The crew was friendly and attentive. Excellent food: sandwich and warm cookie handed out on a 2.5hour flight! Would definitely fly Air North again.
We left a half hour late and there was no food or snacks offered-,not even the crappy pretzels. The flight itself was smooth tho and the crew was nice.
Lots of leg room, no fee for seat selection at check in, good food service and punctuality
My row seemed to have more leg room and I didn't pay extra for it. Air North offers a meal at no extra cost. There was no entertainment available, but that wasn't an issue as most people have options on their phones. The crew was friendly. Air North offers air travel the way it used to be and that is a welcome and pleasant surprise.
Air North is one of the easiest airlines to fly with. Lots of room and great service. Always provide you food.
My interaction with air north was great, Their customer servicr was easy to get a hold.of, Managed to speak with a person, they were very polite and helpful, However I messed up the date with the ticket purchase, Since I used a third party I could not change the date. And trying to contact Kayak and the other third party was a nightmarez So I am unlikely to use a third party again.
Customer server was excellent. The flight was extremely affordable, and my seat was both comfortable and spacious.
Terrible customer service - no interest in being helpful, limited service hours, unwilling to transfer checked baggage of provide advice. Not recommended.
Supposed to fly out at 10am to Kelowna….got delayed until 1:40 and missed an important meeting. I ended up having g to stay over. Should have just driven.
Service was great from start to finish. Pleasant attendants, timely luggage to carousels.
The boarding process was going smoothly until the manager Bharti Singh insisted I check my duffle bag that fits under my seat. I travel with the duffle for this very reason. I know for a fact it fits under the seat. She was rude and aggressive, I was charged a check bag fee. She reminded me that I purchased a “basic”ticket. I fly Air Canada more then ten times a year and have spent thousands of dollars on tickets with Air Canada. Once the boarding closed there were many empty overhead bins. The airplane was an old, with no entertainment. The flight attendants were not pleasant, no smiles, not even friendly with each other. Over-all, seemed miserable. I fly all the time and have never experienced a flight crew so unpleasant. This was the worst flight I’ve ever had. If I didn’t have to fly Air Canada I would not use them again.

The flight was packed solid which shouldn’t be a problem, but when you realize that if you are over 5’7” tall there is no room to do anything but sit uptight it changes the perspective. Especially when you are in a seat that doesn’t even recline. Those seats should warrant a discount really. It’s preposterous that you have yo pay an extra $60ish to get 10cm more leg room but have to pay the same price as everyone else when you have seemingly less leg room and can’t even put your seat back the wee bit everyone else can. Offer them at a discount on booking even. I know tons of travelling kids/young people who wouldn’t mind sitting like that for five hours if a nice discount was offered. The staff was lovely and the touchdown was stellar but the extreme close quarters is what has me pondering another means of travel whenever possible.
It was a good flight and we arrived on time, plane was clean.
$4 for headphones to use the multimedia system, games that are boring.....small oat bar as a snack....Porter has better snacks and entertainment
I didn't like that they wanted extra money to watch a movie on the other airlines it's free that I use anyway
The flight was fine. Long wait at security and for wheelchair. Got to gate about 5 minutes before boarding

Disappointing flight experience! ✈️ A two-hour delay, insufficient food and drinks, terrible cabin crew, and poor service overall. No toothbrushes or toothpaste provided for a long-haul flight — absolutely unacceptable! Compared with Japan Airlines, the difference in service quality is unbelievable. Overall, this experience was simply not good enough.
They put us on stand by even though we booked it on the air Canada website and had seats picked so that sucked. Flight was awesome nice having a free beer and a movie
