For this route Cleveland to Dallas … is very ok
The flight was smooth & the landing was excellent. Your pilot did such a great job whereby I did not even realize we had landed-so soft & quiet. The staff was excellent as well.

Cons: "Every time I fly out of Scranton I’m delayed horribly this time it was so bad I’m stuck in a hotel for the night."

Cons: "None of the crew smiled. They seemed like TSA agents that wanted to stop us from coming in. They seemed mad that we were using their airline."

Cons: "Seats were impossibly small. Family in front of us kept removing their face masks. Wife pulled hers down to take selfies every few minutes and husband consistently wore his below his nose. Flight attendant asked him once to pull it up and he did, only to pull it down again a few minutes later."

Cons: "I have never been on an AA flight where the entertainment system has worked all the way through. Additionally, when willl there be plugs on these planes? In a six and half hour flight where you need to use your device (when the system is working), this seems like it is a little old school"

Cons: "I bought first class tickets for my anniversary trip with my wife and I couldn't get the perks of it. There was no real food on the first 2 stops (Just in this one from Dallas to GDL). And the worst part is that I couldn't get into any of lounges at any airport (flagship and/or admirals) . Because they said I wasn't flying in an international flight. Come on?! Canada->USA->Mexico is not International???"

Pros: "Everything was great their wasn't enough clarification as to what airline I was fliying. It said Japan air on my confirmation email but it would up being through American Airlines. The experience through American was superb but I would of liked clarity on such airline I was going to fly with."
Pros: "Our plane was grounded before take-off because of a mechanical issue, and the airline did a good job of informing us of the status of the repairs and eventual aircraft replacement. They offered us sandwiches, snacks and drinks for during our long delay."
Pros: "On the 2nd flight it must've been a new airplane because this was the first time my knees weren't jammed into the seat in front of me flying coach. Most comfortable flight I've been on in a decade."
