I would like to thank Lao Airline management for having such nice Team to help customer needs

Overall, very pleased with this flight. Boarding could be better because boarding was announced without a microphone so people didn’t know to line up until we heard the staff walking around to announce it. Also, had to stand in line for 10’ before we started moving. My husband who is impatient and cannot stand for too long did not like this. The rest of the flight- crew, food, and entertainment were very good.

Boarding and deviating was mediocre. At boarding they have not prioritized Business class. During debarking they prioritized premium economy. Also bus rides both times.

I thought I already provided this feedback. 12 hours with no wifi is unacceptable. Lay flat is nice but a bit cramped.

It was ok, it felt more like an internal flight than an international flight so I guess expected a slightly better standard. Nothing really wrong with it but there was no inflight entertainment. Food and service was good.

This was our fourth domestic flight with Vietnam Airlines, and once again we found the experience very suitable. Check-in was easy and efficient. They did take our carry-on luggage, but that was fine. I’m actually happy not to deal with it on such a short flight. The flight was just over an hour, departed on time, and we climbed above the clouds into a beautiful sunset. Even on such a short flight, they served water, which we appreciated. Luggage came out into carousel in Nha Trang in good time and off we went to meet our GRAB. Also, Vietnam Airlines have easy to locate ground level offices in cities and towns where you can get assistance with staff. I liked this service as we did go visit one in Nha Trang. We would definitely recommend Vietnam Airlines and wouldn’t hesitate to fly with them again.

Really good 👍 This was our first time flying with Vietnam Airlines. It was a short domestic flight, so no meal service, but boarding was organized and the flight departed and arrived on schedule. The flight attendants were professional and neatly presented. All in all, a very good first experience. We would recommend Vietnam Airlines.

We flew with their partner VESCO on a small plane, it was a really good flight. There was no food or entertainment as it’s a one hour hopper flight.

The flight boarded and departed pretty much on time as it’s just a one hour flight there is no food or entertainment so I marked that at the neutral but they do offer water and I’m sure if you needed some food you could bring your own onboard. This was our third internal flight with Vietnam Airways and I recommend them.

This is a very short commuter flight, so there is no food or flight entertainment. Hence, I marked it in the neutral flight left on time. The plane was full pretty much and it was a pretty easy flight overall very good.

The flight crew and attendants are very professional and polite.

the rudest staff in the world!!! we had overweight baggage, which is our fault but it is a really stupid rule, and the woman said we could reorganise or pay now, we said we’d reorganise and she started shouting “do it now! hurry up!” even though the flight wasn’t even boarding yet. She told us that if our two cabin bags were below 14 together, then we wouldn’t have to pay 500k dong. We reorganised and our bags were below 14kg. She then said that it was all of our bags together that should be less than 14kg. We were obviously confused by this, because she had just said that it was our two cabin bags and we asked her why she told us to rearrange our bags then. She started shouting at us again saying that we needed to “pay now or throw away”. We said fine, we’ll just pay, and she suddenly started asking for 1.51 million dong. I asked her why it was suddenly over three times the price and she said that it was always that price. I asked to see the other piece of paper she had that had the other price and she slammed her one on top of it and started shouting “pay now or i’ll close the gate” (boarding was already finishing at this point). So, we had no choice but to pay three times the original price, even though we reorganised our cabin bags to be under the necessary weight like she had asked us to. I wouldn’t even be so upset about the money if the staff were at least a little bit nice. She was possibly the rudest, most ignorant woman I have ever met in my life. Besides that, the plane/flight was just a bit worse than ryanair standard. Small seats, delayed by an hour. Typical low budget. At least the ryanair staff don’t try to scam you. Avoid at all costs, it’s not worth the hassle of dealing with such horrible people.

The flight left on time and landed early. The attendants were polite and friendly. Thank you

Efficient and fast check in, courteous staff at counter and on board. On time departure and arrival. AIR ASIA is my favorite international thailand carrier for reasonable cost and excellent customer service!

Not good in terms of amenities. For over 6 hours they don’t even provide complementary drinks or snacks-forget about dinner or lunch.

Air Asia just dreadfull. Always poorest customer service and very unwelcoming staff which is clearly bread in from the Top down from the CEO

Everything was good. The red seats were a scam. Just like any other seat but red. Although they let you board earlier which was very nice.

