Cons: "Every Korean flight I had this trip was delayed. Created problems when Korean Air gives you 1 hour to transfer at Incheon. When transferring, all passengers need to go through security again and there are long lines. Airport attendants were not nice and made us ask people to cut in line. After running through the airport, we then find out the plane was delayed an hour to accommodate other delayed connections! They could have told us this before but only rushed us off."
Cons: "Meal quality in economy is really poor, much poorer compared to four years ago, when I last flew Korean Air, and poorer than Asiana, which I flew last year. Flight attendant serving our section kept knocking into aisle seat passenger, including knocking over his coffee cup and spilling coffee all over him and the passenger next to him. Flight attendant's reaction was to panic instead of handing over napkins or paper towels - was mopping up with my napkins and tissues by the time she showed up with some paper towels. I was left with the impression that flight attendants were picked more for looks than competence. Checking in at Incheon took a very long time - they should open more counters or give warning to passengers of how long it can take."

Pros: "The flight was less busy than usual (it was an Easter Sunday departure) and so service was a bit more relaxed and friendly than usual instead of just efficient. Left gate a few minutes early and arrived 20 min early in Tokyo. Flight time is pretty good - 8pm departure which gives time for a relaxed day sightseeing in Dusseldorf before going to the airport in the late afternoon, Arrival in Tokyo is about 2pm which would be a good time to check in to hotels and relax. Food was good - dinner after take-off and a brunch-type meal a few hours before landing. Entertainment system is also very good although I'd flown a lot recently so seen the films I wanted to see already. Sometimes ANA are just "good" but this one was the best one I've flown recently."

Pros: "I liked the plane! Beautiful and new, the Boeing 787 Dreamliner was a pleasure to ride in. Staff was as pleasant and helpful as they always are on ANA and despite the long delay due to an engine repair, the ANA staff conducted themselves incredibly professionally."
Cons: "It wasn't such a bad experience for me but the plane did have a mechanical failure and the part was not in stock in Cambodia so had to be flown in. That resulted in a 24 hour delay. The ANA staff were excellent and did take care of us well."

Plus, plenty of room for bags, good video selections, and power at all seats. I love Delta and will fly them more often!"

Cons: "There were select in-flight crewembera that not only spoke rudely to passengers but also openly discriminated against passengers on board. They openly stated "It's always easier up front, isn't it?" They were openly rude and impatient with a group of passengers who clearly needed their interpretor and refused to provide any guidance when they group was nervous about missing their connection due to the delayed flight (they did actually miss their connection and were left to "look at the boards outside.") I personally experienced direct rudeness that was simply beyond what should be considered acceptable. A gentleman attendant was pouring ice into his bucket and due to a leak in the bag, she was pouring water all over my entire jacket sitting on my lap. Stunned by this, I loudly asked him to please stop and proceeded to ask for napkins. His response was "it's just water, it's not a big deal." I responded to say, "it's actually on my enitre jacket and I need to check that it didn't hit my laptop in my bag" and the response was "it's just water...you don't need to yell at me." I genuinely was frustrted but by no means was yelling. I was handed napkins and when he finally saw just how much water he had poured onto my jacket (the entire half of the jacket was soaked)...the response from the attendant was "Oh, now that I see how much it is...I actually am sorry." Implying..he previously actually wasn't sorry at all. I say with FULL certainty that had I been sitting "up front" or in first class...the apology would have been immediate and freely offered and would not have come with a degree measurement of damages. I am a loyal Delta flyer and more and more so I'm finding it hard to stay loyal to an airline with staff that continues to disappoint and concurrently creates such difficulties throughout the booking process."

Another long, slow line for customs, another long slow line for security=Charles De Gaulle airport was awful. We arrived at the airport 4 hours before our departure time and got to our boarding gate with no time to spare."

Pros: "Delta has always be a step above the rest. Traveling with my children is not a problem and frowned upon with Delta. I rarely choose competitive airlines and will continue to use Delta as much as possible."
Cons: "We were waiting until the airport assigned us a parking slot. Instead of leaving the entertainment system on, they turned it off. We basically spent 1.5h without entertainment system."

One worker seemed interested in helping, but another rudely butted in and said there "were no seats together, the flight was full." Come to find out the flight was not full, there were whole rows not full. The groups near our seats rearranged ourselves so we could be by our family members, so it worked out. No thanks to the person at the terminal. Really long walk from the gate to the plane. No food on a cross country flight. Only a few cups of water/soda and a cookie. which unfortunately is typical now days. The lights were off the whole trip. The captain kept turning on the seat belt sign for the turbulence. Which there was a lot of. But then he would announce for everyone to go back to their seats. It wasn't huge bumps, just a little rough. and it woke everyone up by announcing it multiple times."
Pros: "The counter attendant was helpful in changing our seats so could sit together."
Cons: "The flight attendant when first boarding was extremely rude. We had a bag we brought on three previous legs of our total travel which was considered by all of the other attendants as a personal item. This particular attendant very rudely informed us it was not, and we needed to check it. When we tried to explain the previous flights she responded with “I just explained this to the other passengers...it’s not allowed.” We didn’t argue, and gave the bag to the personnel in attendance, but the tone for the duration of the flight continued."

