Greetings when you arrive on the plane and good bye when you leave. Very attentive flight attendants.

Serve me a meal, I fell asleep during the flight. So they passed me twice.

Seats are not table comfortable. Crew members are pretty good. Can be much better!!

Very pleasant overall, although the movie selection could have been better.

Very pleasant experience overall, while the main course of the meal could have been better and the movies could have been more recent and with more variety.

I usually have ear problems when planes land. But the landing was so smooth I didn’t even notice it landing! The service was excellent!

the aircraft was fine and new. The crews can have better training. Their operations are not as smooth as EVA's. They are VERY stingy with drinking water. Throughout the entire flight, no one offered me any water and snacks. I still prefer EVA after trying out Starlux initially with lots of excitement and expectations.

Everything was smooth and professional. They could improve the raw vegan meal with fresher offerings, but otherwise they are now my favorite way to fly to Asia.

Leg space is small. Need more room for long flight.

Leg space is too small. Need to increase space for long flight.

The food from Los Angeles to Taipei made me throw up. The flight is also not comfort. But the staffs are very friendly and nice.

Flight staff were very courteous and efficient. Aircraft (seats, lavatories, etc) was kept clean and replenished

I have never heard of EVA air before but I am so happy my wife and I were able to flight on their planes twice. Everything on these flights just felt better than their competitors. As someone with longer legs any bit of extra leg spaces is appreciated. The different options for food and drinks were also a plus. They were extra careful to make sure my wife's eating restrictions were taken care for. They had a before take off and landing announcements on the built in tablets for each seat and it gave out information that was very helpful. Such as what and how to declare your items in the specific country you landed in, any odd items that may be illegal to bring it (and even the reasoning why) and any other information you might need to make your post flight experience better. The only downside was there were "forced" ads on the tablet at take off for maybe 5-10 minutes but honestly, this flight was the cheapest option and had all the benefits listed above that is such an easy trade off. Im keeping an eye out for EVA air going forward.

First time traveling with EVA.. great experience in economy class... Personnel very friendly..

Everything is good staff is polite and helpful flights are on time sub sandwhich for a snack was good with a bottle of water only thing maybe more variety of food like breakfast or dinner depends on the time

The flight attendants should be nicer, on my first flight I told them I’d prefer a veggie meal sometimes and then she began to lecture me about it, it was a late flight and I wanted an easy digestion meal so that I can sleep quickly. The meals were abit odd, breakfast on my last flight had eggs, oatmeal and fish, did not taste good at all, strange combination. The economy seats are very tight and crowded, not comfortable at all. Overall for the price I paid I thought I was going to get more.

seats are pitched well. you don't feel too tight.

Check in process in Manila was so slow. From the time we got in line to reaching the counter we could have arrived at Taipei even if the flight was delayed for half hour.

I appreciate the email reminders for online check-in which made my entry to the lines less stressful. The flight was on schedule and on time. The baording staff were proactively helpful and approachable. The airplane inflight food, entertainment and comfies as well as provisions are excellent even in the economy seating. The airline transfer was smooth and easy! Luggage safe and intact! Thank you EVA airline for making my trip a reliable safe and comfortable experience.

Clean plane, friendly crew, mostly on-time departure. Negativo since there were no snacks offered. Cold drinks only was fine due to turbulence, but nothing to eat? Really?

I did not like how the plane landed. It was not smooth.

Been flying with China Airline over years many times. Good experience with them, no issues.

China Airlines crews are very excellent doing their job. Very friendly and hardworking. I will always choose China Airlines over and over. Thank you all for making my flight comfortable. God bless to all the staff. :)

Staff was so nice and very helpful with directions aswell!

It was our first time flying with China Airlines and had a very nice experience. The airline staff & crews both on the ground and air were very nice. Food on the plane was very good. Will recommend it to family and friends.

I don’t think I’ll be flying them again. Tight seats, no flowing air or air nozzles that you can turn air on you, for those who could have motion sickness this would be your worst nightmare. The pilot was great and experienced (which is what you want when flying 12 hours) overall I’m thankful knowledgeable pilots!

My ticket did not indication which group I was in for boarding; the gate attended help me

Very routh cabin crew food is only 2 meals for 13 hours fry with them They should get better training how to service good super routh language and talking with customer

staff are super nice and effiecient! It was a very comfortable and relaxing flight

When I booked a premium economy ticket. I then had to pay $100+ to book my seat.

2 hours delay, time changes started already 2 days before the flight

Average, not more then that. Cannot compete with Singapore Airlines

I bought the front row seat and made and early online check in but they changed my seat to the back row without prior notice. The inflight meal was too poor, only a piece of small finger food. The boarding is a disaster, everyone is stuffed in a bus in chaos. Doesnt worth the money at all.

