Shady baggage policy that forces you to pay more money at the gate, even after you checked your bag dimensions during the bag drop. Will never fly again with this airline.

The plane had only a few passengers, we got lucky. The crew was visibly inexperienced

When having difficulty with the online check in process, I was forced to pay a huge fee for the check in desk to assist me with getting a boarding pass. Ridiculous!

Would have been a very good flight, but busses did not meet the plane at the destination airport (NAP/Naples) for nearly one-half hour after landing. Clearly the airport concessionaire’s fault, not RyanAir’s.

The worst low cost airline in the world! It’s absolutely the poorest costumer service and my worst experience!

This was the worst flight experience I’ve had in my entire life. The flight was delayed by four hours, there was no one to ask questions of or get updates from. I had the Ryanair app which showed a later delay than the departure board in the airport, and a different gate, and there was no one who could even tell me, which was the correct gate or time. Then, when we arrived at our destination, it took an hour for the bags to come off.
