There was no info given to passengers in regards to what gate or terminal you’re landing and in- was only given 20min to get to gate c Terminal 2 from gate b terminal 4.0

Cons: We didn't have seats assigned and the gate attendent didn't take the time to tell any of the 20 of us waiting for 15-20 mins to speak to a gate agent what was going on until AFTER she boarded the rest of the plane. When asked what was going on she responded "excuse me, I'll get to you when I get to you and thanks for your 'non attitude'" to the woman who asked her if she had any plans to greet us or even ackwnowledge us. Then the flight attendants became flustered as they realized they separated a 5 year old child and his father and sat the child in the emergency seat. When several of us attempted to help they were rude so when I put my headphones in to pass the time and didn't hear the woman ask if I was willing to sit in the emergency isle she snidely said "there's always one millenial not paying attention." Ummm.... I had my eyes closed and was listening to my music since they clearly wanted us to mind our own business and NOT try to help the father (meanwhile all of us strangers were trying to figure out how to rearrange in order to help). The only reason entertainment gets a 2 is bc I had good conversation with the passenger next to me, not because of anything United did. Really unbelievable that they continue to operate this way and treat PAYING customers like this. It's sad actually.

I didn't have a good experience, they seemed rather bothered when I asked for some help. So this time my daughter booked my flight with United. Cons: Flight was delayed 5.5 hrs (due to their own fault) and they did not even have anyone come and tell us nor have any food or drinks for us in the meanwhile. They did not even have options for anyone to board another flight if needed. They did give 50 e-dollars to use for another trip at the end but I do t think that's enough compensation for their poor service. I probably would avoid them on another trip.

Cons: Flight was cancelled which I accept, but couldn't get me on another flight for 24 hours???? (When at least 15 flights, some with empty seats, went to Chicago in that time!!!). That's bull United.

Cons: Original flight booked was for 1:30. Week before changes to 5:30. Then 6:30. Arrive at the airport and flights delayed to 7. Then 730. 8. 830 etc etc etc til 11. No explanation. No food tickets. Rude responses like this gem: pointed out how long I was waiting with no word --> told by a united employee that he's been there since 7am. I point out he's bad to be there. He says he's not. I guess a united volunteer then? Then only handed out water since 'it's a short flight'. Useless.

Cons: We were delayed because the crew wasn't smart enough to ask people to put their purses beneath the seats. A number of us had to get off to check our bags and while we were checking them, a guy flying first class had a bag and while we are checking our luggage the pilot comes out and says "first class? Oh we will make room on the plane for you sir." And as a result of all of this, we missed our spot in the takeoff line, delayed the flight, and we almost missed our connection. Lastly, they overbooked the flight by TEN people. TEN.

Cons: United claimed the flight was delayed due to weather but two other flights to Houston were able to leave on time and no other United flights appeared to have been delayed. No apologies, no compensation, did not even give free access to wifi during flight.

Cons: The seating space mostly. And the long layovers and continual delays I experienced from Friday and Sunday. The flight attendant wasn't very pleasant or welcoming.

Pros: The staff were great; despite maintenance issues they strived to keep updates shared as best as possible. Overall a good experience. Would have preferred to have been given a more definitive timeline rather than continual 10-15 minute late notices. In any event it was a comfortable flight with professional staff.

After it was supposedly rebooked on another airline, I couldn't check in because it wasn't booked correctly. Now sitting in airport for the last 10 hours and have another 5 hours until my flight. Then the customer service agents - if you can call them that -- were downright pathetic, absolutely no effort to deal with the crowds of people who needed help. Finally had to call UA while in line and got booked on another connecting flight to a connecting flight :( and they freaking gave me the wrong gate!

Pros: Evening flight. Crew wasn't the nicest but they were professional nonetheless. Flight itself was smooth but a bit of a bumpy landing (I think it was a bit windy so not surprised. It is Ch). Not the best flight but certainly not the worst either.
Cons: DirecTV in-flight entertainment. You pay or you're subjected to constant ads and/or snippets of shows. I'd rather watch one free movie that I can't choose rather than pay to watch bad TV.

Pros: Great flight! comfortable seats even for me being a big guy. The wifi made the flight go by great! The price on the wifi seemed a little excessive but a great convince none the less. I had a sandwich during the flight (like I said I am a big guy) it was better than expected for sure. Crew did there jobs but didn't seem to be happy about it. Overall great flight.
