I like the food and the service plus the entertainment on the Telvision

Nice food, wonderful entertainment.

Old fashioned seat, no usb to charge my phone, battery went ;off and couldn't make a call to my family to assure them of a half way safe trip while stopping over for almost 6 hours in Ataturk Intl. Airport, Turkey.

I am puzzled by the other reviews. This was my 8th DC/Moscow roundtrip. Great personal entertainment system. Very pleasant flight crew with good English. (I get superior service even when the flight is full.) Far better leg room than United trans-Atlantic flights (I am very tall so this is critical). Food is up to par with other airlines. By comparison, I do everything I can to avoid the United cattle-car flight from Frankfurt to D.C. I am 8 for 8 on these flights making Aeroflot one of my favorite airlines. (I have also flown Aeroflot Moscow/Baku and Moscow/Bishkek.)

Flight assistants could smile a little more. She kept talking to me in Russian and looked quite impatient when I didn't reply, but I didn't even understand that she was talking to me. All in all a good experience

Boarding was easy. clean plane, crew was very friendly. I was very concerned though, when we banked left and did a complete circle in the air. An explanation from the captain would have been terrific. I made sure I was the last one to leave the plane and asked him about it when I saw him at the exit. He told me what happened but I would have liked to know while it was happening. Besides that, the coke and pretzels were divine. :)

1. Seat distance by far too less. 2. seat width on the borderline of being acceptable. 3.. No entertainment, not even a flight info screen available. 4. Only instant coffee available. If it is instant, cappuccino or other café specialities should be available. Emirates and Etihad make the example. 5. Food okay - but not for french airline. No innovation, no thought in it. Standard "how do I get the cattle fed the cheapest possible" food. 6. Electrical / USB / Network plugs or WIFI unknown.

I wish it truly were Finnair instead of American: The seat, the legroom, the fact that you have to pay 20% more to have the same rotten seat 12 rows further up front, the food that's barely fit for human consumption, the presence of 20 year old cathode screens that can't be watched but do prevent the cabin being dark, etc.

The service provided by the airline crew was magnificent. I enjoyed the entire flight from my departure point to the arrival point. Turkish Airline is my to go airline herein henceforth. I will implore prospective travelers to give the airline a shot (try). I can unequivocally attest that the decision to do so will not be regretted.

My screen was broken, so I was unable to watch anything on the flight. The food was poor. I made it to Istanbul Istanbul fine, it just could have been more enjoyable.

The food was not sufficient. Only one choice of food which is pasta was served as the chicken was finished. This happened in both flights. They didn't have enough drinks as well.Boarding took a long time. More staff needed to ease boarding stress

The seat was comfortable, good leg room for a person of my size (5' 8"), the entertainment was excellent.

Seats need improvement. Very hard and uncomfortable. Remind me of the seats on Aeroflot planes. Similar problem. Great service, uncomfortable seats.

The service, polite flight attendants, a variety of entertainment to choose from.

The fact that there was no vegetarian or pescaterian option by default, the choice was only between beef and chicken, but there was no option to choose fish, or plain veggies. And the seats were uncomfortable.

I flew with multiple international airlines this summer and KLM was by far the best. The crew of KLM were exceptionally attentive, polite, and helpful. The meals were by far the most enjoyable of my airplane travel meals; and I learned that KLM does not charge for it's drinks on international flights, unlike most other international airlines that I traveled with this summer. In a sentence, flying with KLM was a very pleasant experience and I will recommend this airlines to others.

If I were going to list any negatives, I would say that the little travel pillow that was given to the passengers was so thin that it was practically useless, but I brought my own with me, so I was none the less comfortable.

Very friendly and the food and drinks never stopped and no additional charges, a very nice experience over the bargain airlines, free in-flight movies, and entertainment, no cost.

The chair is very tiring Very tight space between chairs The food cold and wrapping was wet with water !!!! No entairtaiment movies for almost six hours.
