They lost my luggage on the inbound flight and then lost it again on this flight. I called online travel agent to change earlier flight to get a longer layover in Vancouver but ANA denied it

Suite lounge in Honolulu is very exclusive and boarding from the lounge into the plane is unique. First suites were huge and comfortable. Japanese meal is like a high end omakase meal. All the staff were very kind and provided sophisticated service. Fast Track upon landing was appreciated but not needed this time because immigration was so empty and easy.

I like the service very much. The food just okay but maybe different culture who like, who don't like.

Everything was excellent. Only the fish entree in the Japanese meal was overcooked and quite dry but everything else was great

Great first time experience on this airline. Very professional staff and great service.

Warm the bread. Movies: better choices to include Chinese movies options or some of the older winners of flim festival

I was able to change my flight last minute. It was more expensive, but that was my fault. Thank you for allowing me to fly!

Business class on ANA was awesome. There lie flat seats made it easier to sleep on a 12 hour flight. Food was great and service was excellent.

The crew was very nice and polite. They made sure everybody got their meal and drinks. Even the economy class had a very adequate leg room for someone that is over 6 foot tall.

Overall it was good. Making changes to the reservation on ANA’s website was little challenging. Would like to see those features improved in the future.

Terrible. Our flight was delayed by 15 hours. We lost a full day of our vacation.

highly recommend for trip to japan only reason why i gave good not excellent is because their selection of movies and tv shows in English is more limited .

We asked for Hindu vegetarian meal in advance and the quality of the food was horrendous. Never flying JAL again!

Japan airline is excellent service .I recommend to Kayak and Japan airline to Frend.

Overall a great experience. One complain was the vegetarian food that my wife had which was mostly boiled vegetables with not much flavor.

Very accommodating and kind airline crews. The plane is also big which makes the passengers more comfortable and relax

I actually didn’t make it onto the flight. I spent quite a few hours trying to rebook the flight just to get screwed out of $5000. Fun!

We booked business class round trip from Delhi to San Diego and back. On our last leg from Bangalore to Delhi we were down graded to economy class which was big disappointment other than that everything was great.

Had an incident with a stewardess who insisted that I take a seat. I informed her that I came to use the restroom and to have some water. After using the restroom, I wanted to stretch my legs out a little cuz my knees were aching from sitting. I understood her concern for my concern and the potential turbulence (she said she knows this route and the turbulence and safety is not to be taken lightly) but I felt that her mood, tone, demeanor, and a lack of compassion for the pain in my knees were not the proper way to address a customer or anyone for that matter. This left a bitter taste in my mouth. It was her lack of professionalism that surprised me.

we have requested for hindu veg. meal during booking. but served meal was of very poor qualty and taste. they can get such meal from 5 star Indian restaurant at Vancouver/ tokyo/ Bangalore.pure hindu veg meal and no AVML

The lead business class attendant was excellent. Made a point of greeting you and knowing your name by the time you leave.

If my return flight was not so much better, I would have given an excellent review.

They downgraded me from premium economy to regular economy and me had 2 major lay over and had to have an emergency landing due to engine failure mid flight Don’t use them worst experience I have ever had still dealing with the trauma

My connecting flight was canceled or never existed. My stopover went from 1 hour and a half to 10 hours. It was a long day that I wasn't prepared for and it would have been nice to know that ahead of time. Cathay is great though. Great staff, entertainment and food.

Great entertainment system, the seat is a bit old style needs refurbishment

Boarding at the airport was not well managed. Otherwise, had a good flight sitting in the first row (which I paid for). Crew was pretty friendly, and flight was smooth.

I was only given 2 meals, and my screen showed that there were 3 meals. Second meal was 1-2 hours late according to the screen.

Just want to do a little more clean up so does not smell like urine.

it was a great experience as far as business class.. but I have had better meals and wine on other airlines.. that said.. the price was a great value for what I got in return.. crew made the difference.

Better. I took an aisle seat this time. Although the overheard compartment above the seat ahead of me kept opening up during flight.

Lovely staff, comfortable seats. Transit time was short but they had great processes in place to get us on the plane.

For a domestic flight, seats are ok, but fir us as tall dutchies, the legroom is too small. However, for a short and affordable flight, is not a big problem. Staff is still very nice and a complementary water very welcome.

2 hours delay, time changes started already 2 days before the flight

Average, not more then that. Cannot compete with Singapore Airlines

I bought the front row seat and made and early online check in but they changed my seat to the back row without prior notice. The inflight meal was too poor, only a piece of small finger food. The boarding is a disaster, everyone is stuffed in a bus in chaos. Doesnt worth the money at all.

