The entertainment was horrible. I had to watch the same three movies over and over again, because the other choices were not good. The food was barely edible. If I fly with AirChina again I will have to bring my own food and download enough entertainment for the whole flight.

After they told about change my flight to Asiana I finally agreed but I had to walk by myself to Asiana, ANA couldnt at least to make the changes to avoid me long time to stand in line by asiana airlines. I would never recomend ANA

Flight to SFO landed 7 min late. Wouldn’t let us on connecting flight to MRY. We were put on a land shuttle to MRY and now I’m car sick. Horrible day!
Ease of boarding and good communication from pilot
Flight attendant was gruff when communicating. She seemed angry when providing information. It was a short flight, so not a lot was offered, which was totally fine. However, when she walked down the isle with water, she appeared to be looking at the ceiling and didn’t stop to check if many people wanted water, including me.
The United flight had a great entertainment package (movies, tv shows, etc). The flight attendant who sat in front of us was awesome,and fun to talk to. She gave us some great tips about things to do while in Athens. The food was good (for airline food).
The flight from Newark to Athens was interesting. The flight changed gates at the last minute. The plane was towed to the new gate, then we found out that it was going to be delayed an additional hour due to required maintenance checks. Actually, I don't mind the additional maintenance checks, I want to arrive alive! We arrived in Athens 90 minutes after our expected time. We got seats in the exit row, however, we couldn't really enjoy the extra legroom for 2 reasons: 1) The exit hatch was right in front of my girlfriend who was sitting near the window. She couldn't extend her feet without kicking the door (I big no-no at 35,000 feet). 2) Our row was right in front of the bathrooms, so I had constant traffic bumping me in left shoulder and lines of people literally standing in front of me for the majority of the flight while waiting for their turn to use the bathroom. They are stepping on my feet constantly or passing gas in my face (I wish I was kidding).
United first class - no food
Seat recline marginally more than in economy, but 2x+ the price. Boarding process for PE abysmal. Food - slapped on a tray.
The a330 is showing its age and the food on board was not good. Otherwise it would have been an excellent flight
Airlines staff took my complaint seriously and found the bag at Hongkong airport. Later the bag was brought to SFO and delivered at my temporary stay. Very good job done.
On arrival on 10th Sep at SFO, I found one of my checked-in baggages was missing. This made me bit worried. I made a complaint to airlines staff there. Some inconveniences caused since I kept my needed cloths in that bag.
I will definitely be a return customer.

Seats a little cramped
Stewardess berated a man for leaving his backpack on the floor in front of him rather than politely addressing the issue. She told him you know better than that and don’t ever do that again. It was totally uncalled for.
Why use old planes for such a long flight? Toilet overflowed, poor quality tv, and only peanuts?

Older plane so seats were very crammed. My screen was not calibrated correctly so I couldn’t rewind or pause movies. No charging option for phone. WiFi was spotty.

They had no accommodations for our baby, and didn’t let us board first. It was an old plane with basic entertainment, TVs above the middle row and not all do them worked. It was particularly freezing on board. Some of the crew was nice but overall not very friendly or welcoming.

The flight attendant and staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Japan airport is updated with excellent facility and flight transferring was easy.
The fact that my father was diagnosed with Cancer and they wouldn’t refund our 1300.00 for round trip tickets to the Philippines which is our vacation home. The airline required documentation from my fathers doc which I provided. He was not going anywhere for at least a year (radiation and chemo) and the denied even credit.I was able to get my parents tickets refunded by a different airline. NEVER Again. my father passed 8/12/2018. Our trip was scheduled for 9/13/2018. Very disappointing.see

I loved everything! The plane was well maintained, the crew were friendly and attentive, the flight was comfortable even for such long hours. Food was also great! In flight entertainment had recent movies and shows, even international selections.

flight was delayed 90 minutes and I had to sit next to a screaming baby the whole flight.
Flight was delayed by over an hour causing us to miss our connecting flight. Had to wait in the airport all night and no one from Turkish airlines did anything to help us or accommodate us during our unexpected overnight layover.
Transfer from one plane to the gate
The recline and comfort of the seat is good, and the map and entertainment system is OK.
The flight was delayed, then we sat in the airplane for an hour before we took off, with kids screaming and the cabin at seemingly sauna temperatures. Once we took off, drinks weren't even served until 2 hours after take-off (for a scheduled 6:15pm departure - actual was more like 7:45pm). Maybe it was due to some light turbulence along the way or something, but they should tell people that is the problem and the reason they are not serving food and drinks, if that is the case.

