He said everyone else seemed to get served what was my problem and I pointed out the girl next to me was also skipped to which he turned around and never walked down my aisle again. Also, the lack of wiFi on this leg was a disappointment as it was available on the trip to Barcelona. That goes a long way to making the long trip more enjoyable."

Cons: "Once I landed in Nice, my luggage didn't make it. Since I was in Monaco, I didn't get my luggage for 3 days with no extra clothes to wear. I called to complain and to see if I can get a voucher at least on future trips. I was given a number and when I called it they told me to email my complaint instead. I emailed and got a generic reply saying my email was received and no follow-up. Then I needed to change my return trip because of a last minute emergency. We called SAS and they told us we bought our tickets through a 3rd party and they couldn't tell us who it was. We figured out who they were and was told by this third party that they would have to charge us a minimum of $450 to change the ticket by them, and possibly more by SAS for the price difference. It didn't make any sense to me as to why an airline or a third party would rather waster a ticket since I wasn't able to leave on that day than to try to accommodate us fairly. I don't know who is going to read this email or if it is even going to to the right person. In the slight possibility it does, I would really like an answer to some of my complaints. The flight was good and so was the crew, it is the extra stuff I described above I have an issue with. I travel a lot for work and it would be sad if I had to no longer use your airline because of bad customer service."

Pros: "The direct flight makes a difference and leaving from SFO is easy. Boarding was a cinch and it was a pleasant surprise to find a pillow, blanket, and headphones waiting at my seat. Once we were settled in and in the air, it was a pretty comfortable ride. The in flight enteretainment has good content, as long as your console works. Meals were very good and served at good times. There was also plenty of water available at the attendants station throughout the flight. There's no booze offered with meals for free, so if you want a drink you're going to pay for it."

Despite it being close to the bathrooms, it might be a better option to get seats further away from the doors (the extended legroom also provides space for a hanging crib). I was woken up by crying quite a bit. While the legroom is good, the reclining angle of the seats counters that if you also don't recline your seat. Also check for seats with entertainment boxes under them, as you lose a lot of space to store your things and extend your legs under the seat in front of you."

Staff is very helpful, I changed over a flight during the layover in KEF and it was flawless, I got my checked bag as promised in CPH which was quite well done. So, they went out of their way to accommodate me. KEF does great with passport control and the lounge there is very nice."
Cons: "KEF is a busy airport, always at capacity for travelers. Depending on the season it is hard to find a seat at the airport let alone the gate. During summer it is hard to even walk thru the airport. Depending on your abilities, give yourself time to get to the gate."

Pros: "The seats were roomy and comfy and I was glad I didn’t have to pay extra for a seat like other airlines."
Cons: "Boarding was very confusing and the customers reacted by plowing Willynilly down the ramp nano seconds after the physically challenged were wheeled on to the plane ignoring the airline staff at the gate. I went with the flow praying I would not get arrested. We boarded a total of 40min late . Second if I am paying for my baggage I should not have to wait 30-40 min for them to come out at baggage claim."

We had a long walk through the airport and through Immigration to get to our next flight with just over an hour to do it. When we got to the gate we ended up with a long wait for a bus to take us to the plane, which was quite a ways from the terminal. We had to walk to the bus, and from the bus to the plane in the rain."

They need to provide faster and clear information, and repeat this information several time. it appeared very disforganized."

Cons: "Gate agent refused to let me carry on a suitcase that I have carried on dozens of flights (this specific suitcase) and I understand overhead limitations (I have more than 4 million air miles just between United and American Airlines). This was an A320 and I was about #10 getting on the flight. Space was not an issue. This added an hour to a 25 hour day to wait for luggage at LAX. And BA gives the agents an edge in that their test fixture has rounded corners to that a 22 inch suitcase that has hard square edges at the bottom (or wheels that make it square) won't fit in it. So the agent just points that it doesn't fit and you have to check. I was not happy from Paris to London."

