Cons: "I sat next to a creepy intoxicated man during my flight and I was not helped out. When I first sat down he was speaking to me and trying to hit on me but I showed that I wasn’t interested. I didn’t even have to sit down to smell the alcohol on him. During the flight he tried to place his head on my shoulder and tried to get close to me. I was too worried to call for an attendant because he was intoxicated but when the attendants would come and offer us food I tried to make it clearly visible that I was anxious and uncomfortable and NOTHING. To make it worse they continued to serve him alcohol!!"

Pros: "Very late flight. Left on time, arrived 25 minutes early! Cabin crew were friendly and cared for everybody's comfort. They distributed a lot of extra munchies. They had real almonds instead of the usual 1/3 ounce peanuts, isn't that wonderful? Lights went off early and stayed that way so that the passengers could easily sleep through the flight. Uneventful flight, and therefore enjoyable."
Cons: "I had chosen 10C in the Comfort+ section of this MD90 plane. I did get my knee bumped more than once. I still like the seat because I can stretch my legs, but people should be aware of the bumping issue; it can be rather painful, and you do not get an apology."

They were not terribly busy at the time and I politely asked as I was unsure which line to be in. The flight attendants (only from ORF to Detroit) also were unfriendly with an attitude. Just simple stuff. I asked for extra ice, she thought I said no ice. Simple mistake, no big deal but when I explained that I actually wanted extra ice she was perturbed!"

They are so strict with liquids that all baby foods had to put in a separate bin and we had to go to another security point for clearance. It took 2.5 hours to go through all that, that is with wheelchair priority! Boarding was horrible at the gate."

There was not enough AA ground crew at our destination to allow us to embark. They couldn’t move the jetway and unload bags at the same time so we just had to sit there for 30 minutes. At 12:30am."

AA rebooked me without my consent and assumed i would be ok taking a later flight 24hrs later. After hassle, i thought i received a perfect flight which would get me to my destination A WEDDING at that in time. However, i have been rebooked over 5x in under 24hrs and still at the airport from 9hrs later! They do not compensate you and do not even extend the offer!"

I didn't realize when I was booking the flights that American lets you bring a carryon no charge, but United does not. You have to be a "Special" customer with them in order to be allowed a carryon, so we ended up paying an additional $50!!!"

NO Emails, not calls, no messages, no voice mesagges left by the company! -called the client service, located in Philipine apparently, the lady confirms that all our flights were canceled (3), then she hangs off the phone. -called the second time, another lady is rebooking me on a different flight, but she informs me that my husband is not on the same reservation as me, so basically he is in another flight. Eventualy she is changing his reservation as well and puts him on the same flight as me. -waiting for the confirmation email, of course the reservation is just for me, no husband anywere. -called the third time, a nice canadian gentelman informs us that the second flights was canceled so he will redirect us via NJ instead of Washington. -we are rushing to the Richmond airport to catch the NY flight, at the counter they let us know that this flights was canceled and we are back on the DC flight. -when ready to board in the DC flight they are announcing the this flights is delayed from 1:30 pm to 7:30 pm due to weather conditions. -waiting in the line to be rebooked in another flight, after 3 h of waiting they decide they can fly to DC at 4:45 pm, with about 15 people on board."

If you drag your bag to the gate , which slows down boarding, you get it checked for free, if you check it yourself at the counter you get to pay 25$ ... Since older people generally do not want to be carrying luggage up the 'stairs and through the Chicago airport', it means they get to pay extra! I think it is age discrimination that all the airlines are doing. Only the young can fly the cheapest."

Flight to get to Richmond on united was a major problem. I work up with a notification that my flight time had been moved up 2.5 hours ( a problem as I live 2.5 hours away from the airport) I called and they said it was a mistake that I was good to take the origional flight. A few hours later I get a phone call from united asking if I could be at the airport 2.5 hours early. I said unfortunately no because I had already spoken to someone from united and they had reassumed me that the origional flight was still good. She then said if I couldn't make it early it was no problem. So I get to the airport at the origional time after speaking to two different agents who told me this was ok to find the plane delayed and causing me to miss my missed connection."

There was a child that did not quit crying the entire flight, I could not get off the plane fast enough, there was nothing1st class about the flight, we needed fuel after we boarded, then it was a cargo issue,and then it was airport, we should not have been on the plane until the plane was ready for flight.very poor planning you should be embarrassed about the flight."

Cons: "United rerouted us and added another leg to our trip. We never flew Richmond to Denver. We ended up going Richmond -> Chicago -> Denver -> Santa Barbara. This caused us to miss a post-wedding brunch with family that we're only able to see about once every three years. All this after changing our flight out to the east coast the day of the flight (my 8:55pm flight was changed to 5:23pm, and I was notified after 3pm - meaning I had to run out of work early, costing me money, run home to pack, and rush to the airport, only to wait 3 hours for a now delayed flight). AND snack and/or drinks during flight are not complimentary. It was really hard to understanding the crew member giving the emergency instructions over the PA, had a very strong accent."

I was unable to do so. Even the desk associates were unable to do so. So they gave me a phone number to call and told me that they would refund me $12. Well, I got unnecessary attitude from the person (Arya) with whom I spoke with when I was being calm and collected. That's what pushed me over. I can handle bumps in the road calmly until I'm getting attitude from the customer service."

Cons: "My flight from LAX-DEN was delayed. Ended up missing my flight, as well as my flight from DEN-CIN. We as passengers were not told where to go (we waited two hours to hear any kind of news). We were told that the Frontier staff would know what was going on at the DEN airport once we arrived, but they did not. We then waited another hour to be told where to go. I was given a voucher for my hotel, food and transportation. However, my transportation voucher did not work. I waited over an hour for a bus that never came. My transportation in the AM back to the airport was not covered either. I ended up paying money out of pocket both times when it should've been free of charge. The staff on the airplanes were OK, although at times unprofessional."

Crew didn't seem to care that we arrived late, after midnight due to delays, no sympathy."

It is by the book or you lose your principal investment, no humanity in the company. Three hours late to leave because the company could not find an air crew for the flight. How can you sell tickets and not deliver timely what was purchased. This was not due to weather. The seats on the plain are too narrow and seems to be made of plastic and little leg room, plus the seats don't recline. Soft drinks cost money and a lot for a can of Coca Cola. Most of the flight attendants where cold. If you go threw a third party such as kayak, know the bag fees.40 to check and 45 to carry on a bag' way tooooo much! And isn't the prices backwards."

Cons: "I've never experienced a worse flight. The people checking our bags were extremely rude, didn't even make eye contact. Our plane arrived 1 hour late. You would think the bad news would end there, right? Nope! When we were all seated, they were having problems with the computer, that itself took 1.5 hours. Our flight was over 2.5 hours late! Anyways, when we landed, they told us to go to carasel A. After standing next to carasel A for 20 minutes, we find out that we had to, in fact, go to carasel B. I have never been this disappointed with a flight in my entire life, and I travel a lot. I will call the frontier supervisor and talk to them regarding this matter personally. I will not just let this one go."
