been flying with Austrian for few years, they never failed me.

I miss my flight due to boarding pass won’t load up

Flight schedule was modified and the final departure time delayed.

Big delay because of the weather but communication not so good. Boarding already late (due to tight schedule on Wizz side). When you get in you are hurried every second even if you still need a few seconds to arrange your bags. Food far away from how it looks in the catalogue and right on row 8 already out of chocolate although you are supposed to receive one for a menu. No replacement was offered.

The border control opens at 4:30 so there is no point in going in early as the wizz email suggests. Our flight utilized a plane with plastic seating which was really uncomfortable.

Check in took very long. All three priority agents left for lunch or something and the line did not move.

Wizzair is a mess, don’t trust them, all flights are delayed, nothing is secure with them, they are the poorest of all companies.

Good flight. Take off a little late but make up the time

The Ryanair staff was not polite. We all travelled with the same suitcases as we departed from Thessaloniki, however they decided that for some passengers the suitcase was not the rigth one as far as the dimensions are concerned. Furthermore, one air stewardess asked passengers to close themselves the luggage cabinet in order to prove that the lugagge was not properly fitted, which i think is very unkind and unprofessional. We also had to wait outside , some metres away from the plane until last passengers came off....It was generally a dissapointing experience.

Late again rude staff at gate bullying passengers made us stand in the cold 3degrees for 40 mins before they let us board

The usual average Ryanair flight, but we landed 20 min before due time, which was very good.

While this flight from Dublin to Venice boarded on time, its departure was delayed by about an hour because, apparently, there were no demonstration kits on board, and we couldn't depart until the safety demonstration was completed. We were informed that we were in danger of losing our delayed slot if Ryanair engineering didn't provide the kits 'soon', which would have resulted in an additional two-hour delay. Thankfully, we didn't incur that additional delay. It's not clear where the source of this problem lies but it needs to be addressed to ensure it does not recur for other flights in the future.

it s a budget flight, crew was doing their job well, it was on time.

On time, no announcement all along the flight, you can rest.

Is good airline but their check in process is not simple

Pierwszy raz odbyłam tak pozytywny lot. Uprzejma, świetna załoga. Kapitana lotu W6 1771 z 6.01.2024, pozytywnie zaskoczył wyraźnym kontaktem i ciekawostkami na temat lotu, jak i informacja o zorzy polarnej zachęcając do zobaczenia przez okana. After the flight. Waiting to long to get off the plane

Very very very…… uncomfortable seats /does nor reclain/ and so little space /this was 5:30 hours flight- and quite expensive no longer low cost airline/ 5:30 hours flight and no water or snacks was offered anly very expensive sales.

Was denied to enter the previous plane so couldnt make it to this one

Got rejected to enter the plane because i took calming pills. Im scared of flying and i always take it since 12 years and it was never a problem with other airlines.

Shambolic boarding with ZERO information on why there was a delay. Don't treat customers like sheep. Crew good. Aircraft new. Late departure with minimal information from flight deck.

The flight was 1.30 hour late because of the Police checking 4 passengers. This was not Ryanair fault but was quite ennoying.

The boarding process was fast Uncomfortable seats ,do not recline.

My fligh was suddenly canceled and no ine approached me The web response was the only one and it was poor and not satisfactory Wizz did not take care for moving me and my family to another flight instead and simply gave us back the flight credits which i cant do nothing with !!

The crew was not very friendly or did not seem like very approachable. The plane was quite dirty and it didn’t sound too good when landing.