- The check-in counters opened at least 30 minutes late. The agents arrived late, they seemed to be having a good time and didn't feel the need to explain the reason for the delay nor apologize for it. - On my flight to Manila from Los Angeles, I did not check in any luggage. I had a carry-on and a backpack that fit perfectly well into the overhead bins and underneath the front seat. On my flight from Manila to Los Angeles, I was not allowed to take the same set on board because the total weight exceeded 7 kg. This put me in a bind because the heaviest item I had was my small LCD monitor which was in my backpack. I had to put it into the carry-on with wheels which I had to be checked-in. I would have prepared to carry it in my backpack because it is a fragile item. When I was told to sign a document that absolves the carrier of any liability for the checked-in luggage and I refused, the China Airlines Duty Officer in Manila informed me that unless I sign the document, my luggage will not be loaded on the plane. I felt extremely frustrated by the attitude of the Duty Officer who didn't hesitate to threaten me and insisted that the rule was imposed on them by the TSA in the US. Instead of helping me work out a solution to the difficulty I was facing, he simply walked away with a dismissive attitude.
The meals are very good and tasty, good portions.

Since I had no check-in luggage on my way to Manila from Los Angeles, my medicine bag was packed in my carry-on with wheels. When, in Manila, I was forced to check-in that piece of luggage, I forgot to move my medication into my backpack which I carried with me on board. In Taipei, I asked the ground crew to retrieve my medication from my check-in carry-on. The team worked diligently and made sure that my medication was handed to me as I was one boarding the plane with the last few. I was delighted by the level of service and the fact that I was able to take my medication before the flight took off. What a difference in attitude between the Manila and Taipei ground crews. Thank you Taipei ground crew!

Atrocious legroom & my legs are NOT long; like being in a stress position entire haul. BRUTAL. Flown many airlines to SEA, this was so bad it shocked me. The food (every 'meal' was poor, gross all-around but the "bacon & eggs" ....the egg didn't taste like real egg, bacon left raw. Inedible. The one exception was the chicken breast, that was actually a good standard... but they never have enough for everyone, and the rest of the meal was inedible. Almost no snacks offered, variety of drinks non-existent.

I had really high expectations for this trip but they were unmet. The service was indifferent. The chair wasnuncomfortable. The aisle was super narrow. I was bumped the entire flight. I didn’t like the food. And it was obvious by the end of the trip the staff was just done. Leaving the plane I passed several attendants and they did not say anything. They didn’t thank me for my business. They did t say goodbye or encourage me to come again — they were oblivious and no caring.
With more focus on menat and India what used to be a good airline is slowly turning to cattle carrier.

Emirates handling of the crisis was good.they delivered snacks at the boarding gate. Considerate ground staff kept us informed and profusely apologetic.

One food option.. VEGETARIAN.. when asked the crew member as to why vegetarian only.. she said not sure, but may be because most of the passengers were vegetarians.. REALLY????? Also no ice with drinks.. because they didn’t have ice!!!! But apart from this, it was another quality Etihad flight. Just didn’t expect the above inconveniences from Etihad! This is the first time I experience this with them.
Passengers with kids up To ten yrs should be boarded with passengers with infants...otherwise excellent service...i like flying with Qatar airways..
I am very pleased to travel with Qatar airways. Qatar airways and Singapore Airlines are the best companies.
I was a little bit annoyed with the staff at the Doha airport at the boarding gate because she did not let me get in to boardin in priority even though with my privilege club card, I do have to insist after the call for zone 1 to proceed for boarding.
Best airline I’ve ever flown. A lot more space and amenities for a great price. Boarding was easier and faster than any other airline I’ve ever taken

The plane was very new and wasn’t crowded.
The arrival time was slightly delayed but overall it was okay. The hot food again can be improved as the chicken dish had no vegetables (even though there was a side salad dish). The waiting lounge at Doha airport gate was a bit cramped, and the bus ride from the gate to the aircraft was also a bit long.

The interface of the screens seemed old Need to anticipate the needs of the customer better For example, they brought me my special meal first, but I had to wait 30 minutes later to get a drink to accompany it. The food was getting old. Did not see any newspaper/periodical selection. That would have been nice.
Everything. The crew seemed to skip over me and my husband multiple times. So we sat there with garbage the whole flight. My entertainment was broken and they had no solution but giving me $30 to use at the duty free shop the same day as the flighty. I paid extra for premium seating in an exit row and that was their idea of fair compensation. The crew ran out of vegetarian food so I didn’t eat anything but cold stale bread. The crew was non-existent most of the flight.
We flew with our special needs child without requesting any particular accommodations except for gluten free meals. The gate staff and flight crew identified him and allowed us special bordering that facilitated the process. That act of kindness is a rare experience on our part. Thank you Air France staff!

Ran out of food options pretty early in the service
I had a seat with very little leg room. The food was rather bland and the boarding process was slow and delayed the departure time.
Good land side service (partially because I am Star Gold) and fair on-board service. luggage was delivered faster than expected in beijing.
Fair Food and Fair beverage... Air China indeed needs to have some western style food. seat is fair to poor condition; too narrow for me even for a economy class (mind you that business class is not much better). and maybe they should learn about something called "entertainment terminal". you stare at a public, plasma TV for 3 hours without change of programs. thanks for the ancient device. that does remind me what flights could be 20+ years ago.
