Cons: I got there on time to board, but my mobile boarding pass will not scan. At which point I was asked to go back to the check in counter to have another one printed. Ended up missing the flight because of that. No refunds whatsoever. Apparently the boarding pass issue is common with Aeromexico at ORD

Pros: The seats were a bit cramped, and didn't recline much, but they were okay. The attendants were nice.

Cons: The lunch/dinner was kinda lame, but most airlines give you nothing these days, and the booze was free, and they gave you two rounds, so it was better than most.

Pros: Again, that you managed to be on time and that a 45 minute connection went flawlessly.

Cons: My seat was broken and didn’t recline. I booked first class bc of a bad back, so I count on that. Salad was wilted and gross. Plane didn’t have plug ins for phone! Entertainment system didn’t work well- movie kept buffering. Sky texting wouldn’t work either.

Cons: On time is always better, otherwise it was a good flight.

Pros: The check in counter personnel was VERY UNHELPFUL. I was running late to previous Delta flight baggage delay. The counter person would not let me check in even though I still had good 45 mins before take off. AND THE PLANE WAS DELAYED BY 40 MINUTES ANYWAY! I never made the flight, had to take train.

Cons: The entire Delta customer service was a nightmare. Delayed flights, literally lying supervisor who escalated a dispute, absurdly poor service. ASSISTING A PASSENGER WITH A TRANSFER TO ANOTHER DELTA FLIGHT AFTER THE FIRST ONE WAS DELAYED IS "NOT A GUARANTEED SERVICE". Seriously, it is basic courtesy!

Pros: Our crew was good but everything else was awful. A 1/12 hour flight ended up with us on board for 6 hours.

Cons: The flight was delayed. A terrifying amount of turbulence the entire flight from Philadelphia to Omaha. I arrived later than expected.

Cons: Changed my flight time bc of Max 8 which ruined my meeting schedule. Then the outlets in my row were not working so I could not do work or watch entertainment.

Cons: They pushed the first leg of my flight forward 15 hours, but only told me 5 hours before my flight, and they didn't even change the second leg. Was on the phone for an hour trying to get a new flight, and there were very few options. Very stressful.

Cons: Better organization, And no discrimination from the airport staff at Mexico City. Including the lack of information given (sign showing on time) when clearly there was a 3 hour delay and the gate number kept changing and none of the staff knew what was going on

Pros: The air hostess didn’t smile while offering cookies, but she wasn’t rude. She later asked my fellow passenger to move to another window seat and I had the comfort of 2 seats.

Cons: I was worried about traveling with a fractured humerus to Guadalajara. The crew took an extra step to make sure I was comfortable and moved me to the first row without asking to be moved. That was a huge relief knowing that if I had to use the restroom I didn’t have to wake up anyone.

Pros: We were given 100 different excuses for our overnight delay and processing all the passengers took much too long.

Cons: Tell the truth and be prepared to resolve it quickly. We waited on the plane for more than an hour and then again in the airport to get our new tickets and vouchers that no restaurant would accept.

Pros: I flee economy. Seats are tight and not real comfy but the crew always is helpful with pillows and blanket.

Cons: The touch screen to watch movies was terrible. The screen did not respond well at all to touch and there was no Sound. Even when attempting to increase volume with volume control, it simply did not work. Even my seat mate attempted it and had no luck. extremely long flight- no entertainment

The price was not super competitive and on top they give you mediocre Seats, they split your family members just to push you to pay for the upgrades.
