Cons: "When I arrived to check in at 5:48am for my 6:20am flight, I was treated very poorly. The lady at the counter asked me what time my flight was and I said 6:20 and right off the bat she was extremely rude and said that I missed the flight. I panicked internally and asked her how that was possible?! She said the cutoff was at 5:45am and I missed it. I asked if there were other flights available today or tomorrow and she said there was nothing she could do and that I had to call the booking company to see if they could book me. I wanted to cry because my friend had just dropped me off and I called to see if she was close enough to turn back. Luckily she hadn’t left yet. I called the booking company and they were able to book me a trip for the following day but they charged me an additional $100. I wish they had disclosed that we need to be there 45 minutes to an hour early otherwise you miss your flight. And it’s ridiculous that I had to pay an extra $100... financially it was stressful due to the covid 19 situation. I was extremely disappointed in how the lady at the check in counter at American Airlines treated me. She www extremely rude and I have never been spoken to in a way that made me feel attacked."

Cons: "The staff at the Seattle airport were very rude. The AAInflight wifi doesn't work at all. The Starbucks at Seattle had horrible service. I ordered a grande frappuchino and the cashier said it was a grande. When I got it it was a venti and I got charged extra and the woman who gave it to me was very very rude and sounded bored. She had blue hair. There was a woman who worked there who should be fired you couldn't understand a word she said and got the orders wrong."

Cons: "Reaching Charlotte terminal I was extremely disappointed. The gate attendant seamed to only want to make excuses as to why there was no wheelchair available. (Short staffed) she didn’t offer me a seat or apologize for no availability. Costumer service should be number one when you work with people everyday."
Pros: "One of the few non-stop flights between Seattle and Philadelphia. Timing is perfect if you can sleep on a red-eye flight. Fairly empty flight. enough empty seats to move and stretch out."
Cons: "No entertainment center built-in to the seats. On board WiFi can be used to access movies and other entertainment on the your own device but make sure your battery is charged and you have an external battery also since the seats don't have power. I tried to sleep but it is not easy for me to fall sleep when the seat back reclines only 3 inches so I didn't have luck taking a nap. Conclusion: I am not taking this flight any more. I will go back to taking will switch back to flying Delta even though there are no direct flights."
Cons: "Our original flight was delayed then cancelled. After assigning to another flight, it was delayed and gate changed about 10 times and was finally cancelled after it was boarded and left gate after 2am due to engine problem. We had to cancel our trip since it was a short trip for a funeral and we had missed it. AA offered no compensation and no apology (not during the whole night of delays and cancels)."
Cons: "Boarding could be improved if they would start boarding from the back of the plane to the front after boarding 1st class and Priority this way people would not block the passage when putting their luggage in the top compartments. The crew was not very helpful because I almost went into a hypothermia condition because the air in the cabin was extremely cold. When I ask for a blanket one of the stewardesses said that AA would no longer have blankets in flight which I prove it wrong when I saw in the flight Mai-SDQ blanquets all over the cabin. The soliton they gave me was that they would ask the crew to raise the temp in the cabin, I had to make the request three times and I had to tell the stewardess that if not raising the temperature in the cabin I could have gone into an emergency hypothermia crisis. I had to take another shirt from my carry-on to put it over my shirt to warm me up."

Pros: "For this flight I was seated in first class (I scheduled it this way; it wasn't due to a last minute upgrade) and the flight attendant was very personable and attentive :-) Service was wonderful and the meal was great! Of course, the flight attendant made sure to keep our beverages topped off as needed. It was a wonderful experience"
Cons: "The boarding process for just about any airline is nearly identical. It always seems like it takes longer to board than expected even if, in reality, it's not an unreasonable amount of time. The only think I didn't care for was that overhead storage in the area I was sitting was just about full by the time I was seated which meant that I had to store my carry on a few rows behind where I sat. This meant that during off-boarding I needed to go against the flow of people to get back to my carry on. All in all, it was a minor inconvenience."
Pros: "seats are very uncomfortable I know they can make a plane with a wide enough aisle so that you don't get hit in the arm every time the cart or anyone goes past you. why can I ride a twin otter and not need a seat belt extender and need one on American? On the return on the Airbus, the seats were a little more comfortable, but still need seatbelt extender."
Cons: "For the planes first flight of the day the crew deicing process caused a 75 minute delay. On return flight at 10:15 pmwe waited on the runway for over 30 minutes because the ground crew wasn’t ready. There were no other planes in or out anytime near our landing"

Cons: "AA’s flight was canceled from Seattle to JFK. The flight was then rescheduled to Newark and then Orly. The main problem is that the change didn’t include the infant on lap ticket and ended up with 2 hours in Newark trying to rectify the situation."

WiFi did not work well, and there were no individual screens on the backs of the seats. The First Class on this plane was really bad and needs some rethinking by American."

Cons: "Your plane needs outlets to charge electronics. Unless your gonna show movies on your flights, ppl need a way to entertain themselves for the flight. If they burn through all their battery power, it's an inconvenience to try to charge it in the airport when they land. All of the outlet Chargers in Chicago, Seattle and Philly were broke as well. The U tied wing was amazing. Your prices are great but to keep ppl from rather paying more just for one or two more luxuries, try fixing this."

Cons: "No food! except pretzels and sandwiches for purchase. I didn't purchase a sandwich but the two guys next to me did and were both vocal about their disappointment with what they received for $9. And they were strangers who didn't talk to each other the rest of the time, so I think they meant it. Also, entertainment: they had a movie on the pop-down screens, and 4 free movies to stream to your device using onboard wifi, as well as 2 tv shows. So maybe I'm being harsh. But it was a transcontinental flight and they didn't have headrest screens loaded with movies. Is this only for international flights? The movies were bad, or at least not appealing to me ('Keanu' and 'Zoolander 2'). It was possible to pay for additional movies, but who wants to do that? It was sort of the EasyJet model, where you get good basic service but pay for everything additional that one gets for free on Delta. Maybe that was reflected in the price I paid for the ticket, but I was expecting that AA would be in the same league as United and Delta. One nice perk: free wifi for T-Mobile customers, including me."

The attitude at the ticket counter was "you're lucky to get any seat", flight was overbooked, the boarding process and deplaning were absurd with all the people bringing on way too much carry on luggage !!! It takes almost 30 min to get off the plane!!"
