Five star experience all around except for my seat, which was broken. It would only go down 70%.Of the way. It defeats the purpose of buying a business class ticket if you don’t actually get to lay flat..

WiFi would have been nice and some more powerful usb ports, available ports could not keep my phone’s charge much less charge the phone.
Not so good. I paid for a preference economic seat, and I couldn’t incline it back because it was blocked. They explained me that because is the last before emergency exit. The company new that but it was not explained in the seat selection
Tirana was crazy check in and getting bussed to another gate. Both Germany stops were intensive customs but organized, but that wasn't the airlines problem. The crews were fabulous on the planes. The announcements were not easy to understand in English, slurred speech. Customs inthe US were fast. We waited for luggage, three later arriving planes had their luggage and left before us
Business class old style from 10 years ago. Ok for short flights but nor for 12 hours journey. The passenger near the window have to jump over the passenger seat aisle side or wake him up to upright the seat. That’s not the business class that you expect on long night flight. Seats are not so confortable. And believe it or not no wifi!
We have travelled on 13 December with Austrian Airlines from Yangon through Bangkok and Vienna to Varna. The first flight operated by Thai Airlines was nice and comfortable. I wouldn’t say the same thing about the next two flights which were operated directly by the Austrian Airlines. During our flight from Bangkok to Vienna: > The service was very poor – serving of food and drinks was disorganized, late and not combined, the stewards were walking back and forth without doing anything substantial for the passengers. Even the morning breakfast was very late with a cup of coffee almost while landing (after a reminding). > The food itself was OK-ish but for a 12-hour flight, there were no snacks/bites in between dinner and breakfast as it is with the other airlines. > The cutlery was wooden, most probably recycling, but very unpleasant to eat with. > The stewards were not rude but not friendly and/or helpful > And also, half of the passengers had travel sets, others did not. The flight from Vienna to Varna was another surprise: firstly, the flight was late and secondly, they were serving only water free, even the coffee was paid, so were the snacks, but we had to pay to reserve seats. The whole experience is as if it was a low-cost airline. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend using the services of Austrian Airlines: the ticket prizes are quite the same as of the other carriers flying to this destination and you would have much pleasant time.
Friendly staff, always good food , as comfortable as it can be in economy
Business class is not worth it. Not comfortable and old plane with no privacy or enough space unless you on the single seats
Straight forward checking as long as you have completed every single detail online, prior to checking day. Efficient boarding, seating is ok for a two hour flight. Fulfilledour travel requirements from Manchester to Marseille.
Unnecessarily delayed and remarkably inefficient boarding contributed to a significantly delayed departure. Seats/legroom astonishingly uncomfortable even by Ryanair standards (minimal legroom plus reinforced plastic seat backs ensure you get punched hard in the knees every time the person in front moves, and as a 6-foot passenger I had nowhere else to put my legs. Upon late arrival at the gate in Luton we were kept waiting another 20 minutes before being allowed off the plane. Both Easyjet and Wizzair are currently a better bet.
The punctuality of f the flight was super: we left on time and arrived about 20 minutes early - and the cabin crew were both friendly and efficient. The only downside was that Ryanair appears to have resumes its old obsession with sizing cabin bags again after a long and welcome absence.
They lost a bag and now our vacation is ruined
There plane had a technical pricken so we had to disembark, but the replacement aircraft was provided within one hour so there was not much delay.
Flight diverted to Warsaw and passengers offloaded onto coaches whilst the plane took off again and flew to Gdansk…
People at the gate were the worst I ever met from Ryanair
I liked nothing. An extremely uncomfortable flight, staff were rude, no ice for my drink. 4 hours of misery
We had a delay. That made me feel anxious because I arrived out of time
Good value for the money. Good leg room. Take off and landing very good.
