Pros: "I had to buy new clothes after lost bag and since bag had been lost twice during my trip, I was reluctant to check the bag. It was of size to cram into my carry on so I did that, but American staff demonstrated concern, had a sense of humor and helped me get a comfortable seat to sort of take some of the sting away. All that was great of them I was aware of being in an upgraded seat. No complaints, but it stung a little because I was deeply aware of the reinforcement of class. The small, extra comforts were wonderful and I wish everyone had them while risking their lives together over the ocean - especially the extra room At times, on the way over I felt a claustrophobic panic. But to stay positive, they were kiind, sympathetic, funny, sweet. I appreciate them."

Cons: "3 hours delay, NOT entertainment at all, this is ridiculous! The dinner was regular, but breakfast was terrible."

Pros: "The cabin was beautiful, the crew was SO friendly and very helpful in every way. The best Flight Attendants!!!! This was the best flight I've had in 30 yrs. I can't say enough great things about this leg of our trip. Food was good for airline food.....I just spent 9 days in Italy eating the best, so hard to compare with! I'm a retired Flight Attendant."

Pros: "The onboard entertainment has definitely improved. Nice to see how organize is the boarding process when compare to other local airlines."
Cons: "I was seating in the front of the plane were the seating should be better. The seat reclined minimum. Also, had the had luck to travel next to an amazing mother who was traveling with two small kinds and a dog. Brave woman but nasty flight for me. Need to improve the meals on the international flights. Too mediocre."

Cons: "I called your customer service department which I believe is in India or Pakistan three times to ask them to help with an alternative flight and each time I got different information, when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told by the punk on the end of the phone that that wouldn't be possible. I asked for his name and employee number and he told me his name was Michael, difficult to believe when he sounded Indian"

Pros: "The AA counter agent was very helpful in changing my flight?"

Cons: "My ticket was cancelled because of a misrepresentation made by an agent when I had to rebook the outgoing leg of this trip. I had to pay $670 for new ticket at the airport with no other options and very little help from the LatAm agents. I'll never book another ticket with this airline."

Pros: "The A321-S was a pretty good aircraft. Nicely updated interior. Staff were young & professional. Everyone was happy, efficient and professional. It was nice to see the Captain smile and say goodbye to ALL the passengers. Well done AA!"

Cons: "We bought the tickets with 1 luggage included. In the check in, the y charged us!"

Cons: "I booked the flight with Kayak and it showed the airline as Finnair, the flight was actually with American, no complains about it. The issue was that Kayak did not update me with the Flight number for American Airlines and kept sending me information about the flight with Finnair which was not going to actually take place. I had to actually call American and spend time with a Representative providing all the data to be able to get my American Airlines flight booking code so I could check in online. American as always was great! Shame on Kayak!"

Cons: "When we arrived at AirPort El Dorado, we discovered that our flight was cancelled/has been changed without warning us! They scheduled us a new flight with Vianca and Iberia: Bogotá-Madrid + Madrid-Brussels. My partner and I could not sit together on any of these flights! 1 of 10 hours and of 2 hours! I would NOT recommend AA to anyone! This was full responsability of AA!"

Cons: "Worst was plane left late, then delayed on tarmac for "passenger count". This made me late for connecting flight and made me lose luggage."

Cons: "crew was more about relaxing themselves vs. worried about passengers. Wrong priorities! They ran out of food choice by the time they got to our seating area which was at half point of the plane!"

Cons: "I was made to check my carry on in a rush because there wasn't enough space supposedly. I was told my bag would be transferred all the way to bogota. When I got on the plane I saw plenty of space AND when I got to Bogota my bag wasn't there. My carry on had my most important belongings for in case other luggage was lost. It's not faire that other passengers get to carry on suitcases and a personal item and I can not being my small backpack. It's very inconvenient since my rain gear, my shoes and my Phone chargers are in that bag."

Pros: "Originally on American. They couldn't get a door to shut so moved me to British airways. Which is much nicer anyways, so no complaints there, however, American decided they would still deliver my luggage. 24 hrs after I land, nobody knows where it is."

Pros: "We were assigned seat numbers 25a and 25B. When we got to our seats the seats were taken out to be replaced but due to the lack of mid communication with the internal staffs and the ! What??? She said there wasn't any other seats to assign us on the coach level. Then talked to the supervisor and I asked her what if if we upgrade. Then she came back and said it will cost us an additional 7700 euros to seat in the first class yes I do understand her point and told her to forget it. Then another supervisor who was a Spanish lady said to me that sorry the maintenance is falling behind due to lack of comnication and promised that our seats will be fixed soon but she said in the meantime we could find any other seats that are single and sit until ours is ready. Well the two other seats that were available at that was a seat next to the kitchen and bathroom and that also had the seats were taken out. We were very stressed and felt like we were not treated professionally. Anyway we finally got our seats back and the rest was better."

Then had to talk to the supervisor and and the tall dark lady told me if I not happy we can get off the plane and get on the next one! What??? She said there wasn't any other seats to assign us on the coach level. Then talked to the supervisor and I asked her what if if we upgrade. Then she came back and said it will cost us an additional 7700 euros to seat in the first class yes I do understand her point and told her to forget it. Cons: "I had to rush to the new gate for my connection due to Dubuque departing late. My baggage did not get on the same plane that I did. My bag arrived at my destination at 3:45 PM. Sat at the airport untouched till 6:30 PM. Didn't leave the airport till 8:00 PM, and didn't show up till 1:15 PM. No one at American was helpful in helping me locate my bag and get it to me at a reasonable time."

Pros: "Took forever to get people on, luggage stored, seats shuffled and re/seated, resulting in 30 minute delay. Crew were too accommodating at first then had to resort to brusque."

Pros: "What with the new mode of travel, airlines charging for almost everything, there is not much to expect for a coach fare. The boarding was fine, staff and crew were efficient and polite."
Cons: "The worst part of this flight, and most coach flights, was the seats. You all know that they are tight and have no room for anything, hardly recline, and G-D forbid the passenger in front of you reclines their seat, there is even less room, and you MUST recline your seat. Also getting our baggage in MIA, had to wait about an hour?! And the bags came out VERY slow when they did start to arrive."
