Norway has lifted restrictions on entry into Norway for people resident in countries in the Schengen area, EU or EEA that have an acceptable level of infection. This means that residents of these countries will not be subject to quarantine when arriving to Norway. Nationals of these countries may still travel to Norway from other areas if they reside, work, or have property in Norway.
Travelers who are not residents in the above-named countries may only travel to Norway for specific reasons, for example to begin work or study in Norway, provided that the work is imminent. In order to gain entry, they will need to bring a copy of a work contract. People coming to Norway to work on a temporary assignment you should also bring evidence of this. Those who come to Norway to work or study are required to follow the quarantine regulations.
From January 1, UK nationals are no longer classified as EU/EEA nationals and will not be allowed entry to Norway, with the exception of individuals who are residents in another EU/EEA country or immediate family member of a Norwegian resident. Check UDI website for more details on these exceptions.
Entry is still restricted for most other travelers who are not nationals or residents of Schengen area, EU or EEA countries.
All travelers arriving from high-risk countries must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR test results issued within 72 hours prior to arrival.
Travelers must have a confirmed quarantine accommodation for the period of intended stay.
From January 2, Norway has imposed mandatory testing for COVID-19 for all travelers. The test is also mandatory for Norwegian citizens. The test must be done as soon as possible, and within 24 hours after arrival at the latest at the airport or other border stations. If that is not possible, the traveler must contact the local municipality or another test center to arrange testing. Testing is free of charge. There are some exceptions from mandatory testing, including children under the age of 12, personnel with critical social functions, cross-border workers, long distance drivers and diplomats.
Travelers arriving from high-risk countries to Norway, they will be subject to a 10-day quarantine. The list of high-risk areas is being updated here.
Travelers are only allowed to travel to Svalbard after they have stayed in quarantine in other parts of Norway.
Non-residents are still able to transit via Norwegian airports as long as the final destination is not within Norway.

I received no information and ended up having to book a new flight for the next day. After my flight had already left Turkish Airlines posted on their website an alert. I am shocked that it took so long to post any information and I am very upset that I was unable to reach customer service. I will NOT be choosing this airline to fly on again."

Our bags did make it to Sioux Falls, so my wife didn't have her prenatal vitamins, , we had no clean clothes and we were forced to spend the night in Atlanta. The saddest part of yet another terrible experience with Delta was that they offered us a "discounted" room at a terrible Howard Johnson for $72. I looked online and the same hotel was $65 to book on Kayak. So basically Delta was trying to scam us after they screwed us. Thanks Delta! Instead we paid $200+ to stay at an airport hotel. Every time I fly Delta I regret it, yet occasionally I get forced to take their awful airline to get somewhere I need to go. It never fails to add another bad Delta experience to my long list of failings from this SAD!!! airline."

In the end, I made my flight in time, but I found customer service critical in making the best decisions regarding my pre-flight transportation. Additionally, the flight was smooth and enjoyable."
Pros: "I was only charged half the price for my checked suitcase on the return flight - after I called SAS the day before departure."

Never in my 25 years of international travel have I seen this from a mainstream carrier. For this fact alone, I will never fly this airline again. You also have to pay to pick your seats in advance."

By the time we received our food in the back, it was cold. 3. For guests who wanted to sleep during the red eye, the lights were not turned off until after dinner and cleanup, which meant only 2 or so hours of sleep in dark."

Cons: "Our plane arrived at IAD late due to a minor mechanical that was repaired at its previous destination. Consequently, we departed IAD almost two hours late, causing us to miss our connection in Copenhagen. Norwegian Air had a flight leaving shortly from Copenhagen to Rome, but the transfer agent told us SAS "does not re-book with Norwegian." Instead we were assigned to two more flights, one to Brussels, and another from Brussels to Rome. We arrived in Rome around 17:00 rather than 10:35 as scheduled, losing a full day of sight-seeing."

However, there were no agents at the counter; and a nearby representative said they had left two hours before flight."

Since I wanted to think about my options, I was told I could decide later that evening and still do that. When I tried to call a few hours later, their offices were closed (8 pm)and by the next day my return flight had also been cancelled. This seems to me like a budget airline these days."

Our final destination was not the same since the flight was rescheduled to depart Washington so much later, and SAS had terrible customer service in trying to change the second connecting flight to Berlin instead of Hamburg. We talked to 5 different representatives from the airline before someone would accept responsibility and take action instead of passing it off to someone else/ another company."

I expect more from your airline and I was disappointed all the way through. I hope you can provide my wife and I better service and an upgrade when we fly back to Washington DC on Flight AF 0054 from CDG to IAD. I work in the luxury hotel sector, and even the door men and room attendants have more autonomy to wow our guests. Flying AF does not want me to spend any more money with your airline in the future."

Cons: "Entertainment screen did not work; in neighboring seat it could not be switched off when we wanted to sleep; sourly employees everywhere (re-booking counter an exception); food close not being edible and cold; I forgot my watch on when going through security in the Air France terminal; when I started to say "sorry" I was yelled at by the screener who said that she will do the talking; she sent me back through the scanner twice without my watch, then once more with the carry-on and made sure that I went to the end of a very long line to wait for another screening rather than having me just go through the scanner without my watch. Needless to say, there was nothing else suspicious about me once the watch was removed. Eager to exercise her power, the security person did not seem to consider that she slowed down a long line of people waiting to be screened. I should add that I am 73 yrs old grey haired female who has traveled a lot both for pleasure and business during my entire life, often to some difficult places and that I do not argue with or provoke those in power in a situation like this. The yelling and the sending me repeatedly through the scanner, which did not beep once the watch was removed, was beyond anything I had experienced anywhere else. The sending me to the very end of the line seemed outright spiteful. (I did miss the plane connection.)"

I was left absolutely none the wiser and it left a bad taste in my mouth."