Cons: "On a flight to Budapest, budapest airport had issues that forced us to land in Austria. 5 hours later we’ve been completely abandoned in an empty airport while all the other planes that landed paid for their customers transport. It’s 4am, we have not been given food water or a plan as to how we will get to our destination. The plane crew basically told us we are on our own and left. This is straight up cruel, unjust and completely unacceptable considering we paid more than 2000 dollars for these flights"

Cons: "Was so late that I was rebooked from JFK to LGA. By the time I got to LGA they wouldn’t allow me on that flight because I was too late to check a bag. Then another 4 hr delay to the next flight."

Cons: "There was preferential treatment for British passengers - they were taken care of first and with a friendly tone."

Cons: "no free dinks, including paid coffee, tea... I think it's ok. to pay for drinks, but not regular coffee, tea and water even it's short flight"

Pros: "Effortless flight from CDG to LHR before returning home to New York. Had the opportunity to spend a night in London to visit a couple friends and some of my favorite shops in town. BA kept my checked bag so I didn’t have to lug a suitcase around for my 19 hour layover."
Cons: "The ticket agents in CDG wasn’t the friendliest from such a well respected brand but zero complaints considering the deal I got to spend a week in Paris!"

Cons: "The online check-in didn't work, the phone customer service only answered after a 20 min hold and was unhelpful, the seats were so close that the seat in front of me hit me in the head when the woman sitting in it reclined, and the gate attendant was rude. People taking this flight and expecting to do work or watch the in-flight entertainment shouldn't. There is not enough space to use your laptop and when the person in front of you reclines while you are trying to read, not only won't you be able to read but you won't be able to watch a movie either (unless you are very short) since the screen is tilted accordingly."

Cons: "Delayed 19 hrs due to crew illness. We were given a hotel room but the promised meal vouchers did not come through and BA would not answer the phone calls of the hotel staff to verify meal money. Missed a whole day of our vacation as we could not reschedule our connection until 24 hrs late. After the long wait the first day to be told what was going on, with much anxiety, on the second day there was also a delay boarding. Although it was short, of course everyone was on edge. And BA did not tell us what was happening!!"

Cons: "Had flight from Rome to L.A., with a stop in London. At Rome airport, had to wait 2.5 hours in the check-in line. Once at the counter, the lady tells me "don't worry you won't miss your flight, because it has been delayed 3 hours, but bad news is you will miss your connecting flight in London!" She says once you get to London, British Airways will put you in a hotel overnight and you can fly out the next day. We finally get to London Heathrow that night, and there is no one at the gate to help us. After walking to the third floor where their departures are (exhausted with two little kids), I find a BA employee. Asked her if she can put us in a hotel for the night, and she says there are no more hotel rooms available!! She tells me to go find a room myself and they will reimburse me up to 200.00 pounds a night, then hands me a brochure about my rights, and walks away. Shocked, I followed the other pissed off passengers to a hotel reservation agency on the first floor. After standing in another line for 0.5 hour, the guy reserved me a room with one bed at the Best Western for 305.00 pounds!! Now I am finally back home, and will see if I can get reimbursed by these cheapskates."

Cons: "5.5 hour delay...sat on plane for 3.5 hours due to several unrelated issues...none weather related...airline did nothing for customer satisfixation (no snacks, no entertainment) hen had to deboard for 2 hours until a new plane was secured and worst part was we had a 7 hour flight plan. This flight was not operated by British Air. It was operated by American Airlines."

Pros: "Food was good, flight attendants on horribly delayed flight still gave good service."
Cons: "Delayed 5.5 hrs, on the way out online check-in wasn't working & got booted out of previously reserved seats into middle of middle 4. Attendants seemed to ignore middle seats. On flight out, entertainment system was down for first 4 hours of 10.5 hour flight. Long international flight & only 1 drink service besides with meal. Prepare against dehydration by bringing your own water. I don't think I will be flying British Airways again in future."