Other than the bus wait time to off board passenger when we reached Don Muang, everything else was excellent

Took 4 flights in 5 days 3 out of 4 left late about one hour each.

We had a 3 hrs delay and they offer McDonalds pineapple pay. They charged us for extra grs of luggage and the experience was not good

I really like air Asia. The flights are running very professionally and both of my flights this last time got in early. Planes were clean. The staff was very professional and helpful. I understand they were supposed to be a budget airline but they don’t act like they’re a budget airline.

Flying from Koh Samui to Ha Noi with a layover in Bangkok. Vietjet cancelled flight. When I went to the counter they told me to call from r information. I asked for the number and they said they couldn’t give it to me. Be a little taken back I asked him to repeat that while I was recording on my iPhone. He told me that was unacceptable and called the airport police. I deleted the video but had to deal with a big hassle. Then booked with a different airline. Vietjet wouldn’t refund the ticket. Luckily Chase Sapphire didn’t have a problem with refunding me. Vietjet blows!

All good and friendly However the blasting of music at take of and landing is so annoying and can’t hear anyone speaking .

Terrible customer service. My last choice to fly now if there is no other options.

First time flying with VietJet Air is so so. Check-in process for domestic is okay and easy but during our flight back to Manila, the ground staff at Tan Son Nhat International Airport weighed our hand luggage before boarding when in fact, it should be weighed during the check-in process. They are very strict in terms of the 7kg hand carry it’s either you’ll pay extra, or leave things behind.

Waited for 1 hour on tarmac because they couldn’t locate a tow truck. Flight was fine once we eventually took off.

Late departure, late arrival, and personal items on laps during takeoff and landing. Departure gate opened on time, but no direction as to whether to board at front or rear of plane based on seat number. Fashionable staff with sunglasses inside the plane and cockpit remained for ten minutes after the boarding complete announcement. For a scheduled 80 minute flight, adjusted to 65 minute as noted on takeoff; the total time on the plane with delays was r more than two hours. No confidence had there been an emergency that anyone would have been able or aware of what to do.

VietJet is a discount airline like EasyJet, Flair or Spirit. I flew 3 flights in 2 weeks and all were Airbus 321's. 2 of the flights left and arrived on time and 1 left and arrived about 45minutes late. Seat pitch in economy is 29" but exit row seats have super-generous leg room. There are no power ports or entertainment of any kind. Food is best purchased on-line before the flight but there is a limited selection available in flight - cash only. The aircraft are clean and the airline is run as well as any other airline that specializes in economy passengers.

Our flight was 3 hours delayed and the airport was hectic as our boarding pass said one gate while the digital screens said another gate. Attendants were clueless and said to watch both! Vietjwt cared more about selling their merch than even providing any water for the 2 hour flight

Cheap flight but more expensive when the airlines demands you pay over 30$ for 1 kilogram overweight ( it is 8,2kg I have for carry on baggage) The flights announcement 2PM, and it departed 4 PM, no announcement for delaying, People says Vietjet is delayJet airlines in their blood.

Vietjet tried to steal extra money from passengers by forcing them to change the name on the ticket that was correctly filled in on an English form online when ticket bought online. I bought the ticket via a foreign website where the language is English, At filling in the passenger's name, it says middle name first, then first name, and last name, That the ticket done and printed. when my wife checked in the staff at the check in counter said that her name was written wrong, she must fill the name in Vietnamese style, writing the Last name first, then middle name, first name comes last, even though her name was not misspelled. At the aiport I asked the Vietjet customer service, if it is written in Vietnamese way, it will be wrong when she travel abroad ? The custom service could not answer. It took over an hour where my wife was thrown like a ball between the check-in counter, to the Vietjet customer service , then to passport control. The cost is 110,000 vnd for change place in vietnamese way, I thought if there are millions of passengers who have done the same mistake, how much money Vietjet raked in every year On the flight, it is not allowed to sit in the empty seats in front or next to me, I sat in the middle in a row where two big men were sitting, I really need to change seats but the crew asked to pay extra to buy the empty seats. It is petty and cruel of Vietjet. There is no other choice than the state-owned airline, then you have no choice but to swallow the bite
