Great! They got my vegetarian meal right, flight was comfortable, they helped store my heavy luggage. Pleasant crew and flight staff.
I did wish they would give us the entire little bottle Bailey's instead of just have 1/2 bottle at a time
My layover in Vienna was supposed to be 35 minutes but because my flight was canceled I had to wait in the airport for an additional 8 hours.

The flight was delayed for 30 minutes with no apparent reason. There is no entertainment at all, and no USB or electric outlets for charging your phone or tablet.

Accessibility serious problems in Viena airport making it seriousely difficult in in-between gates and boarding travel. Pretens of breakfast and service care in the economy pathetic.
One thing I really liked about Austrian Airlines was that the flight attendants were very kind, and the in-flight entertainment offered many choices. One thing that could be improved is the meal service, since only a vegetarian option was offered — it would be better to have at least two choices
Austrian Airlines help and service was fine, but Kayak misled us into believing we had purchased a Business Class ticket. In fact, the tickets were only upgraded Coach Class tickets with luggage restrictions that belonged to the Coach Class. Very disappointed! Paid over $$$$ 9K for the two tickets. Very disappointing!
Good. But not to serve tea/coffee during a 8-hour plus flight is bad.
I paid extra to have a seat with more leg room next to a door. Turns out that is next to the bathroom. Customers disrespected my space the entire trip by stepping on my feet and tripping over me. You need to do a better job defining the space! Others had leg room under the seat in front of them and then used my space as a lounge and waiting area. Never again!
Plane left an hour late, I missed my connection and my bow case was never even loaded on the plane in VA. I deal with this type of nonsense everytime I fly air canada.

Fare was great, seat comfort the opposite as cushion was worn out. Ok for 2 hour flight, not for 4.5 hour flight..
We went for a family funeral. Unfortunately Air Canada will not give a bereavement discount for flights that have already occurred. We couldn't get the death certificate before our flights.
The crew was highly professional and caring, I was flying business class. I will fly with them any time.
The crew members were great. The flight was awesome. But I had trouble getting to any of the movies. I tried over and over. The free wifi though is a bonus which I appreciated. Re comfort I am not telling you anything you don’t know. There is nothing comfortable about air travel any longer. As someone with a back issue I am usually squirming about two hours into any flight. But safety matters most of all to me and I do feel safe with air Canada.
For the price, it was a really good experience. There was no entertainment on board, so I couldn't really rate this, and I didn't order a meal. I appreciated that there was a free glass of wine.
Would like whole can of pop for 2. Treats were not great . The garlic pretzels were terrible for someone who can't eat garlic. Passenger was 84.