Poor. Flight was delay without prior notice. Poor boarding. Poor meal service. Plane was dirty and smelly. Does not worth the money.

Overall very nice airline. The seats were cloth unlike leather seats I am accustom to on planes. The food was adequate. I had to use a paper boarding pass as they do not like electronic boarding passes. I scanned my electronic pass, but the gate agent requested the paper pass. Luckily I had a paper pass, although my electronic pass worked and when the paper pass was scanned it stated I was already on board.

I am a bit upset with the check in counter, I signed up a wheelchair for my mom so they wouldn’t grant us her boarding pass. We got to the airport a couple of hours earlier and they had us wait and no one ever gave us her boarding pass or the wheelchair, I had to go back and complain when it was already time for our flight to board. Since we got their earlier, I could have easily pushed my mom myself and we could have relaxed and went to the lounge while waiting… when I finally got someone to help us he couldn’t explain how and why they dismissed us in the first place.

Was on holiday with my partner and we booked with Vietnam airlines as it not meant to be a budget airline. They separated us and made us sit at either end of the plane. Not the way I planned to spend my time on my holiday separate from my loved one. How can they separate people on the same booking. They know we are together and spending quality time together.

I had sometimes my trips with Vietnam Airlines and I like it 😊

I was unable to check in online so had to line up at the airport. When I got to the counter? The staff told me I had to check my carry on luggage, which cost $70. When I boarded the plane, I saw many suitcases that were bigger and heavier than my carry on… so not sure how they were able to bring them on and I wasn’t …

Waited for 1 hour on tarmac because they couldn’t locate a tow truck. Flight was fine once we eventually took off.

Late departure, late arrival, and personal items on laps during takeoff and landing. Departure gate opened on time, but no direction as to whether to board at front or rear of plane based on seat number. Fashionable staff with sunglasses inside the plane and cockpit remained for ten minutes after the boarding complete announcement. For a scheduled 80 minute flight, adjusted to 65 minute as noted on takeoff; the total time on the plane with delays was r more than two hours. No confidence had there been an emergency that anyone would have been able or aware of what to do.

The flight was OK, but you need to warn passengers going to Vietnam that the full first, middle and last name needs to be in the issued visa, At least 5 passengers on that pane did not have that. We all had to pay $298 each to some agent to amend the visa. At least one lady could not and was left behind.

VietJet is a discount airline like EasyJet, Flair or Spirit. I flew 3 flights in 2 weeks and all were Airbus 321's. 2 of the flights left and arrived on time and 1 left and arrived about 45minutes late. Seat pitch in economy is 29" but exit row seats have super-generous leg room. There are no power ports or entertainment of any kind. Food is best purchased on-line before the flight but there is a limited selection available in flight - cash only. The aircraft are clean and the airline is run as well as any other airline that specializes in economy passengers.

Our flight was 3 hours delayed and the airport was hectic as our boarding pass said one gate while the digital screens said another gate. Attendants were clueless and said to watch both! Vietjwt cared more about selling their merch than even providing any water for the 2 hour flight

Cheap flight but more expensive when the airlines demands you pay over 30$ for 1 kilogram overweight ( it is 8,2kg I have for carry on baggage) The flights announcement 2PM, and it departed 4 PM, no announcement for delaying, People says Vietjet is delayJet airlines in their blood.

Vietjet tried to steal extra money from passengers by forcing them to change the name on the ticket that was correctly filled in on an English form online when ticket bought online. I bought the ticket via a foreign website where the language is English, At filling in the passenger's name, it says middle name first, then first name, and last name, That the ticket done and printed. when my wife checked in the staff at the check in counter said that her name was written wrong, she must fill the name in Vietnamese style, writing the Last name first, then middle name, first name comes last, even though her name was not misspelled. At the aiport I asked the Vietjet customer service, if it is written in Vietnamese way, it will be wrong when she travel abroad ? The custom service could not answer. It took over an hour where my wife was thrown like a ball between the check-in counter, to the Vietjet customer service , then to passport control. The cost is 110,000 vnd for change place in vietnamese way, I thought if there are millions of passengers who have done the same mistake, how much money Vietjet raked in every year On the flight, it is not allowed to sit in the empty seats in front or next to me, I sat in the middle in a row where two big men were sitting, I really need to change seats but the crew asked to pay extra to buy the empty seats. It is petty and cruel of Vietjet. There is no other choice than the state-owned airline, then you have no choice but to swallow the bite

Our flight was delayed for about 3hours however the ground crew made it sure that we will not miss our connecting flight from Hanoi to incheon.

If there could be simple free food or snack or some entertainment.