Cons: "We selected seats together as a couple but the seats on the flight were separated. Customer service could not help but asked us to make arrangement with the person between us. The same seating arrangement happened on our return flight 18 days later. Once again was told nothing could be done. I really do not know why both flights the seat assigment were wrong when selected basic on the aircraft configuration. The airline is attempt to make the passenger to pay more for seats."

Cons: "The first plane was broken and the pilot kept coming to brief the passwngers that it was broken but it may be fixed and so on, it would have been better if he had just let the counter clerk say the plane is delayed due to maintenance. As a customer, i dont need all the rambling explanation every ten minutes about the issue. I was told that we could board another flight leaving in 30 minutes, so i went to that gate, crew was not there and we boarded the plane. We had to de- board and wait for the crew. After the crew showed up, the rest of the flight was pretty standard."

Cons: "The lack of space on such a long flight was painful, and there wasn't much opportunity to stretch my legs. I was also seated across from a woman who didn't realize how stupid it was to bring a toddler on a 12 hour flight, and he screamed pretty much the entire time. I couldn't sleep at all and not even headphones drowned it out. That part wasn't really the airline's fault though, and I could see that the flight attendants were asking her several times to get her son to quiet down. I just wish there were regulations on these sorts of situations. Everyone around you suffers when you bring a small child on a very long flight because they will inevitably be bored, cranky and uncomfortable, and because we are confined to our seats, we are forced to suffer through it all. I wish that children under a certain age would not be allowed to board flights over a certain length of time except for special circumstances."

For economy tickets, the level of comfort was adequate, but the seats didn't return to upright easily and the entertainment screen took a whole load of taps before it responded sometimes. A reasonable level of service for the price, and the plane was on time."

I am hypoglycemic and the flight attendant skipped my line for food I acknowledged her three times and she ignored me so on the fourth time I raised my voice saying “excuse me ma’am” that seem to have irritated her or rubbed her the wrong way because her response was extremely unprofessional yelling at me and accused me of startling her. She compared my voice to the startle of 911 and caused a scene in front of the majority of the passengers. All I wanted was the food that was available for each passenger because she skipped My row. After talking to another flight attendant who claim to be a manager name Celeste who was wearing a visible name tag along with every other flight attendant except for her, I asked her for the name so I could write up a review she refused to give me her name saying it was against their policy to give up first names even though it’s clearly on everybody’s shirt except hers she removed it or covered it up w/ her apron even though Robert Robert was wearing an apron with his name tag outside of his apron like he should the attendant that gave me problems took off her name tag and covered it with an apron that was a violation of dress code. A simple apology is all I asked for but she refused to apologize and the managers only response was “I can’t make her apologize” Never in my life have I been treated with such disrespect on a flight as I am a frequent flyer to Paris on United everybody else and all other flights was extremely helpful and courteous. This woman started ranting and raving about 911 and getting people nervous for no reason. I will be writing a formal letter to the corporate office. I just barely got home and wanted to write this review because it ruined my experience in 9 1/2 hour flight experience. It was also very embarrassing for me and my family, as other customers were bothered by this and had to listen to this. I was trying to speak over the air conditioner and after the third time of her not acknowledging me that is one I raise my voice politely by saying “excuse me ma’am”. I am a frequent united flier. By this time my back was throbbing and when I talked to the gentleman upfront he told me to write a letter for some type of compensation regarding everything I have been through. Cons: "Kayak's third party CS company gives me the ANA schedule while in fact I have to check in with United Airlines. Because of this, I was not able to check in on line in San Diego. Please ensure that Kayak & their affiliate are well coordinated with the information they send out to customers."

Cons: "they canceled our flight to hanaeda and instead had us take an hour later flight to narita which is a 1 1/2 hour $30 bus ride away which they don’t pay for. this caused us to miss our connecting flight to Asahikawa, the last flight of the day. The connection time allowed was not nearly enough even if the plane had not been an hour late and there are no flights to asahikawa from narita. yo have to transfer to hanaeda. remind me not to fly United to Tokyo again as I’m pretty sure the flight was canceled because it was not full enough. Even the narita flight with all the hanaeda passengers rebooked on it was not full. So i suspect this may be a relatively common occurance on the hanaeda flight."

All pushers throught the trip were very friendly. I did have a hard time keeping up with ine gentlman with linger strides than myself."
Cons: "I could have driven faster than the overall delays!! For a round trip that should have only taken 6 hours, we were delayed after delayed and put on another flight because we would have missed connecting--we waited 25 hours---one full day for a three day weekend wedding trip!!"

Cons: "I didn't like that it wasn't readily advertised you get put at the back of the bus, bottom of the pile, lowest point on the totem pole. In other words, I was booked on my return trip as Basic Economy- no frills, no thrills. Last to board, no carry-on allowed. I had to end up paying the same for that portion of my round-trip as I would have if I'd just booked through United. $60 in checked baggage. NOT happy with Kayak more than anything."

The garbage Cart never made it down the aisle I threw our garbage in the bathroom."

They didn't tell us up front what they were dealing with and there was an odd sound and for a few moments the smell of jet fuel wafted in. When we were set to get back on the runway we were told it was a cargo door that was the issue and that all was well. I would have appreciatted being told what the nature of the problem was initially so that we could know if it was mechanical, engine related etd."