Poor. Flight was delay without prior notice. Poor boarding. Poor meal service. Plane was dirty and smelly. Does not worth the money.

Overall very nice airline. The seats were cloth unlike leather seats I am accustom to on planes. The food was adequate. I had to use a paper boarding pass as they do not like electronic boarding passes. I scanned my electronic pass, but the gate agent requested the paper pass. Luckily I had a paper pass, although my electronic pass worked and when the paper pass was scanned it stated I was already on board.

Overall very nice airline. The seats were cloth unlike leather seats I am accustom to on planes. The food was adequate.

I am a bit upset with the check in counter, I signed up a wheelchair for my mom so they wouldn’t grant us her boarding pass. We got to the airport a couple of hours earlier and they had us wait and no one ever gave us her boarding pass or the wheelchair, I had to go back and complain when it was already time for our flight to board. Since we got their earlier, I could have easily pushed my mom myself and we could have relaxed and went to the lounge while waiting… when I finally got someone to help us he couldn’t explain how and why they dismissed us in the first place.

Was on holiday with my partner and we booked with Vietnam airlines as it not meant to be a budget airline. They separated us and made us sit at either end of the plane. Not the way I planned to spend my time on my holiday separate from my loved one. How can they separate people on the same booking. They know we are together and spending quality time together.

I had sometimes my trips with Vietnam Airlines and I like it 😊

The check-in process was great, and I cannot remember the name of the supervisor, but he was good and told us about the transit process very correctly and efficiently and kindly. We were given down access and the overall process was very efficient.

The flight was OK, but you need to warn passengers going to Vietnam that the full first, middle and last name needs to be in the issued visa, At least 5 passengers on that pane did not have that. We all had to pay $298 each to some agent to amend the visa. At least one lady could not and was left behind.

VietJet is a discount airline like EasyJet, Flair or Spirit. I flew 3 flights in 2 weeks and all were Airbus 321's. 2 of the flights left and arrived on time and 1 left and arrived about 45minutes late. Seat pitch in economy is 29" but exit row seats have super-generous leg room. There are no power ports or entertainment of any kind. Food is best purchased on-line before the flight but there is a limited selection available in flight - cash only. The aircraft are clean and the airline is run as well as any other airline that specializes in economy passengers.

Our flight was 3 hours delayed and the airport was hectic as our boarding pass said one gate while the digital screens said another gate. Attendants were clueless and said to watch both! Vietjwt cared more about selling their merch than even providing any water for the 2 hour flight

Cheap flight but more expensive when the airlines demands you pay over 30$ for 1 kilogram overweight ( it is 8,2kg I have for carry on baggage) The flights announcement 2PM, and it departed 4 PM, no announcement for delaying, People says Vietjet is delayJet airlines in their blood.

Vietjet tried to steal extra money from passengers by forcing them to change the name on the ticket that was correctly filled in on an English form online when ticket bought online. I bought the ticket via a foreign website where the language is English, At filling in the passenger's name, it says middle name first, then first name, and last name, That the ticket done and printed. when my wife checked in the staff at the check in counter said that her name was written wrong, she must fill the name in Vietnamese style, writing the Last name first, then middle name, first name comes last, even though her name was not misspelled. At the aiport I asked the Vietjet customer service, if it is written in Vietnamese way, it will be wrong when she travel abroad ? The custom service could not answer. It took over an hour where my wife was thrown like a ball between the check-in counter, to the Vietjet customer service , then to passport control. The cost is 110,000 vnd for change place in vietnamese way, I thought if there are millions of passengers who have done the same mistake, how much money Vietjet raked in every year On the flight, it is not allowed to sit in the empty seats in front or next to me, I sat in the middle in a row where two big men were sitting, I really need to change seats but the crew asked to pay extra to buy the empty seats. It is petty and cruel of Vietjet. There is no other choice than the state-owned airline, then you have no choice but to swallow the bite

Our flight was delayed for about 3hours however the ground crew made it sure that we will not miss our connecting flight from Hanoi to incheon.

If there could be simple free food or snack or some entertainment.

Seat pitch is narrow moreover the agent assigned seat in front of emergency exit window which is not reclined. A terrible 4hr 40min flight from HAN to DPS

Horrible! As an Asian, they look down on their own skin color. Disgusting people and airlines. If you are white, they will worship you

1-Airlines did not send any info to inform the clients about changing fight number. 2-Delayed too long on runay without any explanation
